Needed a new spare for the fifth wheel after having had two blowouts the day prior. The people at this establishment are the nicest folks and got us a new (used) spare and got us on our way. Definitely recommend!

We stopped for lunch in Ely, Nevada on our way to Washington State pulling our loaded car hauler when my husband noticed that the metal plate holding the trailer hitch receptacle to our truck was failing. A couple of locals recommended Northeastern Tire & Auto/RV so we went there. They didn't have time to repair it that afternoon, but fit us in their schedule first thing the next morning. They spent hours fixing it better than original and got us back on the road. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and skilled. I HIGHLY recommend them and their work.

The great people at NE Tire helped me out so much for a radiator replacement after I blew a hose and overheated. One of my hoses on the radiator was broken, I brought them my new radiator from Napa, and they finished in 2.5 hours and fixed my problem perfectly. Thanks to everyone at Northeastern Tire and auto for their help.

Mike and his team are great! I came in mid afternoon on a Friday and they quickly diagnosed the issue I was having with my car. Very friendly and competent people. Highly recommend you see them if you have car troubles in Ely.

This company filed a false “item not received” case on a $4,000 engine that was fully delivered. With eBay’s help, they managed to keep the engine without paying. I will be pursuing legal action against them for fraud and theft. Be very careful—if they’re willing to do this, there’s a real risk they’ll install stolen or fraudulently obtained engines in your car, which could put you in legal and financial trouble.

Mike got us right in while traveling through town in our motorhome. I told him I had some concerns and would like a safety check before I make the Long haul down to Vegas and home to Southern Arizona. They were more concerned about my safety than they were even about the bill. They looked everything over told me I was safe to go. I also saw Mike treat a young customer just like a father and sharing her that her trip home would be safe and she would make it there okay. That's the kind of business I like to bring my work too. Just from our few minutes I would highly recommend their shop.

We had a nail in our tire on our roadtrip. The very kind staff removed it quickly. The owner, Mike was extremely friendly and super helpful. Overall amazing service and great staff, highly recommend.

They saved us on a holiday weekend at 10 pm. They are competent and I would recommend them to anyone as reliable to work on your vehicle. Steve was thorough and put us back on the road. We can't thank them enough.

Over Father's Day weekend, I ran over something on the road and ended up with flat tires on my truck and the hauling trailer that I borrowed. I called the shop for after hours service and was told they could help me. They were willing to come out to my place which is pretty far out of town, if I could not get the tire off my truck. My buddy helped me remove the truck tire which was way over torqued and we took it to the shop. Stephen was working the after hours service calls. Stephen could see how bummed I was with the situation and immediately went to work patching up the tire so I could drive out the next day. He was very kind and explained everything he was doing to make sure that the patch he applied would get me all the way to my 6 hour drive destination. The tire on the trailer was blown pretty bad and the spare rim looked horrible so I needed to replace that too. I returned to the shop on Monday to get a new rim and tire for the trailer. Stephen was out on a service call but he returned to the shop before I was left. He immediately asked about the tire he fixed, and took a look at everything to make sure I was safe with the patched tire. The amount of work Stephen did for me on Father's Day, a day he should have been at home with his family was extensive and took a good bit of time. At no point did Stephen make me feel like I had ruined his day. I appreciate Stephens attitude and his level of professionalism. I will absolutely do business with Northeastern in the future because of Stephen's kind treatment to me, and the professionalism he displayed the entire time he was assisting me. Thank you for making a rough situation workable, and for getting me back on the road as scheduled.

They came through for me i had just bought a car took it on its first road trip to have a tire blow out found out front tires were dry rotted. Rim got damaged and the young kid fixed it. they got me back on the road and did it far faster than expected. Prices were more than reasonable for everything that they did if they were not so far away it would be my go to shop for tires

Had two tires blow on our 47 foot horse trailer in a matter of 4 hours. Had Steven help us out by checking our brakes and installing our spare tire for us. Was his Anniversary and still took his time to make sure he got us going again. He also checked up on us hours later. His advice to go from a 215 to a 235 tire ended up being great advice. Thank you to Steven and his family for being so helpful and supportive to get us up and on our way delivering our horses down to Arizona! Very fair prices from a trustworthy shop.

I came here due to a check engine light on my truck after going into limp mode. The techs ran the scanner and were able to troubleshoot the issue quickly. If you’re in need or auto or RV repairs in Ely, I’d trust this crew to take care of you, all were very helpful and honest.

Mike the owner and Stephen the manager were both extremely helpful and accommodating. Our travel trailer blew a tire on hwy 318 and when I called them they were very kind on the phone. They had 4 of the tires we needed and had them on our trailer in less than an hour and gave us an excellent price! We made it to our planned destination that evening. We would highly recommend this business to anyone needing tires or automotive care! Thank you Mike and Stephen!

Look, if I could give zero stars; I very very much so would. It’s a complete joke. We had to YouTube a video to show the mechanic how to take out our batter. Little context, my husband and I were driving from Arizona to Washington state for our wedding; when our battery died and shot the bucket. We went to one place, that was highly racist and wouldn’t even see us; then we went here. Don’t get me wrong, I’m thankful that they took the car in; however they highly mistreated our battery. They took the panel holding all of the wires connecting our alternator to our battery out by breaking the bolts. That panel is what sends all of the signals, starts the car due to push start, and controls the entire car. In all honesty I don’t think they have had any push start or new cars into their shop, or if they did they had no idea how to remove that important panel. The mechanic kept jabbing a flathead screwdriver into it to rip it out. When I asked what the panel was, he explained and I asked why he was ripping it out because of how sensitive and important that piece is; he just said it’s the only way to get it out. That’s when my husband YouTubed how to do it, and when he realized the guy in the video was being extremely careful and not doing anything the mechanic working on our car was doing; we showed him and he started to actually fix it. He asked us to leave so he could focus, and my husband didn’t want to leave him unattended with our car due to the fact we knew he had no idea what he was doing; so he started asking questions and I ran to the bathroom. While walking to the bathroom there was an add on the tv which said “they are allowed to come here to work hard and better their lives”, and a man watching chuckled in a menacing way after looking at me. Coming from a family to which I wouldn’t be alive or have been born without an immigrant and my husband isn’t from America, he came here for his masters degree, I found that to be disgusting and honestly a little scary. When I came back from the bathroom the new battery was in, but they were still hooking up wires and a reader thing to it to see if it was working. They said it was, and told us the check engine light would go off after 10/15 miles due to it needing a reset; and if we had any more problems to call them and the mechanic who worked on our car would drive out to us himself. Which it did have more problems, when we got to Boise Idaho, the battery completely stopped working. We got a reduced engine power light, and when we pressed the accelerator, it wouldn’t do a thing and didn’t move an inch. When I called him, he had zero answers; and couldn’t drive out to us. All he could tell me is to go to O’Reilys and have them check it out. WELL, O’Reilys asked us why they didn’t reset the error codes from the cars computer. Why they didn’t reset it inside the car, not just on the battery and engine itself. As you could probably guess; we had no idea why. Because of O’Reilys we made it to Washington in time for our wedding, had an amazing wedding and time with family. However, while driving back to Seattle to drop his family off at the airport, the battery voltage kept going below 12.8V. We took it to another O’Reilys and they told us it has loose connections due to the damage done to the connection panel.

Replaced our 3 rv tire and gave us some tips on our rig. He was really sweet and helpful. His team did fast work and even checked the one we had to put on ourself after a flat the day before. We were just passing thru town and he was able to work with us.

These folks are awesome! Passing through Ely, Nevada, I had a bent bracket that held the leveling leg on my fifth wheel. I called them at 3:00 on a Friday and they said bring it right down. I got there and their great Mechanic George was under it working in minutes. He removed, repaired and replaced the bracket in about an hour and got me back on the road. And for a really good price. Just a hour and a half of shop labor. They even rounded it down to a hour but I said I would happily pay the extra half hour since they saved me a lot of trouble and grief. This is excellent service and these folks are great! Thanks for the great work and special thanks to George!!

We were passing through town at about 11 at night when my car started having transmission issues. I called the shop first thing in the morning when they opened and they were willing to see me right away even on short notice. The guys at the shop helped me figure out my options, gave me helpful advice, and did everything they could to get us back on the road ASAP. They didn't even charge for the work, they just wanted to help us get home safely. Great service and friendly people.

We are traveling with a Class A motorhome towing a Jeep. We developed a vibration in the front tires and since the tires had been balanced with wheel weights, we wanted to try beads. We called them up while still out about 120 miles and they told us to bring it in as soon as we arrived. They finished it in about a hour at a very reasonable price and we were on our way. By the way, the beads did resolve the vibration. We would definitely go there again. Thanks Northeastern.

Finding honest hard-working people is not easy these days but look no farther when it comes to anything vehicle related! We are from Arizona but found ourselves broke down TWICE - 2 different times in this area and Mike and his company SAVED US! First time with our trailer and the next time our dually had issues. He also put tires on for us while we were already there! I cant say enough about the customer service we received except ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! His wife is amazing to came and picked me up from the hotel and is just sweet as peaches. Hoping we never have an issue again but we will return if we are remotely close! Thank you!!!! We had a road side disaster with our travel trailer 2 flat within hours of each other! The first we called AAA and they were able to help put our spare on. The second AAA told us they could find anyone to come and help and basically gave up trying!!! We ended up getting Northeastern to send someone and change the flat. Also they followed us to their shop where we had them replace all the tires on the trailer to avoid any further issues. While doing that they identified a broken leaf spring on our trailer!! If they hadn’t seen that and we had gone on with our trip it could have been a HUGE disaster! They replaced the damaged suspension and completed the work in under 24 hours to get us back on the road. And they did all of this at a very reasonable price considering all the parts and labor involved. Their commitment to customer service at a fair price and getting the work done as quickly as they did was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend if you ever need vehicle service if you’re in or near Ely make sure to look them up. Great service, price and all around nice people to do business with!!! Thanks Emery

We were stranded when our truck died in Lund. Battleborn tow dropped us and our food trailer off. With 3 hours left on our journey home, the guys at Northeastern worked efficiently to squeeze us in to find the problem and fix it fast. Got us back on the road in a couple hours.

A couple weeks ago, as we were setting up our trailer, we found the cable for our large pop out had broken. We contacted Northeastern Tire. They sent a talented young man out to fix it. Within 20 min he was finished. He saved our trip!! They were the best!! I’d highly recommend them to anyone! Thankyou!

I could write an essay on our experience with the awesome guys at Northeastern Tire. We were traveling from Washington State to Mexico in our RV when we discovered our exhaust system had some serious problems. My husband just happened to see a sign for Northeastern Tire and called at after 5 pm on a Friday evening, just catching them as they were closing, but could see us in the morning. What we found the next day was an amazing group of knowledgeable guys in the type of facility you just don't find anymore. Mike the owner put his crew right on our rig and after a couple of hours it was ready to go for a price we just couldn't believe (being from the city)! All the guys were so friendly and polite to these two people who could have been their grandparents. I'd gladly adopt them all! We drove out and on the road with no more worries on the rest of our month long trip. Thanks, again! If y'all didn't live 888 miles away, I'd bake you chocolate chip cookies. We had a blowout on our pickup an hour south of Ely and had to limp into town with a questionable spare on, and pulling a trailer. These guys came right out to help us as we pulled into their lot, assessed the situation, and hunted their new and used inventory to find a tire that would get us safely back on the road. Friendly, reasonable, helpful, they really saved our bacon! Thanks guys👍

Northeastern Tire has an amazing team! The owner Mike was so kind and went above and beyond to help me out when my RV broke down. His mechanics Junior, George and Zack found a creative solution that got the RV up and running and me on my way until the replacement parts could be sourced and delivered to my destination. As a bonus, the cost for all of their work was so reasonable, especially considering how they worked through the problem to find a solution to get me on my way. This is the place to go and these are the people to deal with when you need a mechanic ! If I could give a 10 star rating, they would deserve it!

This is the place to go for great service and to get a quick diagnosis of the problem. I was lucky enough that they had the tires in we needed after driving on a bulging tire for 300+ miles. We were in and back on the road within a hour. Mike the owner and his group were friendly and great customer service. I’d recommend them.
