I can't remember the gentlemans name, but the older dude working there knows his stuff. Dude deserves a raise. My transmission was skipping gears until he recommended some transmission fix and even helped me figure out how to check my transmission fluid. He solved a problem in 2 minutes that took me and my friends 3 months to solve.

The new staff are all great! Friendly and knowledgeable, and that tiny girl has no problem climbing under your hood to check what's wrong. Keep it up

Where has customer service gone? It definitely isn't being taught in the SOP's by the business or management it seems. Or at least not upheld. I'm a local business owner and will NEVER patronize the Sun Valley O'Reilly store and perhaps O'Reillys in general for that matter. I'll be sure to let everyone know in my BNI groups and all my customer's as well to not patronize O'Reillys. And yes it is for something that is so petty and something that could have been handled with respect and common courtesy, it's not even funny. While waiting in line to pay for an item I went and picked out myself, the employee behind the counter leaves to show the guy in front of me where to find a part. On his way back the employee is stopped by someone not in line, asked a question and the employee goes and shows him where the item is he is in need of. All fine thus far, but instead of having the customer get in line with the rest of us he takes him to the counter rings him up and off he goes. When I asked why he would take someone ahead of the 3 others in line the employee makes an excuse for his action and says he won't help me and asked that the other customer behind me to bring up his items. When I said this is what's wrong with your generation right here, can't take responsibility or articulate your actions, the employee said there is plenty wrong with my generation... well at least we know/knew how to respect people in general, especially a customer and not talk down to a customer who is asking a question. 1st rule I was ever taught while starting to work. Seems that when questioned about your actions, the protocol is to not take the advice or learn but rather inconvenience the customer even more and not help them now, since the employees now adays are the one's with the power. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told no manager was working, even though the guy wearing the completely different shirt sure seemed to be the manager. And so I went to Auto Zone 1 street up and was helped so fast... Note to self: should have went there from the beginning. End of rant that has truths.... O'Reillys management this is who is representing you.

Best places in town to get auto parts!! Always seem to be very helpful and very courteous!! Most of the time aftermarket parts You need are in stock, they also have quite a few specialty tools for rent.

I was a regular customer at O’Reilly‘s on sun valley Boulevard. But no longer,a young man working behind the counter is rude acts angry he has a customer. I’ve only had 2 interactions with him he acts like I owe him a lot of money and missed my payment 6 months ago. Well and just like that you’ve lost another customer. Sorry to inform you that with employees like him you will be out of business soon. Sorry you’re the last resort store now.just so you understand I’m there because I’m having problems,I don’t want to be treated like I am a problem. Hasta la vista Muchachos

I made an appearance and presence here and there but specifically I never made any purchases nor did anything that involved myself with getting such items I was just there for the experience for the basic needs of help and care I'd personally like to give 5 stars total overall -elite50x

I have had some good employees helping me in the past.The older men are very willing to help, but not so much the afternoon younger guys.More like pulling teeth with problems, answering, experience & lack of knowledge. I came early afternoon, so either I change times or try another shop.

Very nice personnel, looked up in the computer for the "correct" item. Got home, it was the wrong item/model year, the part did not fit. Had to drive back to get the correct part/size. 🤔

First time in a long time I've gone into an auto-parts store to buy something off the shelf and didn't have to wait 20 mins to pay it cuz everybody was helping someone. Good job!

They have great prices but you get what you pay for, they're car parts are seconds. They give you a lifetime warranty but that's because they know the parts are going to fail.

Knowledgeable friendly automotive experts, very efficient parts availability, even from other stores. I went to one story looking for a part they didn't have on the shelves, within minutes I was directed one mile away and told that that story was notified to hold that part for me! Worked out great, thanks guys!

Very time consuming.It took thirty minutes for me to pickup a part that was already paid for.All they needed was see the receipt and hand it in to me.This was the prater way store Sparks NV.I wouldn't give it even a one star rating but I'm not able to erase it!

OK but they really need to get the lines moving more. No matter what time I go in or how many customers there's ALWAYS a long wait in line while staff chitchats and other employees are hiding in the back.
