Their business model is about their employees being able to get home on time and so when you show up there 30 minutes before they’re closing, if they feel that they’re not gonna be able to get home on time they will send you away… So don’t believe that they actually close at 4:15. There are other options in Reno since they’re not really that hungry for business
Sims customer service tops all other local yards!! The employees are friendly and informative, and prices are as good as they get. Ian and the girls up front are AWESOME!!😁 I love this place!
The Gentlemen that weigh your Scrap are honest polite and VERY helpful. The Lady's in the Office super nice. I think they changed management because 4 yrs ago it was not like this Great Employees....
