We understand you need to do your job, but blocking in an entire community with your truck backing up traffic in and out is ridiculous. Gawd forbid someone had an emergency and had to wait 20 mins for you to load a truck onto your flatbed.
The gentleman who helped me with my car was thoughtful, kind, as well as excellent and fast at his job. He handled my car with care and perfectly parked it on the curb for me. I did not get a name, sadly. It was a tough day for me, and he made it easier. If I ever need a tow again, I will always use this company. Fair pricing as well. Thank you for everything.

My tow experience with Eli was so positive that I'm not even sorry that the Beast broke down. He was so positive, professional, friendly, efficient, and did a couple GREAT and SMART things for me - like expose the battery and turn it off so that I didn't run it down during the overnight at the dealership. He thought of everything and the conversation was so interesting and uplifting I left the experience feeling lucky to have broken down and so fortunate to work with Eli and Cal-Nevada Towing. Eli was outstanding.
Dispatch was an issue, each dispacher and each time speaking with them was a different reason for the delay. Driver David was good and worked hard and did a good Job.
Car over heated on a hot day. They brought my car all the way home. Overall extremely friendly and professional service from dispatch to tow driver. The tow guy treated my car like it was gold, I was super impressed.

Towed us off Peavine Peak. Great response time for this remote location. They were very helpful and caring. They made a point to not leave us stranded when 3 other companies refused including AAA! Jack, as a bonus, was knowledgeable in mining and hunting.
My car has an electrical “gremlin”. It had been at the dealer for two weeks with nothing resolved. Less than two days after bringing it home, it died in my driveway. I called for a tow back to the dealer with the request that the car not be started so they could try to diagnose what was going on. I knew this might make towing the car an issue and made sure to ask if it would present any problems. When Robert arrived he was very professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job loading, unloading and reloading my car to ensure it was correctly positioned on the flatbed. He even sent a confirmation text with pictures when my car was delivered to the dealer. Thank you Robert, for your patience and great customer service! I highly recommend Cal-Nevada towing.
Awesome service! Insurance company could not find me a tow after two companies and a whole day waiting I called cal -nevada. Their driver Jack knows his job and got my dodge 3500 dually loaded and delivered to shop. I want his company too know he's the Best of the Best. Brakes locked up in the middle of the highway and Kent came out way faster then anyone else we called very professional got it done super fast really cool guy helped me out a lot I would highly recommend
On 01/05/2024 my rig broke down on I80 around Emigrant Gap. Cal Nevada towing was called and sent a wrecker for me. Kent arrived and promptly hooked up and towed me to Reno for repairs. I’ve been broken down in multiple areas around the country with both positive and negative interactions with tow companies. Cal Nevada towing was great. Not only was their response timely, Kent was professional, efficient and a personable driver. What could have been a long ride back to Reno passed quickly in great conversation with Kent. I highly recommend Cal Nevada Towing…if possible, ask them to send Kent.

Cal-Nevada Towing is top notch! After many obstacles with a prior company organized by my insurance, ultimately Cal-Nevada provided the support I needed. Blown tire on a van pulling a trailer with show dogs. From start to finish, all involved were professional and reassuring. The tow driver Emiliano was excellent. Competent, efficient, and polite. I am very grateful to him and this company. They helped me out of a dangerous situation. After waiting 3 hours for the previous co arrangement, Cal-Nevada arrived within 30 minutes. My advice, don’t bother with other tow companies. Call Ca-Nevada Towing!
I waited for 8 hours to get towed by another towing company before giving cal Nevada a call. I had Jack come over 1 hour after I made the call. He was very professional, (and handsome) very down to earth. Jack made a very terrible experience bareable. I hope to never need towing assistance in the future but if I find myself needing it I'm going to call cal Nevada towing.
Our truck (towing a 5th wheel and another trailer) lost power on the middle of the highway and Matt came out super quick - got us hooked up and out of danger quickly and safely. He was so professional and knowledgeable. On top of that - he towed us to a mechanics shop he highly recommended, in a safe location. Matt was truly a savior and had a smile the whole time. I hope I don’t have to call anytime soon again but wouldn’t hesitate to call Cal-Nevada Towing if I did. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone! Wish I could give 10 stars!
