Flat repair, happy with the service. We tried to patronize this establishment in the past (about 6 months to a year ago) and did not get served. Decided to try once again and received great service. There was a change in staffing I believe. We will be back when we need service again.
My driver was amazing, punctual, very communicative, went the extra yard to drive me where I needed to go… Really appreciated the friendly approach and great customer service.
Very scary situation but got it done. Met my driver a day before in total Paul, Nevada where I totally lost power to my EV vehicle not being able to charge it in the town that I was in ended up stranded called up this tow company and they got the job done then the next day I needed to go to Reno with my dead as a door nail EV pick up truck previously had bought two weeks. My driver got the job done, even though the truck was bobbing around in the wind with the weight of the pick up truck. Got the driver manager out to check out the issue with the truck. Come to find out is just the weight and too many corrections by the driver driver manager said baby corrections we got the job done if I would just put in the same situation again I definitely would use this company very professional And flexible, thank you guys at no Nor-cal towing
Driver arrived as soon as possible coming from nearly 4 hrs away. Truck was loaded and delivered very quickly considering the distance. Driver was polite and careful.
I just have to say these guys are awesome especially Steve. He took a really bad emergency situation I was in, came up with a smart quick solution and I was on my way. Because he was so good at his job, he did it a lot faster than I was expecting so it was cheaper because they charge hourly. Definitely call these guys if you ever need their services!
This was a great experience. Its been probably 20 years since had to have a tow and Carlos made it an easy procedure. I was a little stressed but he was such a gentleman to my husband and myself. Car was put on a flat bed and secured so well. I will definitely use them again. IF NEEDED...
Nathanial changed out our battery. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He asked if there was anything else he could help us with, and I mentioned my low tire light being in for months but could not tell which tire. He took the time to check all my tires and found the culprit, added air to it as he described how those sensors work. He is an asset to your company.
My wife and daughter were on a trip from Henderson to Reno. They had an issue with their car and, I think his name was Jose, was very kind and he repaired the problem quickly and got them back on the road with no further problems. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

Our truck stopped in the middle of a two lane highway while hauling our 5th wheel. It was dark, and we were afraid we would back up traffic or cause an accident. We called the local police department to help with traffic control and then called the towing company. The driver responded quickly and had our truck and trailer hooked up to tow in less than 15 minutes. We made it home quickly and safely. Thank you, Cal-Nevada Towing!
Called at midnight booked a tow for 8am. Trucki didn't show. Called them told it would be there in 1.5 hrs truck still didn't show. Called back told another 2 hrs. They told me another job was more important so I was going to have to wait.thanks to this alone I lost days of time in getting repairs .
Brilliant. Locked my keys in the car. Originally AAA estimated a two hour wait. Cal-Neva Towing called me within five minutes of the service request to tell me a serviceman was close by. 10 minutes later, my door was unlocked, and I was driving away. Pro.
After the storm on Jan 3-5, there was ice on my driveway and I was stuck trying to get across the icey surface and berm although my car has all wheel drive. I called the number for help on the back of my premium Member card, and the truck to help was there in the 15 minute window. Stefan was not deterred by the berm from the Truckee plows. He attached a wench to my car and adjusted his truck based on results, including shoveling the berm and the position of his truck - no small accomplishment on Northwoods at 4:00 pm. Stefan was successful in getting on to the road and on my way. I highly recommend this provider!
Hobbes the cat managed to lock the car door on a cold winter night with my keys inside when I got out to clear snow from driveway. Nathaniel from Cal Neva Towing got to the house within 20 min and had the door open in less than 5 min. Hobbes was most appreciative!
They delivered it in time to the service station in Palo Alto. Pick up driver was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Car stored at lot for 2 days before transporting. The automated messages when it left were not helpful, since they were for initial pickup. Also, reading did not work
I was kept updated via text about the driver’s location while I waited stranded in the snow on Highway 80. Jacob was helpful and efficient and I was back on my way after a “simple fix” (well, simple for him lol). Used my AAA membership so no additional cost…
Our tow-truck driver Jacob came out when our prius wouldn't start in the snow. He was super helpful getting us jumped, advising (newbies) on road conditions and helped us rearrange our rentals garage to make sure our car could fit for an additional overnight. Above and beyond <3

Steve's a good guy...had the flatbed down & ready to load my car as I arrived. He's local & knew the guy whose shop my car had to be towed to for emergency service just before New Years. We could have talked fishing for a while but service calls were backed up 3.5 hours.
Steve was extremely professional and competent. He rescued my car, which was up propped on a tree stump, within minutes of arriving and stayed to make sure it was okay to drive. I really appreciate his help.
Nate was a really great of a tow truck driver. He knew his job and I could tell that he was very experienced. Dogs are good judges of character. My dog Baxter liked Nate right away and sat under his seat in the truck the whole way to our destination. I have only positive things to say about him and cal Nevada tow. I had the exact opposite experience about 3 weeks ago with another tow company in the area. I have nothing good to say about the other tow company. It matters who you do business with.When anybody is in the situation where they need a tow. I would highly recommend them. Nate definitely deserves a big raise in pay! Thanks cal Nevada tow
This was a flat tire. The tire was shredded. The tow truck driver was very helpful. I had some construction materials that had to be moved out of my trunk to get to the spare tire. The driver had a cheerful attitude and working together, we were able to get the items moved pretty quickly.
We slashed a tire on a metal covert late Sunday night. Our car was able to ONLY move into our cabin driveway. Sunday morning - no tire shop open in Truckee. Monday morning no one in Truckee could get the tires before Tuesday. We found tires and a shop in Reno before contacting AAA. Our service was a 6 on a 1-5 scale. The tow company worked with our timeframe and could not have been more polite or professional. At a vulnerable time, to the person Cal-Nevada Towing calmed our anxiety and fears.
They were great! Nathaniel beyond caring and knowledgeable. However had very bad conversation w N Ca Supervisor! I'm So Ca Membet for 52 years, didn't even know the State was split ?? Didn't take names but conversation happened 11/17. After 1.5 hours trying to get service I get that, I was frustrated and unfortunately let it out. But he just lashed back with no concern of issue at hand!
The gentleman who helped me with my car was thoughtful, kind, as well as excellent and fast at his job. He handled my car with care and perfectly parked it on the curb for me. I did not get a name, sadly. It was a tough day for me, and he made it easier. If I ever need a tow again, I will always use this company. Fair pricing as well. Thank you for everything.
As usual AAA was not overly helpful, so I asked their local contractor was. Luckily it was Cal nevada so I called you guys and you we're extremely helpful and responsive to my complicated dead battery problem. Definitely not the hour ETA that AAA gave me. Thanks so much. For helping me get to my birthday camp out more anxiety than I already had. Best AAA response in a long time.
