The selling of my car was painless. Very professional, was able to walk me through the necessary steps in order for to release my car to them. The selling price / offer was fair. The car pickup was scheduled to my convenience.

The Odyssey was an old family friend but a high mileage and was worn out. The local dealer really didn't want to play with it, and show these folks easily offered more. Hey, whenever you find yourself in a pickle... when your beloved car disappoints and lets you down, at time of no time, no place, and no money for it... these guys will bail you out within few hours! They’ll take a huge load off your shoulders by ridding you of a dead car not only by picking it up from you for free, which is a huge deal because a tow truck would cost hundreds of dollars especially at a time when you don’t have it and no one will help, they’ll actually buy your car too!!! Other similar companies require you to deliver the car to them! Haha, what sort of help is that? And then they still offer you about 50 bucks for it! lol. But with these guys, All you do is call, 5 minutes, wait 1-3 hours, sign and get paid on the spot, 5 minutes!!! And you're safe from having to tow yourself, impound fines, or fine for abandoning a vehicle. You're rescued and freed with few hundred dollars in your pocket!!! They really were godsends at the time of no way out for me!!! Thank you!!!

My son totaled his 1st car 36 hours after he bought it. Due to only having liability insurance, we had to look into other ways for him to get the most money possible to put toward another car. I filled out the form online and quickly received a call from James. After giving him more detailed information and a very brief hold (less than 5 minutes) James came back with an offer that included free towing of the vehicle and his company would also pay for all title transfer fees. I told James we were offered a higher amount from another company. He asked if he could put me on another brief hold to see what he could do. Less than 5 minutes passed when he came back on the line and offered more money than the other company and still included the free tow and paid all fees associated with transferring the title. The tow company came the next morning, loaded up the car, and handed me a check for amount James and I agreed on. James text me 2 times before the tow truck driver arrived to make sure i didn't have any questions. I was allowed to pick from 2 four hour windows of when to expect the tow truck. The tow truck driver called an hour before he arrived so that i didn't have to sit around like the cable company makes you do, which was great because the car was at our storage garage so I didn't have to sit there and wait all morning.
