Motorcycle was towed. Waited 2 hours waiting for someone to show up to release it. Was assured he’s 8 min out, then 7 min, then 30 minutes. Awful service.
The ladies who answers the phones are completely unprofessional. Act like you are bothering them with questions. I would never ever use them for towing a vehicle. Find someone else don’t use this company.

They were so incredibly quick…and the service man Evan was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! My car had a weird issue and he was patient and despite the extreme difficulty, was able to get it into neutral bc it wouldn’t damage the vehicle as opposed to dragging it onto truck. He was very professional and efficient and I hope they never let him go! Lisa was lady I talked to on the phone and she was just as fabulous!!! Price was great too. Thanks so much everyone!!!!!

Broke down at Bordertown and it was a Sunday morning. I have AAA and no one else was willing to tow me up highway 80 even with AAA Plus . D & S called me about a hour in and saved the day. They were more than willing to tow me where I needed and the dispatch/ driver was more than professional.

My hero’s! My tow driver Cade was an angel! I ran something over and he was so kind in checking if it was stuck before taking me to the car place to have them fix it. I felt so comfortable being I am a short girl and I was alone in a random parking 100% recommend.

Tow drivers lack experience to assist in a proper manner. Managers refuse to return calls or emails once damage has occurred. Save the hassle and either figure out your situation on your own or go with a different tow service. * Been over a year, scratches all over my vehicle still thanks to them and now rust in those spots. No calls from them or email even after I spoke to a manager and gave him the information. Glad they disregard customer complaints. Sorry my vehicle isn't brand new and didn't deserve the care like someone elses
The staff answering the phone was very professional and kind. When the driver go to me, within the quoted time he was very respectful. He loaded my car and got me to my chosen destination safely.
I was traveling through Nevada this week and had a tire blow out on me on Carvers NV. I needed to get to Reno to find a new tire so I called these guys to get a quote to come out and tow me the 131 miles back to Sparks. The quote I received was $2450.00. Needless to say I said no and made few more call and found someone else. Sure felt like price gouging to me. Certainly would not call these guys if I was in need in the future.
Blown away by the work ethic and professionalism. Called on a Sunday and was able to get all my random questions answered. As single women it can be overwhelming dealing with things like this. They were honest and upfront with cost that allowed me to feel safe. I had my wallet in the car with $500 in cash. I was already in the mind set the money would be gone but when I went to pick my items out of the car. I found it!! I was so grateful for everything. Thank you D&S for your services and support during this chapter.
My cousin’s brother called for a tire change service from the company… What a circus!! the driver came was very unprofessional, & he thinks the driver was drunk as he smelled like booze!!! He couldn’t do his job right…. Their uniform was filthy!! Was toldd he looked like he went Wienerschnitzel before the call, apparently he was in a rush… there was ketchup and mustard on the the uniform… well he thought he was there for a lockout then my cousins brother, clearly indicated that no I needed help with my flat tire so this Driver goes and gets a jumper cables … see what I mean a circus.
I called because I needed my car towed. The dispatcher was extremely
rude when collecting my information. I could only imagine how horrible it would be to call this place after an accident and have someone so rude speak to me the was the dispatcher spoke to me. I ended up cancelling the service I had requested because I couldn't believe how rude they speak to customers. Please call another company, especially if you are going through an already stressful time (after an accident).
One star is to much should be minus 5 stars. Towed my son's truck under RPD orders after being totaled. Will not allow access to get personal belongings from truck for no reason except expired registration. Should be under criminal investigation. Would not trust them ever.
I received a letter in the mail called D & S Tow and spoke to Nichole about the letter I received and she was very helpful with a great tone and demeanor and great professionalism and a pleasure to talk to with very good people person skills she provided me with an email so I can send my document. I emailed them and got a response back right away. D & S Tow your great for having such great people. Thank you!
Very helpful! Called every tow truck company and locksmith company and every was asking for 100$+ with a 2 hour wait to get my car unlock. Me being from out of state thies guys came in 30 mins and and a very good rate! Very thankful for these guys i wish i remember there names but if u see a guy with flame tattoos on his arm u r in good hands, Very professional got my car unlocked in mins. Call operators are soo rude. She yelled at me and put me on hold for 5 min to pick up again forgetting what she was talking to me about and then continued to yell at me saying she was going to put me on hold again. Then hung up. Please hire professionals. SCAM. Paid 5 dollars and machine didn’t print ticket.
We had a fantastic experience. The wait was long, but we were way up on the 80 west. Casey came, was professional, kind and quick. We had a very long drive back to genoa, Nv. Casey is a great conversationalist and very professional. Thank you.
Can't say enough good things about this company even though I didn't go with the tow they were friendly and very helpful, they offered me great rates and Bobby was such a pleasure to speak with he kept me up to date on his whereabouts and the time frame i was looking at. The bestestest tow service i ever experienced! Was in accident, had two toddlers and they willing to bring the car to motel where we stay to allowed us to collect stuffs out of car. Since we couldn't get them all and into police vehicles when they drop us off at motel.
Especially we about to let the car go--but the guy told us to don't as well the car still run like as good but needs new headlights and radiator. Their price is VERY reasonable! 3 months same price and also was told accept payment plan--very blessed with our under 1,5k income total meanwhile we got two toddlers and expecting third on the way. We're more than blessed to have them into our accident indecent.

A friend was recently very distraught because her daughter and granddaughter were locked out of their vehicle, approximately 20 miles from home, in an unfamiliar area in south Reno. I saw on her face and witnessed her relief when D & S Tow turned up quickly to save the day. The dispatch, company owner and driver were professional and helpful. I will keep their number handy for my own use, should I ever need their services.
