Yesterday while ordering online I encountered a problem and called the Yerington store for assistance. I spoke with Mike and he patiently navigated me through the process of ordering and found my problem (wrong letter) and I I was able to place my order. I called today and Mike helped me buy another part. Exceptional customer service. I don't live in town and I am ordering parts for my brother to pick up.
Exceptional service from Mike. I'm from out of town and was stranded with a bad battery. He quickly helped diagnose the issue while also testing the alternator and starter so I could get home safely back to Utah. I'd recommend this place to anyone after my experience here.
Went to buy a couple hundred dollars of parts have been in their last couple days buying parts with my card forgot card and the gal would not take a check because it was under a five hundred number what is this garbage Napa down the street loved the business and took the check sure am glad how you treat people that have been in this town longer than your store I’ll never come back
I bought my first vehicle, and they were the ones I took it to for my first parts, a battery and a new headlight. Right from the beginning the Manager Mike was helpful! He showed me how to replace the light bulb, and my battery, and then, when I found out I needed a new camshaft sensor (which on my vehicle, was built into the distributor) he explained the process of how to replace it, including finding Top Dead Center (compression stroke), and timing the engine. He assured me if I had any issues, I could take it over there and he would be more than willing to help me out. Great service. I highly recommend!

Very helpful staff every time I go in! The can always help find the part you need and if they don't have it in stock they can order it for you. Great rewards program and an amazing selection of everything automotive!
The O’Reilly’s team was such a lifesaver today when the alternator we ordered refused to bolt down. Even though they aren’t required to help, they still went out of their way to help us, as we were broken down in the parking lot. We seriously would’ve never made it out without their amazing customer support and know-how.
In general there's good people and they're friendly. They seem to have different people every time i go in there, makes me wonder why? They don't have more than one thing of something that takes more than one of making it easier to just order from the Web.
I Use O'Reilys a lot and the last time I went in there it was hard to get help. I asked to have them check my car engine light and they said he couldn't do it then. There noone in the store so I am not sure why they wouldn't. But all in all it's a great auto parts store.
Almost always have the part, open at convenient times. Will find and order any parts you need for a good price. Genuinely enjoy conversations with the employees.
