I just had the pleasure of experiencing customer service at its finest. Middle of the night need a complicated tow and luckily for me, AAA Las Vegas sends Mr. Bronson Sai to my rescue. This gentleman was a knowledgeable, professional, on time, quick problem solver that has renewed my faith in the goodness of customer service. Thank you sir and whoever trained you for making such a chaotic mess seem not so crazy.
This organization is "Top Notch"! You will not be disappointed with their service - from dispatch (Sandy) to drivers (I know 2 of them are Art and Tim). I would recommend these folks to anyone as they are on-top of their game. Not only are they timely; they are courteous and experts at their job. They will get you, your family and your vehicle to a safe haven in no time at all. They are now in my phone contact list right down to the names of personnel who have thus far assisted me. Liars Liars! Had to have my sons car towed, they told him over an hour eta, so we went to where the car was being towed and suddenly the tow driver called to say he was there and we needed to be there to sign paperwork. Told him we would be there in 5 mins he said ok and would wait, we got there in 4 mins and the loser tow driver left! Unacceptable to lie to customers and no reason not to wait the 5 mins as we are AAA Customers and pay for the service. Horrible service and a horrible driver!
