We were on our way back home to Wyoming when our Subaru dash lights indicated that multiple issues were occurring all at once. We made it to Tinks Superior Auto Parts hoping to be able to troubleshoot a way to get back home to our kiddos THAT day. Enter Matthew. From the moment we set foot in the store, Matthew completely put our minds at ease as he troubleshot our issue along with us. With his help, we settled on a Car Reader. He helped walk us through the steps on how to use it. Once we plugged it in and had an answer(the catalytic converter), he knew exactly what we needed to fix it, and walked us right to a bottle of catalytic converter cleaner. Matthew’s kind, helpful demeanor paired with his incredible knowledge of mechanics, saved us thousands of dollars and fixed our problem. After putting in the cleaner, the warning lights went off 15 minutes down the road, exactly like he said it would. He helped us get back home to our kids with a simple solution, and we can’t begin to thank him enough for being such a qualified and dedicated part of the Napa team there. There aren’t too many employees that would go to such trouble helping mechanically inept people such as ourselves, but Matthew went above and beyond, and we are eternally thankful that he was working that day. Bought a new battery on December 31st. You'd think that for the warranty they'd put January- nope. So, only by your stuff there on the 1st of the month
I would leave a higher rating , but 5 is the highest. Misael helped us with our dead battery while at the Virgin River. He talked us thru a possible warranty, brought out the battery to the hotel and swapped it ! Wow... thank you !
I stopped in today to get a cabin filter for my Honda the rude female behind the counter said she did not have one in stock and that she could order one and it would come in later today I told her I would need her help to remove the old one she informed me that they do not do that I informed her yes you do told her to cancel my order and went to AutoZone where they were very polite and had a cabin filter in stock and help me replace it.

Everyone is helpful besides that rude lady setsu. I immediately leave if she is the only one there and if she answers my calls I ask to speak to ANYONE else.
This store is the best. A part I ordered was sent to St. George by mistake, instead of making me wait until Monday they got on the phone and had it driven down to Mesquite and I received it that day.
I’m from Cali traveling through to Utah desperate trying to find a fuel cap for a 26ft. Penske rental truck and the one the computer showed was for that vehicle we too big and their system showed that was all they had, but the cashier went out of his way to go upstairs and look so he could help us and dug through box after box and found one that fit perfectly. He did not have to go up there after the system said that they had no more, but by him going above and beyond to help me and save me we were able to finish our trip safely and complete with a fuel cap..:thanks for your amazing customer service and give those guys a raise! I recommend if passing through and you need something go see them!
New facility and location in Mesquite. Quite impressive with great selection of inventory, good help and now they have a good selection of RV accessories! Prices are reasonable. A nice upgrade for our small town.
This Napa store saved my trip! Our Rv blow a tire in the canyon and these guys had the socket I needed.
I called 30 min before closing and boy was I happy they were open late. The young lady was friendly and helpful, but just the fact they stayed open showed they cared. I was able to change my tire and our trip was saved. Thanks ladies!

We had a major wheel bearing issue with our RV and were left stranded in Tink's parking lot. The staff was super understanding of our issue and let us stay in the lot there until the parts we needed for the job arrived. (Only took one day because they're super speedy). They had everything we were looking for, offered helpful advice, and their customer service went above and beyond what is normally given. Definitely recommend this shop!

I drive an old beat up car that is no longer made. Happen to be in the area and ran into trouble with it. Found this place and they set me up without issue. Prices were fair and the staff very knowledgeable. To a non local they were titans among others.
I walked asked for a part we needed, they got it & I walked out. Literally so easy to deal with. The guy helping was very nice & new exactly what part I was talking about.
Great service! Had a 'service engine' light come on passing through Mesquite on a 3500KM road trip. Stopped in at NAPA. They used their little tester on the van and showed it was an oxygen sensor, likely trigged due to the altitude. No charge! We finished our trip without further incident.
The owner is a joke. Got irate with me because I wouldn't belive him. I gave him proof that he could order a part for me and he threw my money back at me, threatened me with an attorney. Needless to say mesquite would be better without his store in our city.
