  I give Ricky a 5 stars review! This is my dad first car accident and we did not know which repair shop to go to. Luckily we found Royal Touch. The estimate price was reasonable and negotiable. We went to get the free estimate price at Saturday and got a real quote on Tuesday. Pay 40% deposit on Tuesday and the car done Friday. The car looks great!

  I cannot recommend Ricky enough. I ran into a really jagged wall and scratched up the side of my car. He was very kind and provided exceptional service and turnaround. I am still amazed at the body work and paint match. He was very honest and gave a great price for the work he did. I will 100% be coming back for any additional body work needs and would not consider anyone else.

  I was so impressed with the customer service, professionalism, and quality of work at Royal Touch. He was extremely accommodating and even met us on a day they were closed just because that’s what worked best for our schedule. He charged what he quoted, completed the work sooner than was estimated and the car looked like new. I definitely recommend!

  Ricky got our Kia Seltos in on an off day and had our mirror fixed in the 3 hour estimate he provided us with. This is definitely one of the most enjoyable experiences we've had at an auto shop. Ricky has a wonderful and kind personality and isn't afraid to be honest, even if it will save you some money.

  After backing into a pole like an idiot, I wanted those scratches gone STAT. Ricky was able to quote me from a photo of the damage I texted. Not only was the price fair, he was able to get my car back to me in 24 hours! I'm super happy with the results (and to be able to pretend I'm not a dunce who backs into things). Highly recommend!

  Came to Royal Touch to have my new bumper replacement painted and installed. They gave me a great price, got me in quickly, and had my new bumper matching perfectly! The part I bought was dented from shipping (I bought a cheap part myself ) and they were able to fit that! Beyond happy with their work! Will definitely be back!! And recommending them to everyone!

  Ricky and Ash are the best. Yellow is a very hard color to match, but Ricky did it for my truck. Not only that, but I was impressed with the extra care he and Ash put in to make sure that my replaced fender properly lined up with the hood and door. I would recommend Royal Touch.

  Awesome people--they really saved me money by their quick work. They went above and beyond to help while my insurance company was dragging their feet. They're a small place near the art district but dont let that fool you--they do amazing work. I cant thank them enough for being who they are.
