AAA Auto Center has my business FOREVER! My experience was above and beyond my expectations. The customer service was friendly and communicative, the labor and skill was fast and great quality, (which is rare.) They advised me of several options that I could consider to fix the body damage on my car. Because I was previously aware of their outstanding craftsmanship, I chose the option they recommended most. They met my deadline, (which I won’t share because it is really an unrealistic expectations.) and even cleaned my car up before calling me in. Give these guys a call first to see if they are a good fit for you auto need.
My brand new 2022 Pathfinder was in an accident in December FD had to use the Jaws of Life to open my driver side door, driver side back door was smashed, and pasDenver side smashed in to a wall but wasn't declared a total loss so Wendell and his guys were able to fix my truck and made look like it just came off the dealership floor everything brand new. Definitely recommend. They took great care of me.
I'm only leaving one star because it doesn't have the option to put zero! He lied to me about my car problems, he lied about what he was going to do, he lied about how much he was going to charge me and he kept my car for 3 months. He handed me my car with the transmission broken and said he didn't know, the car stopped just as I left his shop and he said it wasn't his fault and my car was a total loss. Never put your car in that body shop

Before Veteran's Day I took my car into this hidden gem. This shop is located off of Flamingo. I worked closely with Wendell. The process was quick and easy. Wendell looked my car over and gave me a fair and affordable quote. I was quoted that it would take 3-4 days for the repairs. With their dedicated staff the work was done in two. Once the repairs were completed they gave me a call to arrange for pickup of my car. Once I got there I misplaced my key, but even with my mistake they went out of there way to assist me. There office made me new spare keys and did so without charging me. They said they respect those that have served and made it as a gift for me. The staff here are polite, attentive, and professional. I'm truly thankful for the experience of working with them to get my car repaired.
I had to get a new bumper & more for my car and Wendell was able to not only give me a great price, but he was also able to get my car worked on very fast and got it back to me right when I needed it. I really appreciate the work that was completed on my vehicle (Audi Q7) by AAA Auto Center. My rear bumper was destroyed in a accident. The inspection was thorough and the estimate was fair. What can I say but just an all around great place to buy a used car. I was hit by another car and needed a new car fast. They were willing to work to fix anything that they did not catch in the first place. Super nice and friendly. Would buy from them again. Update:. I would not buy from these guys. Promised to fix anything they did not catch before sold. Car never warms up period. Wanted to charge me for a temperature thermostat replacement. Said they have no notes from last winter. Told me new owner, same owner walked in, told me different salesman, same salesman walked in. They told me I waited seven months to fix this problem I did not wait 7 months. This is the same problem I had at the end of the last winter when I bought the car under a year ago. They will not back up their used cars and will promise you the world just to sell you a car. As you can see with the response below. They said one thing when I bought the car and another now. I was told they would fix anything right away. I had this heat problem going on since I bought the car. I brought it in twice last winter. I started two jobs and could not make it down there. I was told one the part replaced has nothing to do with the temp. And two no notes were placed about the temp. So basically nothing was completed that actually solved the problem. Then next winter I bring it back now that I have time and I am told I need a warranty. Look at their nasty response and see for yourself the lady upfront said things changed since last year. I saw all the same people. But definitely not the great quality I had when I bought the car. Something changed and not for the better.
I was sold a car from this place in late 2018. There has been nothing but issues with this car, especially issues which were not disclosed to me. 1) The car had NO THERMOSTAT in it. Why would you sell a car with no thermostat? This led to the A/C constantly shutting off after a short period of use and led many mechanics to believe the whole A/C system needed replacing, quoting me repair costs upwards to a thousand dollars. Luckily, after seeing multiple mechanics about the faulty A/C system I was told it was because there was no thermostat in the car (it had been removed). As one was fitted for the fraction of cost of replacing the whole A/C system, the A/C started working again. There is no way the mechanics at this dealership did not know about the fact that there was no thermostat in this car 2) There was a leak from the coolant tank which was not disclosed to me 3) I was not provided with a title of the vehicle. 4) It was sold as clean title when in fact over time there has been ample evidence that it was in fact in a crash. 5) The entire left front door had been replaced with a cheaper knock-off front door, which became only apparent and visible after a skilled mechanic had a look at it and told me about it. 6) the ball joints were completely worn, needing fixing for upwards of a thousand dollars. 7) The tires were completely bald, even unsafe for use. Arguably I should have noticed that but I know nothing about cars and they took advantage of it. 8) the windshield blades were completely worn. 9) the battery, despite being told it was recently replaced, needed replacement as it did not hold any charge, which led to the car breaking down a few days after purchase. All in all these guys saw I had no idea about cars and completely ripped me off. BEWARE
Having purchased many vehicles over the years,my recent visit to H & M resulting in the purchase of a 2011 Lexus LS460 was a truly unique experience. The people here are like a big happy family. Natalie was my first contact and enthusiastically displayed the car - with her infectious personality. Homo,the owner and I were able to put a deal together and Bingo,I was the owner of a very nice car. After the purchase,I decided to have the car repainted and met with Jaime,Body & Paint Mgr. who showed me examples of the quality of the work they do.Everything went very smoothly-Jaime sent me photo updates on the progress and delivered a quality product. Met with Seth,Service Mgr,who assured me that he looked forward to caring for my future service requirements. My neighbors have complimented me on my “new” car and are amazed it’s 8 yrs old. Oops-I almost forgot to mention Moses, the gentleman who picked me up on two occasions and made me feel good about the quality of people I was doing business with. A UNIQUE ORGANIZATION!

H & M Auto Body technicians provided a SUPERB paint job and headlight restoration for my 1997 Honda Civic. I found Jaime, the Auto Body Shop Manager, easy to work with and thoroughly professional as I discussed my price range and the desired look for this older vehicle. We agreed to a very reasonable price for what I wanted and the finished product was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. My still reliable old Honda looks like a new vehicle on the outside. I am very happy that I went with H & M Auto Body and would highly recommend this shop for auto painting and headlight restoration.
H&M gave me a fantastic price for a front end alignment. I had them check for a front end noise and they told me my sway bar links were worn... easy. The last place I took it to wanted to replace $3000 worth of front end stuff. H&M are honest folks!
