I had a great experience! The staff took their time and really made sure I understood what was going on with my car. They didn’t rush through the inspection or try to upsell me on things I didn’t need — they just showed me the actual problems clearly and explained everything in a professional, mature way. It’s rare to find a shop that values honesty and thoroughness like this. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family.
There were a couple of people being helped and my first point of contact was Daniel. He was very kind and we talked about what services I needed. When Cynthia was available she took over with my check in and was extremely nice and hospitable! The customer service here is AMAZING which is no needed today!
The lady at the front desk seemed to be having a bad day—she was very rude and had a noticeable attitude. Additionally, the staff member who worked on my car spoke very limited English, which made communication difficult. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.
No point of a Groupon. And after reading the rest of the reviews I definitely feel like Brian and whoever that lady is at the desk scammed me into buying new rotors when wasn’t needed. I bought a Groupon for brake pads to be changed and he said he would have to deny that service unless I purchased rotors additionally. I said I didn’t want new rotors but if I didn’t get them I would be out of $80, no new brake pads, and he knew that. A con at its finest. I should have known wit his slick small talk when I first walked in. No one is that interested in their customers. I was in a rush and didn’t have time to argue or even think this out. He got me with this one. If I find there is something that can be done trust me I’ll be back.
Took my car in for an oil change and smog check and left and two new lights are on my dash and the owner refuses to check it out! I was honking my horn on the way out and they were filming me as well. Don't trust this place at all!
Took car in an oil change and got an inspection, couldn’t be done no worries… upon receiving vehicle notice my driver side visor was cracked on the left side. Asked about it and was told by Brian no one touched it then told me he’ll ask the guys. Funny how he told me no one messed with it before asking around… called again told me no one touched it.. can see the dirt from the hands on it… then told me mechanic had clean hands lol… told me specifically “I won’t do anything about your visor” and hung up. First Brian lied to me at the Fremont location now this.. if you got a problem with me then tell me like a man, don’t break my visor and hang up on me.. gets really defensive when you disagree. When you turn down the other service he recommends you can see his change in attitude .. now threatening me with a restraining order.. should tell you all you need to know about this place… you know how to reach me…
Came in for an oil change, fast and honest service. Team was friendly and very helpful in pointing out other things issues under my hood and offering quotes and payment plans. Will definitely be returning again.

[Changing my rating from 5 to 2 stars. My vehicle was still under warranty when I brought it in for the oil change. I asked them to check my AC because it wasn't working. The tech said my AC compressor needed to be replaced. I asked if they work with the warranty company and the tech told me yes, so I figured it wouldn't be an issue getting it fixed once the tech called the warranty company and submitted the work order for the repairs. I offered to give him the phone number and wrote down the warranty number for him, but he said it wasn't necessary and he'd call me once he'd spoken to them. After a week of not hearing anything, I called the tech, and he said he was waiting for a call back. Well, I called the warranty company and they received no phone call. It went back and forth like that for over a month, and by that time, my warranty had expired.]
The staff is super friendly. They got me in for an oil change without any wait.
They offer a FREE AC check, but if you're attempting to have any repairs covered by insurance or a warranty company, I wouldn't hold your breath.
I came in for an oil change, and was met with professionalism and compassion! I came in near closing time and they STILL did the oil change! Jay was amazing and the front desk woman who’s name I can’t remember, were beyond amazing! If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic, this is the place!! Thank you so much!

I came in to have my brake pads fixed. I needed new rotors as well. The owner or manager I didn’t catch his name educated me and helped me through the process. The front desk staff was super friendly and she made the situation easy and comforting. Service was fast my car is running better! The service is top notch. I came in on a groupon oil change and came back to take care of some minor issues with my car. Jeff is very great at his job and Cynthia also! Monday morning a light went off on my dash and I took my car to Nevada Auto Center it’s in my area I had been seeing advertisements during the week and I remembered to go there I dropped in and they took really good care of me I got quite a few services done it was expensive but the financing help me out so much . The customer service was very good, helpful, informative thank you so much again !!
If you are smart don’t take your car to this shop. I took my son Dodge Challenger in on 2-10 for a code for oil pressure sensor. Brian made me feel comfortable that my son car was in good hands. He also suggested other repairs and I was ok with them. The repairs came up to 2400 after all his suggestions. When I advised him of the code, he told me that he didn’t believe in auto zone code machine or my son code machine, which both machines came with the same code. We picked up the car on Feb 14 and again the check engine light came back on. We took the car back on Feb 17 and again Brian is telling me nothing is wrong with that car and drive it 50 miles. He even got really defensive because I was voicing my concerns. We left that day and later that day the car cut off in the middle of the intersection. We towed the car back to my house and then towed the car back to Nevada Auto Center on Feb 18th or 19th. Again Brian is trying to convince me that there is nothing wrong with the car and they did all the repairs correctly. Brian is such a liar. We then left the car there and he called me on Feb 21 and told me that he drove the car 50 miles and the car was good. My son drove the car today Feb 22, less than 2 miles and the check engine light is back on. He lied to me once again. I’m never taking my car back there or my family and now I have to find someone or take it to the dealership to get fixed. I just wanted to find a honest mechanic outside the dealership. And he let me know they are not a good company. Also when my mom went to go pick the car up on Feb 21st, she took me that 2 customers walked in Nevada Auto Center, complaining that there check engine light was back on and another gentleman was complaining because his brakes was messed up after they say they repaired them. And Brian was trying to get me to add on the brakes. The fact that he got upset and defensive because he didn’t repair the car is rude and unprofessional. The fact that originally me, my aunt and my cousin was trying to go to his cousin shop on Russell and Boulder and was was told to go Brian shop. He also advise my him and his cousin was in competition. But I should have went to his cousin because he fixed my daughter Malibu and she drove off the lot with no problems and still no problems. He even tried to tel me that my son car has a lot of issues! A car that has been drove back and forth to Arizona. He told me when you hook a car up to the code reader, that there are hidden codes. I’m not a mechanic but that is a first i ever heard of that. If I was a mechanic I would make sure my job is perfect and satisfy my customers because that’s how you keep people happy and that’s how you keep business. Brian don’t care about his customers , he care about money only!!!!!!!

Had a timing belt and other things done only to go get it taken to somewhere else and be told that nothing said done was actually done. Been hearing a noise had someone come look at it and to only find out the timing belt was done incorrectly. The work or lack there of has been overwhelming and inconsistent but the people were nice. However people being nice didn’t accommodate my vehicle not running properly. The next step after taking it up there again will be the better business bureau and attorney generals complaint.

I prefer this location rather than the other one. They have always been very quick any time I have taken my car in for any service. They have a nice little waiting area with a TV and coffee. Good customer service, and a good overall experience. Definitely recommend!
I got my smog check done today. I had the best service ever. They were friendly. The office is clean. They have coffee and water for you while you wait. They were efficient and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Kim was the girl behind the desk. She could not have been friendlier and helpful and Brian was my technician and he explained everything and great detail and these people are the bomb come to them.

This place has awesome service, they are super nice and super attentive. I just moved here from California and this is where I’ll come to get my oil changes & other auto repairs. Prices are fair and they do a great job at whatever you need done. Come here if you need something fixed with your car def recommend:)

This auto shop is my go to for oil changes and repairs. I believe they are honest and have decent pricing comparable to other shops in the Vegas area. However, they don’t take appointments, so you want to do an early walk-in as it can get pretty busy.
