I came down to move out of my grandpa's condo from Utah and they towed my U-Haul I was so scared of being an old white man luckily I dealt with Max towing some good guys and they even cut me a deal we're highly recommend
I called this towing company at 3:40 AM for help with my car. I explained the situation clearly, including the make and model, and they quoted me $190. I asked if they could do any better and the man said he could do $172.
Almost two hours later, they called me back claiming they suddenly needed “more labor” and wanted to charge me an additional $180 on top of what I had already sent. When I asked for a refund, they told me there would be a service fee and a cancellation fee, even though they were the ones who doubled the price after agreeing to a set amount.
I paid them through Zelle, and now they’re telling me the refund will take another 1–2 days, while still charging fees.
This company is a complete scam. Dishonest, unprofessional, and predatory. Save yourself the headache and stay far away.
The worst service ever they lied several times about coming to tow my vehicle wait over Four and half hours to get service and damage my vehicle in the process service sucks
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had a flat and got a tow to a tire shop. They towed my front wheel drive car with the drive tires on the ground. They destroyed the gear shift and messed up the transmission. Immediately after drop off and a tire change my car won’t go in reverse. They sent their driver back to “fix” it claiming that he had disconnected the drive shaft and just needed to reconnected it. He actually had just broken it. He messed around and did nothing and then claimed that because the car was electric (it isn’t) that if I just drove for awhile the reverse would just magically start working. I ended up leaving my car in Vegas for repairs, paying for a hotel for the night, and then renting a car to get home 500 miles away. I have tried calling repeatedly and they just tell me that they are going to talk to management and then never get back to me. When I have called they know immediately what car it is because they know the caused considerable expensive damage and they are hoping I let it go. I won’t be and they will be hearing from my attorney. I have photos, videos, and witnesses at the tire shop that this car was towed incorrectly and the driver trying to convince me that he hadn’t broken it and thinking I was a dumb girl who would believe him that driving a broken vehicle will magically fix it UPDATE The owner commented on here telling me to reach out personally AFTER we had already talked and they won’t do anything about it. They want one of their own technicians to look at it. No way in hell am I letting the people who broke it mess with it anymore. They can’t even be bothered to refund the cost of the tow let alone pay back the damages or rental fees I incurred. I am thousands of dollars in the hole now and these people were texting me back and are now ghosting me. I suspect their driver told me to keep driving it so they could claim I broke something and it wasn’t them
This is the only tow company in using for now on and I recommend MAX Towing to everyone.

Adrian the tow guy from Max Towing was very friendly and took good care of my car when towing it. He took pictures at the pickup location and pictures at the drop off. Price was very affordable. Would recommend Max Towing to my friends, if they was to need a tow and asks for Adrian.
They are my go to.. tow company I've work with them for about 5-6years!! Fast ,effective and with amazing costumer service. They tow all my classic vehicles and motorcycles.. Adrian is my favorite he take pride in his job. Very nice and even let me ride home with him while my vehicle was being towed. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

One this company's trucks picked up a car on my street. Had it fully loaded on the flatbed and parked his truck diagnolly across the road. He could have easily pulled up a few feet to allow residents access but instead had another guy try to guide us around our neighbors parked car with inches to spare. I had asked him to move up and he laughed and said You can get around lady. Beyond rude!! I will never use this company and hope others who care about the way people act won't either.
I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received from this towing company. They responded quickly, were very professional, and handled everything smoothly. My car broke down on the third floor of a hotel parking garage, and it was a stressful situation. Thankfully, their driver was incredibly helpful and professional. He went above and beyond by helping me push the car all the way from the third floor down to the tow truck — not an easy task at all. He was calm, kind, and clearly experienced. This is the best towing in town. They are super fast, very affordable and Jorge was super nice. My car broke down on the freeway I contacted them and the lady was really nice over the phone . If I ever need towing assistance this is who I will call. Super recommended. Thank you
Jorge was amazing; I was stranded on the side of I-15 on my trip to Vegas due to a flat tire. It was 12am in the morning and 2 hours away from Vegas. He came all the way to get me and my car and tow me to a tire shop in Vegas. Very thankful for his patience and service!
Needed to move my car about 50 feet from the front of my house through an RV gate into the side yard. Jorge showed up right on time at 1:00 and had the car exactly where it needed to be by 1:12—job done and wrapped by 1:20. Super efficient, professional, and respectful the whole way through. $100 felt totally fair for the service. Would definitely call them again.

Cheap, reliable, and fast. They used a flat bed tow instead of a hitch so I didn’t have to worry about any car damage. They will also check your car before the tow to insure everything is okay. Will use again in the future if needed.
