My father’s truck has been there for the 5 th motor. Now. Every time he gets a new motor something goes wrong and has to be replaced every 4,000 miles. Then when they get the new motor they say something else is broken. This last time it’s been there for two months. No one ever calls and tells us updates. The worst place ever to go to. Would seriously never recommend
I went to these cause everyone i knew recommended me to them. I needed my transfer case motor replaced, no big deal, right? It took them 3 months to finally get it done. Granted i was giving them a chance till I find my shaft almost busted cause they didnt scre on the bolts on the knuckle of the main U joint. So i will not recommend them what so ever.
I wouldn't recommend this place. I had my transfer case replaced and my rear end rebuilt. The seal on the transfer case is leaking and the rear end lasted less than 3000 miles. I called the shop about warranty work, the owner gave me the run around for over a month... Finally he agreed to send $400 to cover the cost of parts. Here it is a month later and still haven't received a dime from the owner. It cost $1800 to have the rear end rebuilt again.... All because the mechanic didn't put loctite on the main bolt that held the retaining pin in the locker. Thanks stanton auto for the excellent work and customer service!!!
