They’ll charge you for several parts and labor you didn’t want or ask for and won’t even fix the problem you wanted fixed. Charged me $25 for 3 cans of carb cleaner to clean a carb I never asked to be cleaned. Would not recommend.
I had a blown hydraulic hose in my motorhome far from home and other garages weee saying no can do or will take days to get around too it, unbelievable turn around (like half hour!!)and price lower than expected.
Had a great chat with the lady at the counter too, very friendly place.

Utica Parts & Services is an outstanding establishment. They do great work. All of the employees are courteous, and they speak from experience when they offer advice. Tommy is who I dealt with. He does a very thorough job and is trustworthy. They will always get my business when I'm in the area.
These people went above and beyond to help my daughter and niece who had broken down on their way through Nebraska. Thank you so much for fixing the car, but also being human and helping someone in a bind!
I live in town. I had a flat that came an aired it up so I could take it to them to get it fixed. I was not charged for a service call. Very good group of guys. They're very helpful.
I came in with my van, which was running rough, intermittently. They took me right away. Josh and his team diagnosed several problems over the course of a couple of days, with the main problem being a faulty fuel pump. Thanks to Josh’s steady determination I was back on the road. Running great now, though the fuel gauge is behaving differently than before — not moving from F to E as rapidly. I was getting about 10 MPG before, now it’s more like 14!
I never write reviews but at this point I just feel I need to.
We stopped taking our vehicles to this place about a year ago after seeing how much they were charging us for normal repairs. They also always took about 2 days to complete. I suspect there's other people that haven't wrote a review that have had similar experiences as us because inhave heard of terrible experiences from others and our extended family quit taking their vehicles there about a year ago too.
Everytime we got the bills for the repairs, in just could not believe it. They also have randomly sent us other peoples bills in the mail (pretty big ones) The bills had other peoples names and addresses and everything.
But today was the last straw and i had to write this review.
This morning I very badly needed my car jumped after leaving the light on overnight accidentally. I was very desperate because I needed to get to work as quick as possible. Against my better judgement I called to see if they could help. they ended up charging me $45. FORTY FIVE DOLLARS for a total of 3 minutes work. We live in town. .1\3 OF A MILE FROM THE SHOP and I just couldn't believe it. especially in a SMALL TOWN! They are a local.shop in the community. In my hometown they probably wouldn't have charged me at all or it would have been like $10 that I would have insisted on paying.
He proceeds to tell me that he will wave the $45 charge if I just get a new battery from them. "Well if you have time for a battery change right now, you can just buy that instead". The entire reason I called them was because I needed to get to work quickly! And my battery is perfectly fine which I told him, i had just left the light on the night before.
I just feel like they always try to up charge us on everything we have done there. And they never care about their customers.
I just completely felt taken advantage of.
Long story short I WOULD NOT recommend this to anyone and I am just done with it and frustrated. I've heard of similar experiences of others.
STAY AWAY. Reviews should go down to negative stars. I agreed to $150 repair with a part I supplied. They not only charged more for labor than we agreed to but also snuck in charges to total just shy of $300. I think the mechanics are competent but the billing people and the owner are dishonest charlatans. I tried to come to a reasonable compromise but they are insisting on charging more than we agreed on. I REPEAT STAY AWAY.
