I had the absolute best experience at Bayard a couple weeks ago. They were able to look at my car right away. The manager was very pleasant throughout and thorough in testing the car via running diagnostics and test driving it. They weren't able to replicate the issue I had encountered and were hesitant to recommend replacing parts when they weren't finding an issue. After spending an hour on the car they wouldn't even let me pay for their time. They offered to see me right away if the issue emerged again. Knock on wood it hasn't :-)
Nice small parts store. They have most minor things you might need, but don't seem to carry a very large inventory of some things, but they will order it.
We were camping nearby and went in for some supplies. There was quite a bit of stock to choose from, and Dwayne was very helpful, giving me a name and number of someone who might be able to look at the wheel bearings on my RV. We really appreciated the friendly service and help.
Duane showed up with a tow truck in minutes after AAA had me waiting for hours. He got my car unstuck with ease and confirmed it was ok to drive, all before 8 am. Great experience, thank you so much!
Told me my car wouldn't drive at all and charged me an $85 fee to tow it a few blocks. Unloaded it and started it right up and drove it home fine 120 miles.
Had a flat tire on my fifth wheel, as I was trying to leave town. Duane and his crew got it popped off and fixed within 30 minutes, on a Saturday morning, no less. Really grateful that he was willing to remove it from the trailer for me, as the other shop in town refused to. Thanks guys!
