Great service, great craftsmanship, and reasonably priced. I didn't think a place like this still existed. If you need your car or truck repaired, you'd be foolish to not take it here, but expect you'll get scheduled about a week later, give or take a few days depending on the time of year and what's needing to be fixed.
A rare find! A great automotive shop that's run and owned by a truly wonderful couple. An honest mechanic and his super nice wife who runs the office and keeps things running smoothly and on-time. I had no ride back when I dropped off the car today and she was so nice she offered me a ride back while my car was being worked on. Bill is extremely knowledgeable, capable and competent as you would expect from a seasoned mechanic and actually does what's in the best interest of the customer and their car and he doesn't try to up-sell services at all!
Lisa, who runs the office, communicates very clearly and let's you know that they will 1st diagnose your cars issue(s) and then call you for specific "permission to proceed" with whatever repairs are needed. AND... she says, "we will not begin any repairs without your say so... so make sure you answer your phone or your car will just sit there without any work done to it".
If you know you need repairs done, best to call and get scheduled ASAP! Because they're often booked up for a week or more!
Amazing! The owners are just great to work with and you don’t get louped into other things like the franchise repair shops around town. Great value, commitment, and customer service all around.
In February of this year ,I bought a 2012 Dodge avenger from Ross in his location in Omaha Nebraska . I have had no problems at all with my car. Best used car I've ever bought. I highly recommend him.
