Charlie arrived within half hour as promised and got me off the road quickly. He was very professional and very efficient. Thanks Charlie! He even took me to safest place to park outside of shop and showed me what the problem was as well as what needed to be done to repair the air leak. Shout out to the local police department for their help and recommendation to Kent’s. Didn’t get the name of the officer but he was awesome. I would definitely recommend Kent’s!
10/10 recommend Kent’s Towing. We called another service provider for a flat tire and waited over an hour with zero communication. Put in a tow request and we were picked up, received assistance in fixing our tire and on the road within 40 minutes. Best roadside service experience we’ve had.

I cannot speak highly enough about Kent’s Towing. On Tuesday evening when my car stopped working near Ogallala, Charlie came right out and did everything he could to start my car but nothing worked. He kindly took my car, my dog, and me to my motel on the way to his shop. Wednesday, Troy from Kent’s towed car, my dog, & me from Ogallala to Fort Collins (180 miles) to Volvo dealership where it will take several days to repair. It’s miserable to have your car break down in the middle of nowhere, but Charlie and Kent definitely took part of the burden off me as they were gracious, knowledgeable, on time as scheduled, and very pleasant. If I have to get towed ever again, I’d want a company like Kent’s to help me!
Big shoutout to Kent’s Towing here in town. I posted asking about rock chip repair on my front windshield, and within 15 minutes, one of their employees reached out and said they could get me in that same day. They took care of my car, gave me a loaner, and had everything done quickly. Super friendly, helpful, and the windshield looks great!

Kent’s was a life saver! We broke down on I-80 and limped to a rest stop. Of course it was 5:00 on a Friday. Called them up, they came and got us, left us a courtesy vehicle and dropped the truck at an O’Reilly’s so we could replace the throttle body and get on the road. They made sure we were secured and had options for the night if we needed. Nice to know there are still people out there that do things the right way and for the right reasons.
yesterday we were stranded on westbound I-80 in the middle of nowhere Nebraska. I used AAA and Ken's towing was the one that responded - he not only got us jumped, he had to come back after he took care of someone else and then took us into Ogalalla and towed our car too - where we could buy a battery and alternator..once we bought that he took us to a friend of his who could fix it right away and then that same friend found us place to stay. also helped us out the next morning with another issue we were having with the car. I don't know what we would have done without Daniel and his buddy Travis. It was about 110° yesterday we were just baking in the Sun so it was a tough day but we had great help I can't say enough good things!!!!
I was recently driving cross country when my van quit in the middle of a construction zone on I 80 east of Ogallaia . I called AAA and they sent me to Kent’s towing. I called and Dan answered the phone immediately. After finding out where I was, the first question he asked me was whether my car was parked safely away from traffic. He next asked a few questions to determine what type of tow vehicle he needed. He arrived within 40 minutes as he said he would. He actually broke away from a delivery that wasn’t pertinent to come and help me out. When he arrived, he realized that I could drive the vehicle still so he led me out of construction to a safe road and we drove back to Ogallala. Once we reached Ogallala, he stopped, got out and made certain I was OK. He made several recommendations as to what I could do and where I could stay for the night. I asked him what I owed him, and he refused to accept any payment. Dan was a complete gentleman, did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it and once he knew I was safe he declined payment. You just don’t find people and companies like Dan and Kent’s towing anymore. I would recommend Kent’s towing as the only tow truck company in Ogallala, Nebraska. Thank you Dan, for everything. Bill P
I unfortunately had trouble with my car on I-80 about a week ago. I called my insurance company and they sent me a tow truck from Kent's Towing, and I can't tell you how lucky I was to have them chosen. I did wait almost 2 hours for the tow truck to arrive (mind you it was 109 degrees outside) and it was sweltering) not their fault they were busy with other breakdowns as well. I received a text from my insurance company with complete instructions as to who and what was going to happen. Then I received a call from Travis, the tow truck driver letting me know where he was and how long it would take him to get to me. He was very thorough with his communications. He finally arrived, looked at my car, didn't see anything wrong off hand. He did let me know there were several repair shops in Ogallala to choose from (I live in Colorado), so I trusted him with Ogallala. This was a Saturday, getting late in the afternoon, he offered to take me and my car to a hotel of my choice, I picked one, he dropped my car in a spot, and said to call him on Monday as nothing was open Sunday. He came back on Monday to pick me & my car up, took me to a repair shop I chose, and dropped us off. I am beyond grateful to this young man. He was so nice, helpful, and concerned about my situation treating me & my car with total respect and professionalism. (I was traveling by myself).
He went above and beyond his job. I want to thank him for everything he did to help me out, he needs a raise! I also want to thank Dan for his help with this as well. If you are ever in Ogallala, NE & need a tow truck Kent's Towing is your best bet. Thank you Travis & Kent's Towing you are the best.
My truck broke down East of Ogallala. Called kent’s towing. Charlie was there in less then 30 minutes and to add this was on a weekend. The service was quick and very professional. The price was so reasonable. I was extremely happy with the results.

After having issues with my insurance carrier's roadside service, I called Kent's Towing. They were able to load my 3/4 ton truck on the flat bed and tow my loaded utility trauler behind it to a hotel. They also towed my truck to the dealership to be repaired without an additional fee.
Travis did a great job and was very professional.
I don't know if there's any other options for tow companies along this stretch of I80, but if there are I would still recommend Kents.
Exceptional service, small town hospitality, these guys are doing it right! We were on our way from MN to Denver to pick up a family member for a cross country road trip. Our car, loaded with all our possessions for a 11 day vacation, was involved in a bad accident on I-80 that left it undriveable. After towing our disabled car off the interstate they brought us, and our belongings, to a local hotel for the night. The next morning they transported us to Denver airport so we could collect our Son, rent a car, and continue our trip. Thank you Kent, Dan and Travis, you saved the day and our vacation!

I broke down in the 80-mile 115 at 8:30 p.m., and the temperature was —17 F. They came pretty fast, did a great job moving the truck, and ensured I was warm. Plus, they dropped me off at the hotel close to the shop where the truck went. They go pretty far towing pretty much anything from small cars to large Semi trucks. The best option in the area.

Kents Towing- if you bust a rim (oh - a ‘wheel’ in the techie terms) like this, and you don’t have a “normal style” rim, or drive a vehicle with specialty rims, you will NOT find a rim within 300 miles for days. You’ll just need to tow the vehicle- that’s where Kent’s comes in- he’s totally willing to work 24-7 to help (wish I’d have known that) and has a huge coverage range (also wish I’d have known that!) And here’s the range: typical service range is Chappell and julesburg to North Platte, but we do long distance tows to the front range and Cheyenne and Omaha/Lincoln area all of the time So if you don’t have an immediate replacement or really damage thing by hitting a BRICK on the interstate at midnight, just call for the tow. And if you’re near Big Springs there’s a motel (awesome place!) but if your stranded at a lake or somewhere in this “gap area” of western Nebraska.. call Kents! Really friendly and follows up!

Best Tow Company I've ever dealt with. I had an accident on I-80 and Dan responded. Loaned me a vehicle to get around while I dealt with the insurance company and some other things that came up. I had accidently left some personal items in the trunk of the Loaner Car. Dan took time to ensure that my belongings were carefully packaged and shipped them to my home in Kansas City MO. There are not enough superlatives in the dictionary to describe Dan and Kent's Towing! I would give them 10 Stars if I could.
AMAZING!!! I don’t know what we would have done without Kent. Driving from coast to coast, out truck got an absolutely shredded flat tire (it was a new tire, too!) on the highway. We had the spare, we had the tools, and we just couldn’t get 2 of the lug nuts off. It was a Sunday and we were sure we were stuck on the side of I80 for the rest of the day. Took a chance and called Kent’s Towing and he was there in half an hour with the lug nuts off in less than a minute! Saved our butts - AND was about as nice and kind as we could have hoped! I’d used him again and again!
