Extremely rude parts lady. Acted as if I was annoying her by being there. Gave a very uncomfortable and dismissive vibe. They had the part I needed, but I left and will spend the extra money elsewhere to NOT do business with them.
RUDE people trying to screw customers over. We called them to see if a rear drive-shaft was available for our 99 F-250. We are located in Kentucky but another junkyard gave us their number. They told us they couldn't ship a drive-shaft out that far and if they did it would cost us over $300 to ship. That is a bold face LIE. We order parts all the time from LKQ, Ebay, Summit Racing, RockAuto, Parts Geek, Car Parts etc. and shipping has never cost us that much for any part. I own a full-service garage, a roadside assistance and a towing and transporting company so we deal with vehicles and parts every single day. If you don't live in NE don't even bother wasting your time calling these people.
Absolutely genuine and incredible people. Our UHaul broke down with all our belongings, moving from CO to SD. They went to bat for us with UHaul and helped make us feel valued. They offered to keep our truck locked up and secured until they could fix it. They also got the part and fixed the truck 2 days early to make sure we could get back to moving. HIGHLY recommend!
Fast, friendly, great and reliable service. We broke down on the interstate and needed towed. We were traveling with five pets so we were in a pinch. Corey was the tow truck driver. He was very courteous and accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend this company!
If I wasn’t for the poor prices for tin they would get a 5. This is by far the cleanest and most organized yard in Nebraska their prices however are very poor. For example Kearney pays $180 while they pay $150 a ton.
The girls working there are very pretty. , they need more room for 53' trucks turning around , either glass, metal parts dont worry you trying to turn around 40' trucks is good 53 not so good.
Thought let people know called there other day and had a person answer phone named Jocelyn the most rudest person.. So decide to take my junk out there anyway and minute walk in front door person goes parts back counter. Terrible customer service so suggestion go elsewhere, can’t be vague and to the point when ask something. Learn customer service skills.
