If I could leave -5 stars for this establishment I would this place is nothing but us bunch of scam artists and money swindlers I paid $200 for a part plus $12 tax didn't even use the part didn't even install the part and these Crooks took 20% of my money and the sales tax that was sold back to me, I would not refer anyone to go to these crooked people I would rather send anyone and everyone I know to you pull it they treat you better
Never even made it to this esablishment. I had offer 2 grand plus a civic to check out a vehicle these people here are greedy and disrespectful. They do not care about their relations with their customers. Dude legit told me after my offer that they wouldnt miss my business over a couple hundred dollars. Literally feeling like the equalizer over $9800. Disrespectful. Im just glad that didnt happen in person.
Great service every part I purchased worked great on my vehicle personally I think they should build a new location in Omaha and start selling parts like Autozone or O’Reillys
I purchased 2 tires. This was my 1st experience and I was very impressed. Parking was easy and plenty of room if you had to bring a trailer. Everyone was very nice and got me in and out in a matter of minutes. Most importantly, I saved about $100 per tire shopping here. I can't wait to visit again!
Tremendous job on an eBay sale. Purchased on a Saturday in Texas, Had it in hand within 3 business days. They take the time to clean and label the part. Will definitely be back to address future salvage needs.

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong part. The ad stated that it was the 10 bolt rear axle. Once it arrived I got sick for a while and didn't have time to inspect it. Today I went out to take a look at it and they gave me the 12 bolt rear axle. First picture is the title of the original listing second picture is what I got. I let them know and they sent me another slightly lower milage axle free of charge.

My family loves shopping at American auto part for long years. Every time we're in need we just call, they always ask for our name. They always have the part we need in the store, ready for u to take home, every part is clean to. every thing is so affordable. Every one is kind and the parts comes with a warranty. Now that my truck is back up and running we wanna give thanks to American auto and thank God for such a good company in the neighborhood. Amen
Bought a Subaru Outback from them. The salesmen assured me that it only ever stood in the dealership . It started smoking on the highway. I barely made it home and when the mechanic opened it up, he found blown head gasket ,the coolant completely mixed with the oil and a bird's nest inside the engine. All their vehicles are sold as is (that's probably why). Please , do yourself a favor and do not purchase a vehicle from them. Now I am out $10K for the car and $12 K for repairs (and it still needs work)
This is a great seller. I took the wheel to a repair shop to have it tested and it passed with no faults. Shipping was prompt and the packaging was excellent.
Down to earth Used auto parts store. I purchased a used Part from this place, and it was exactly as they described it. Similar used auto parts stores had the same item for nearly 3 times the amount.
not only did they give me the part for a very reasonable price, but it was delivered within three days, I had messaged them that I had needed the part soon as possible and they reached back out to me and said that the part was on its way !! 2/24 update. Got the driver's side door middle of last week and had it on this weekend. As the rear door, it was a perfect fit and match to replace the other for that had been hit. Ryan was great as always at getting it here for me as promised. Told me when it was going to be out for delivery. The delivery was fast, friendly and very polite. Everything is as it said it was and I would not hesitate for a moment to buy anything from this company.
I really wish that I didn’t have to write this. Less than a month ago I purchased their show vehicle. I went to test drive it, an ‘04 Dodge Ram, thought the engine looked good and the price point was in my budget. The sale was VERY easy, and the truck did run fine for about 6 days. It all started with the battery, which I thought was just acting up because of the cold. I’m my opinion if I had just had to get a new battery that wouldn’t be a problem at all. After some attempts to fix the battery myself or at least get it started to have th battery tested, I had to finally call a friend for a jump start. She brought her fiancée to take a look at the car and THANK GOD SHE DID. There was much more wrong with the vehicle than just the battery. We only had daylight to check it out for a kit an hour and found multiple issues. There was a fully flat tire due to being off center of the rim from a bent axel on the opposite tire. The exhaust is disconnected on the under side of the car, and the battery wouldn’t hold any type of charge at all. I texted my contact, who previously asked for a 5 star review, and tried very hard to work with them on finding a solution. They offered no solutions, only advice on repair shops I could take it to and spend thousands more on something they are fully responsible for. I am the average consumer. I shouldn’t be expected to be an expert about cars before I purchase a car and you would have had to be to see the red flags on this truck. Just as the average consumer, I expect something to work for more than 6 days and when that doesn’t happen I expect the place of business to be professional and address the situation accordingly. Pretty much everywhere else would just offer a refund. They didn’t even offer to fix it. Unfortunately I think this proves that I’ve been scammed and this is their motivation behind the business. I am posting this in the hopes that they will not be able to do this, essentially scam someone into buying a faulty vehicle, again. Pictures here of the messages I sent to the employee and the issues with the car. Be careful of these scammers and go elsewhere for parts or vehicles!!
I found a part that I needed on ebay and to my surprise it was Local so I was able to buy for a fair price, save shipping, and pick it up. Easy process and the part even came with a short warranty! Didn't need the warranty but it was good for peace of mind. Radio works great. Staff was friendly/helpful when I arrived to pick up my part!

Matt and the team at this place was top notch. There were a few questions about whether or not everything on the rear axle I ordered was the same as my S10. Matt took the time to send pics of the part I ordered compared to pics of my axle. No longer manufactured parts are difficult to get good info on. He was incredibly patient and helpful with me doing research on both parts. We were able to come to the conclusion that everything was a match. These folks did an amazing job of customer service, not to mention a very competitive price and free shipping. I would strongly recommend American Auto Parts for your automotive needs. So I needed a new window I called them up to see thank goodness they had one. It didn't cost me a arm and leg. Thanks again! A happy customer.
My 1997 T100 4x4 pickup transmissions went out so I contacted AAP and purchased a transmissions from them for my truck. Super fast shipping and excellent communication took place. The transmission was then installed. ..My mechanic called me to inform me that the installation went great and the t100 is now running great again! American auto parts is always a great resource when you’re looking for those parts that you just don’t wanna pay full price on for new. I came here today looking for a door and a side panel for a truck for the company that I work for. We found what we needed and the staff was incredibly friendly to help us. They even assisted us loading the heavy items. Everyone in the store was fantastic and we appreciate all the help that they gave us. If you’re looking for those items that you just don’t want to spend a lot of cash on new parts, then give American auto parts a call. I’m sure they can help you find the same thing if not pretty close to for an incredible reasonable cost.
