Had to call them out to replace a blown tire with my spare and still cost me over $700.00. When i questioned the tech about it he said there was almost $200 in shop supplies. Im like what the hell, all you used was grease and air! I've always had pretty good experiences with boss shops but you damn site bet I'll never call this ripoff shop out again and told them as much when I spoke to Adam back at the shop. Not to mention he was very rude and hung up on me. Would avoid this shop at all costs if possible my friends unless of course you just like throwing money away.

Great experience with this shop. I had a valve stem come loose on a tire which caused the tire to deflate. Nice group of guys that didn't try to up sell me or try to sell me a new tire, simply repaired the valve stem and charged me a nominal fee. Pleasant demeanors and seemed to be good comaraderie amongst the staff.

Avoid this location at all costs – dishonest service and zero accountability. I arrived for an oil change and was quoted significantly higher than the same service at their other location. I still agreed, but specifically requested PACCAR OEM filters. Tisha confirmed: “Yes, we have them and will use them.” After the job, I discovered aftermarket filters were installed instead. When I pointed this out, Tisha repeatedly claimed they were “the same” and refused to address the substitution. Charging OEM prices for aftermarket parts without disclosure is fraudulent. Now I don’t even trust the 15W-40 synthetic oil they supposedly used. Complete lack of integrity. Take your truck elsewhere.

Unprofessional and unprofessional treatment. The woman with short hair pretends to be professional, but she is not. She trains the employees while a line of customers is waiting and speaks disrespectfully as if the customers have soldiers working for her. What is this professional mockery? It requires training the staff before or after official working hours and she deals with arrogance. I do not recommend this store for the lack of respect for customers.

called them up for road service on Friday, told me 60-90 minutes, waited over 4 hours they never showed up or called my driver or me to let us know. I cant trust this shop anymore on road calls ill make sure i doo not call them if i have breakdown on I80

Made me unhook from my trailer go park come check in then finally I pull in they tell me we can’t patch the tire, trying to sell me a tire. all lazy and don’t know what there doing, any mom and pop shop would of patched it and I’d been on my way.

Called 5 hours in advance to schedule a service and was told to call back closer to there "scheduable time". When I did, I was told that it is first come first serve, and that they would not be able to get me in.

These guys helped me out in a serious pinch on a Sunday. I was post surgery and had a tire leak. They helped me find the issue, get the spare on, and send me on my way in 40min. Great guys.

You can't cancel the shower it don't tell you how the place sucks I don't sell gallons of milk I wouldn't give them a rating but you can't post unless you do but I give him a zero so don't look at the store that I have to push

Very unprofessional and rude. Adam refused to help us with a spare mount. He claimed his manager (that was unavailable to get to the phone) apparently told him it was somehow against DOT regulations to use trailer tire on a drive axle. On my attempt to explain that there is no such prohibition by DOT, Adam hanged up - rude

Fellers were awesome that worked in the shop, got me up and runnin quick and fairly inexpensive compared to what other shops locally quoted me

Fast and reliable service! I’ve been here multiple times and the service has always been great. This time they replaced the airbag on my trailer quickly and did a solid job. I didn’t have to wait long, and the staff were polite and professional. Highly recommended.

I strongly do not recommend this service. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I came to them because of an ABS warning light on my trailer. Two workers crawled under the trailer and told me that two axle seals were leaking slightly. I asked how this was related to the ABS issue, and they said the sensors got dirty from the oil. They couldn’t clean it, nor could they replace the ABS sensor. I have a lot of experience and immediately realized this was a blatant attempt to scam me out of money. When I asked which of the two ABS sensors was faulty, they didn’t give me an answer. It was only after they realized I knew what I was talking about that they went ahead and did a trailer diagnostic. Only then did they provide the diagnostic data. From the outside, it looked like a typical scam. You come in with a problem, and they lie straight to your face and try to upsell you unnecessary services. I had to pay about $270 for an hour of labor and diagnostics and then go to a different shop. At the other service center, they told me the ABS sensor contact was corroded. They cleaned it, and the ABS started working again. This was the last time our company used Boss Truck Shop.

AVOID THIS SHOP BY ALL MEANS ! I spent 5 days waiting on a axle doctor from Cheyenne- i paid them $650 to to take one of the trailer wheels apart - they did it for an hour - charged me for 3 hours the doctor was supposed to be coming on Saturday - but it was all a game - so I can stay and wait. Last minute on Friday he told me he is busy and will come Monday - when we asked about the price all were - he will come and check it and then he can say. MAFIA - this is the shop MAFIA in action!!! they sent me an estimate on MOnday for parts, labor and two tires , which i had my tires, which were fine - but they refused to put them back on - they needed me to pay more money to make their checks bigger - i am guessing they are on a percentage - they said i can get out of the shop and deal with the problem I have on my own - that's a legal ROBBERY they are doing .. anyway the estimate was around $1600 plus the doctor who was supposed to weld the axle - no parts - so I figured it will be no more then $3600 - they sent me a link for payment before sending an invoice for $5755.68. I called them and told them this too much - asking for explanation - Adam, who told me he is the manager said if I don't pay the bill ASAP he will charge me storage fee of $154.99 per hour which is their labor fee per hour.In 10 minutes - he sent me a bill for $6126.33- said the guy who made the bill was new and missed a couple of things.... then he sent me a bill for 5987- and told me he will go back to 5755.68 if i pay it right away !!!! HOW DO YOU CALL THIS ??? WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS THESE GUYS ARE IN ??? all the people in the shop were sitting and watching my driver... and joking, laughing at him PLEASE, DON'T GO THERE - YOU WILL BE SORRY AT THE END ! THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR !

We replaced a broken spindle on our trailer here, we had discussed with a lady from the service what needed to be done. The lady explicitly said you need to change the spindle and the spindle doctor has taken a look at your trailer, we have everything needed for the work. shockingly we had to pay the spindle doctor a $2900 for changing the spindle and the total bill was $4000, upon confronting the lady why we paid that, she was rude and like I didn't know the spindle doctor rate but you approved the work.

We replace water pump paid $1700 and it is leaking coolant again and they told us it is okay because needs to be hiccup coolant system but it is been leaking 500miles and we called to shop and they said no warranty and we cannot help otherwise come back to Big springs we can take look. It is horrible and truckers try to survive with this market they not even making money but you guys cannot work that way

The worst Repair shop ever! They charge me triple time for one hour incomplete and failed work!

You will be surprised and regretful after receiving the service here. The ridiculously high price and incomplete service are something you haven't experienced. The great thing is that their sweet lies will make you smile for a second.

Did 1 load of laundry. 44 minutes for the dryer on one cycle and I had to move my clothes to a different dryer and they STILL didn't get dry. Very damp

The techs at Boss Truck shop in Big Springs are kind, experienced and helpful. My moving truck broke down on I-80, 40 miles from that shop. Once the roadside assistance was dispatched from Penske, Adam called me shortly after to get more information and advise ETA due to the long wait and distance. He was personable and reassuring. The tech, Shoup, arrived at the specified time and looked over the truck to see what the issue was and see if it could be fixed so I could continue driving early the next morning. He was patient while my child ran in circles asking questions. He showed me why it could not be fixed and he (or Adam) let Penske know a new one was needed. My child and I were on the side of the interstate, not quite to an exit for over 2 hours in the dark without lights or hazards due to the battery dying while semi's blew past at high speeds, rocking the truck. The Boss Truck techs along with a great tow drivers from a different companies made a big difference with the nerve wracking experience. Shoup and Adam were both personable, human and professional. I was not just a number or treated like basic protocol for an evening roadside assist. Shoup was kind enough to wait until my child and I were close to the hotel that we had to stay overnight in before leaving the partially remote area. Thank you guys!

Thank you Boss Shop Big Springs, NE for helping me out of my bind! Sam was an angel and Christian was an absolute rock star! Quick service done right! I could not begin to recommend this shop any more! You have helped remind me that there are good people out there in this crazy world!

I stopped by to get my trailer tire replaced, and the service was quick and efficient. Adam, who I think is the nightshift manager, is really cool and has a great sense of humor. Plus, there's a bossy cat who manages to keep everything under control, even during her pregnancy. Lol!

Came to get an airbag replaced on my tractor. I wasn’t provided a quote and as the tech was putting on the new bag—a simple task—3 bolts—I asked to pay the bill and was told it was $600!!! I almost fell over..this is robbery without a gun. The labor took 15 minutes…and I get wanted to bill me $300+ for a bag that retails at under 100…amd 250 labor plus tax! When I told them 600 is not acceptable they wouldn’t adjust the fee and instead charged me 175 to put my old bag back on. Note—I came because the bag was showing wear…nothing more. Just preventative maintenance:::to be charged like this is highway robbery. I understand if this was roadside..:but it wasn’t. The tech saidbhebcoildbuavendoibled thrb175 fee.:: don’t get it. The process took 20 minutes. Labor at that shop is 140 hr. Why 175. The rule is that quote should have been provided and signed off on before any work was done. I took them at good faith that I would pay no more than 300 to get it done. 1 hour labors plus the bag. Be careful here…this is predatory.

Drive tire blew on Volvo VNL semi, they got me in and had it swapped in no time. Paid $390.93 through EFS for replacement with a new Kelly 22.5 drive tire.

We drive OTR and the one thing that can make one sweat is finding a repair shop that will do a great job and not charge an entire paycheck for a chassis lube. This is the third time we have been lucky enough to be hours away from this shop when our truck or trailer needed repairs. The first two times (see review by hubby Brandon S.) they were awesome with a professional staff that was also extremely friendly. I guess the third time was the charm as they say. Our engine light came on throwing code after code, and we actually were close again (we're coming from Maryland so we couldn't believe our luck). Once again the ladies at the desk were great and even remembered who we were. They took us in immediately. They had three knowledgeable mechanics there ( all these guys are a cut above too and know semi trucks in and out) who came out to take a look. Within a half hour we were ready to roll and the minor problem completely fixed! The whole shop is clean and organized. But the best thing is, other than the fact this is actually a shop that is far above any we have experienced is that they make drivers feel welcome, always. Thanks everyone we hope to never have to go into a shop again but if we do....hope it's in Nebraska again!!
