They went over and to help when I ran out of gas on the freeway. It was freezing out, icy, and there were semi trucks all over the freeway that went off the road and every shop was ran thin on workers because they were all out helping the semi trucks. The gentleman went out of his way when he was already clocked out to help my husband who is sick with cancer and I to drive ten miles to us and bring gas, jump our car and followed us to gas station to make sure we were okay. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Quick, very helpful and reasonable. I was stuck on I-80 and got scammed by another supposed tow service. One of the guys from Randy's and Brian's showed up and got me to a tire repair shop quickly. He even noticed something wrong with other tires and went into the repair shop to make sure they found it. I would highly recommend!
3 years ago my boyfriend rolled his flatbed with his dirt bike, rocket and another bike, pulling a trailer with another truck on it and our dog in the truck. We were driving back to Colorado from Minnesota. The tow company that showed up to tow us charged us more than what we could even pay so to get them to even tow us just to the hotel at the edge of town my boyfriend had to give them two of his very expensive welding tanks. We ended up staying in Lexington for 4 days while we fixed the truck, spent what we had left on the hotel, I even had to sell my car to pay for our hotel and we had no idea how we were going to get home. The day before we left one of the owners of this tow company pulled into the lot of the hotel where we were working on the truck. He got out and introduced himself telling us he would have been the one on the call but he was already on another one and he had heard what happened and wanted to to make sure we're ok. On top of that I guess him and his wife discussed it the night before and decided to give us $400 to get home. He doesn't even know how he saved our lives that day. We will never forget ❤️
Brian is the 'salt of the earth.' He put doing the right thing over business. I've had several unpleasant experiences with tow truck services, but this company reminds me that parts of USA don't need to be "Great Again,"
because they never stopped being great.
Couldn't get them on the phone and after 30 mins or so they called back but quoted $1,000 to pull a truck out the mud 3 miles from their shop. Got another company a hour and a half away to do it for $550.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! MY bf and I were stuck in Lexington, Nebraska locked out of our vehicle. We were traveling back to Idaho from Indiana driving my father in laws vehicle home after he passed away. We didn't know there was no key for the door so we ended up locked out. We were scammed and given the run around by another place that seemed local. We called this Randy's and they were the nicest people! Totally saved the rest of the trip for us. They came first thing in the morning and got us into our vehicle with no problems. After telling the guy our situation they ended up not charging us at all for their services. We appreciate them more than they know right now, especially with all we have been through recently. It was good to experience such a kind, helpful person these days.
My fiancé and I were driving from Lincoln to Scottsbluff when our truck suddenly lost power. After pulling over we were unable to start the vehicle. I have Verizon Roadside assistance and was lucky enough to have Randy and Brian’s toeing accept the job. Brian was very communicative and professional. He towed the truck and travel trailer he wasn’t expecting to Lexington from I-80 and gave us very helpful information. We were very thankful for him today.
I was out visiting a friend at camp Comeca and took real nasty spin off the road late at night in an effort to avoid a massive pothole. Unfortunately my car had whipped a 180 and glided right down into a huuge Ditch. It was bad, the roof of my Honda civic was about 3 feet below the surface of the road, about a foot of standing water in the bottom of the ditch, I was done. Brian had come out, and had me out in a matter of minutes. He had even taken the time to inform me where the underhooks were on my car because I could not find them. He was knowledgeable, very friendly and affordable to boot! You would be silly not give these guys a call, they will take good care of you.
These people are amazing, I would give them a 10 if possible. Took a turn too tight in our motorhome and got the rear passenger tire in a ditch. They were prompt, kind and efficient, knew exactly what they were doing and extricated our motorhome with no damage. They helped us put our tow bar and bike rack back on. Contrary to what someone else posted, they take credit cards. Hopefully you never need a tow, but if you do these guys are wonderful
This is an absolute joke of a company. $481 for a 20 mile tow and 40 minutes of work. The guys excuse was “I charged the other guy the same thing, I was at home and I had to come to work”. Almost 1000 dollars between the two cars for 2 hours of work. After picking the car up he refused to tow it anywhere but his impound lot where he charged an additional charge. Stay away from this company at all costs.
Two words, Horrible experience! There are listed on google and there door 9am but i was waiting outside for 30 mins. I called the number on google and it sound like i just woke them up from bed. I wanted my car but had to wait an additional hour for randy or brain to brush their teeth and get to their office. It’s nice to be the boss. After two people arrive @ 10:30a, i was told that they don’t accept card. They refused to drive to the nearest ATM and they don’t have an ATM on site. I had to call a cab (which is rare in this remote area). If you need a tow, don’t use this place.
They towed my car less than a mile to their place after I had to abandon my car for extraneous circumstances. The next day I came to get the car and they charged about $140 dollars for a one mile tow and overnight parking. What a crock. They insisted on cash only, wouldn't take check or a credit card. I had to catch a ride to an atm to get cash and come back. It was a colossal waste of an hour of my life. The guy working there acted in a very suspicious manner, perhaps up to some nefarious intents. I just wanted to get my car and get out of the area. Hopefully this place will be investigated for suspicious billing or underhanded techniques.
Driving down Lincoln with my Buick when an AWOL tractor ran up on to the highway, was about 20 yards when I had to slam my breaks. My Buick, being a Buick, locked up and caused me to swerve like a sidewinder missile, missed the tractor but hit a ravine. Had these fine gentlemen tow up and out on to safety
Got stranded along the interstate by myself. So glad that Randy's & Brian's towing were there to help me. Prompt and very professional service. I would highly recommend this company!!
These guys are awesome. Had an issue where we needed to have something lifted off two 18 wheelers. Brian came out to where we were at within 3 minutes of calling to assess our situation. 20 minutes later he came back with two heavy haul tow trucks and had our situation remedied in about an hour. Since we aren't from this area, I was really expecting to sit here all day waiting. Excellent service!
