I hit a deer in my car and he made it work with what insurance paid plus my deductible.
But what i truly like was the fact, he wasnt going to fix it because the engine was making a noise that he thought was costly to repair. He directed me where & what to do with the engine noise, & that took care of it! It was an easy fix! Then he took my ride in to fix. Was super quick, a very friendly man. I sure enjoyed visiting with him. A month later in my pickup and I went right back to him.
Bait and switch - they mislead me over the phone making me waste much of my time to drive out there, lied they'd be able to do the job the same day but when I arrived they said it'd be 2 weeks before they can get to it. Also tried to overcharge me. Were nasty when I tried to mention lies over the phone and tried to deny it. Not "express" by any means. Another shop done this easy job for free (!) for me on the spot and even refused money.
