Every employee that i came into contact with had a smile and greeted me with courtesy. The waiting rooms at both locations were well kept and very clean. Drinks were available and offered. A very welcoming environment. This is thee third vehicle that I have purchased from Copple. I do not believe i need to go to any other dealership. I had previously bought a pickup from Lonnie roughly a year ago. Had a great experience dealing with him. My daughters needed to upgrade their school cars(x2). The most legitimately friendly staff I’ve ever met at a dealership before, my sales consultant Christopher Pool was a friendly guy who knew his way around a truck better than most. He gave a honest offer right from the get go and saved me from losing the rest of my hair and sanity trying to haggle. Chris also stayed late on his own time to get me comfortably moved in and adjust to my new GMC. One of the few dealerships left I’ve found with honesty and integrity.

I recently purchased a used 2018 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum from Copple GMC in Louisville, NE, and I have to say—this was easily one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I happened to see the Escalade online the same day it was traded in, and although it wasn’t ready yet, Adam was completely upfront and transparent. He told me it would take about 4 weeks to get the car fully prepped—and during that time, he texted me weekly with updates, never leaving me in the dark. When the car was finally ready, Adam worked hard behind the scenes—going up the chain to not just his manager, but his manager’s manager—to get me a deal I was happy with. And he didn’t stop there. He even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to finalize the purchase. From start to finish, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I was happy. The dealership itself was a breath of fresh air. The entire finance process took under 10 minutes—no pressure, no pushy add-ons, and absolutely no B.S.
