I can't say enough good things about the amazing staff here. My brother and I were headed through Louisville when we blew a brake slave cylinder. We stopped here and had to change it in their parking lot. One of the staff members (can't remember his name) helped us with everything we needed and got us back on the road. The whole store is very nice and they have a good selection of everything you'll need. (My brother wouldn't stop talking about how big that store was) We will be going here from now on for all of our automotive needs.
Like this ace because of big truck parts availability and you dont have to worry about walking in to a bunch of 16 year old kids that don't have a clue like other napa stores. These guys know what their doing.
Great bunch of guys at the service desk. These guys know their stuff l. Never pushy just honest opinions and advice. Great selection of power tools. Didn’t expect that my first visit.
Most everything there is “ok”. In my opinion their batteries are not. I bought 6 East Penn Deka gel batteries at around 275.00 each for the golf cart that they collected from various other Napa stores, they seemed sub prime from the start but I was assured they were “fine”. After having them tested at a golf cart dealer their estimation was that some of the batteries were most likely old. They intimated that it was the environment of the garage that caused it even though I was replacing 7 year old batteries from the same garage.
Then in (not one of my brightest moments) I bought another battery for the Corvette and at the manager’s recommendation a NAPA battery tender; 9 months later it’s dead and they won’t honor the warranty at all, not replacement, reimbursement, partial reimbursement, nothing.. even wrote warranty void on the battery which I am bringing in as the core for the new battery I bought elsewhere, it came with a 3 year unconditional replacement no questions asked, no problems guarantee; so to condense, in my opinion, if you want good treatment, and a warranty they actually stand behind you should shop elsewhere..!!
Absolutely terrible customer service. Went there at 2:30 on a Saturday to have two napa commercial batteries replaced under warranty because they went bad. I believe i talked to the owner and he refused to do a load test on them because he did not believe they were fully charged. He said he needed to charge them for eight hours each then load test them before he could warranty them. No other shop nor parts store will say that. I asked if he would like to come out and check the voltage on the batteries to see if they were charged or not and told me he didnt feel like it because it was towards the end of the day. I asked if I supplied a load test receipt showing they were bad if he would accept that and he said nope. All around horrible customer service. I will never recommend this place and i would rather sit stranded than purchase a part from them.
Had my truck battery die in Louisville. Looked up nearest auto parts store and found them closest.
Called and the person that answered was very helpful and was able to get me a new battery and the tools I needed to change it out (I left my tools somewhere else, long story).
Was able to pay for everything over the phone and they delivered it all to my location quickly.
They are a great example of why I prefer NAPA stores.
Wow! Kevin and his crew, stock better for our local market area, than the Omaha warehouse. This is hands down one on the best Napa stores in a multiple state area.
I've been using these guys for several years now. They are great guys and you can always ask questions and know you are getting reliable answers. Very good prices as well.
Excellent, I need a metric bolt. I didn't know size. I needed to take bolt out to parking lot and fit it into my starter after 3 test fits. we found the right metric bolt. The new bolt, some 242 thread locker. All in stock. I am on my way back to Houston, TX for my last load to move back to Nebraska. Thank You!!!

I'm from out of town but bought a boat in the Louisville area. Trailer lights did not work and I needed some stuff to fix. They had what I needed. These guys were super nice and even loaned me some electrical tools to do the fix out in their parking lot. Beautiful store. Wish they were closer to me as I would be a loyal customer.
