Awesome service experience! Took my daughter's vehicle in for some noises she was hearing. No sales pressure or upsets of any kind. In fact, a few bolts just needed to be tightened, where if we went somewhere else they would have tried to sell us on all new shocks and struts. I can't remember all of the things that were wrong with my car before I took it up to them, but it was all fixed and driving smoothly after a day. Great customer service and very timely.
Trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable, and experienced. They are not your typical mechanic and that's a good thing. They were able to diagnose and fix our car in a day. Definitely recommended.
Great, efficient service at a most reasonable cost. My car starts very easily now! We told them what the problem was and, unlike so many other places, it was the easiest of diagnosis... We didn't get the usual games that auto repaimen like to play... I'll gladly take our household vehicles the extra miles to be cared for by Hooper Creek!
