We have had the best experience with a waiter named, Daniel! He is a hard worker, very personable, and always goes beyond to make customers happy! He's a keeper!
The new fuel pumps are ridiculous, I spend more time running in and out then I do fueling. The card reader is shit, you put your cards in and go through the process think you are ready to fuel and all it will let you get is reefer. So you have to go in and start inside.
Pretty run down they need to consider renovations and paving the lot. Can't get their pumps to operate,staff inside has no care. When you pull off wait 30+min to fuel and can't because they don't do their part... Beyond frustrating

Omg I just love this spot!!! It doesn't look fancy on the outside but when u go in it's clean plenty of variety of food even have a diner. Plenty of truck parking especially good for rookie drivers like myself that need more room to park. And the bathroom ladies it's a little spa with heated toilet seats and a bidet omg was so nice to freshen up. This is a jem will remember this place and come back
I absolutely love Sapp Bros. Travel Center gas stations. I love to look around at what gems they have. What is great about Sapp Bros. is it find so much great products that other places just don't offer. Its a Truck stop so naturally they have a large selection of items for truckers. Every Sapp Bros. I have been to had wonderful staff. My only complaint is they haven't made it to my home state yet, but hands down if in in a Sapp Bros. area this is where I fuel up and look around. You should too.
Dynopay didn't work, so I couldn't get my $0.15 off. Additionally, the pumps kept false completing every 3 gallons, so I had to manually hold the trigger and reset it every 30 seconds. Fix your pumps, they're a hassle
Once a year, I have to go find the good mattress. That's really stiff. At a Sapp Brothers because it works good for my back.

Do you have a delicate heinie? Well then look no further because Sapp Bros has bidets for days. This is all at the trusted word of my wife and in the women's restroom. I'm a guy and didn't need to use the restroom when we passed through so I can't speak for the men's restroom.
Lots of dirt parking for semi trucks. Clean restrooms and really friendly staff. Small fuel islands for both diesel and gasoline. Under construction on north side so use caution.
Awesome .... everything is amazing .... from the employees to the cool merchandise... and especially the ultra clean bathroom with seat warmer... bidet with multiple settings ... love this place
The only problem is nowhere to wait to get fuel, the truck stop food selection is good (for a truck stop), the staff are very pleasant and inviting . If not for the fuel pump situation I would give it 5 stars.
Nice customer service, I liked the bidet in the women bathroom. Only the women's bathroom have bidets. There is plenty of truck parking. You can see fireflies at night here.
It’s not often that I am impressed with restaurant food. I’ve had three above average delicious meals at this location. Service is Professional most genuine. The people are courteous, engaging and delightful.
The place is clean filled with mostly useful items, if I didn’t have to leave I wouldn’t.

6/17/25 The fuel pumps are down, they are remodeling the fuel islands and the whole truck fuel area, I was told it should be done in about 3 weeks from now. so plan your fuel accordingly. Other than store is open, its a great place with great employees.
Bathrooms clean, hotbox and coldchest had good variety along a good selection on the aisle shelves. Diner is still great among their multiple locations. Hope Sapp Bros stay the way they are or better for all trucker sakes and dont stoop down to the mega truck stops
I usually take my 34s here on my way back from Idaho to NC. It's got a gravel and paved lot. Apple Barrel is always good and they're getting back to normal and longer hours.
What a gem of a truck stop. They set an example and a standard that all other truck stops should be held to. Amazing showers, very clean, clean towels, & they even give you a breath mint!
They have laundry, showers, scales, transflo, a dine-in resturaunt, and everything else you’ll ever need. The parking lot is gravel but it’s got a good amount of parking. It’s 5pm right now and there’s barely any spots taken up.
The restaurant is 10/10. The waitress was an absolute sweetheart & the country fried chick en made me feel back at home in South Carolina.
Do yourself a favor and stop here for breakfast, lunch, dinner, 10 hour, 34 hour. Literally any excuse you can think of, come to this place. 10/10. They’ve gained a very loyal customer, hope to be back soon.
Heated toilet seats in the ladies room! Clean rest rooms. Restaurant on site. Lots of snack, snacks, and huge variety of convenience items and other practical thingsfor sale.
My absolute favorite truck stop ever, the women restrooms has bidet snd heated seats!!! Very clean place with a delicious restaurant inside, highly recommended
Why does Sapp Bros have a camera in their shower/bathroom area? I'm very concerned about this! I asked the attendant, and he had no idea why it was in the restroom. I don't know if there in all of them or just #4. He said it could be a door sensor but couldn't get it to work. The manager is going to reach out to me. I will keep everyone posted! Today is May 21/24, and there is still no response from Sapp Bros.

Very clean, good food and friendly staff. We ate supper in the restaurant, and our only issue was service was a little slow and toast ordered dry came out buttered. But definitely not a big deal and we will be back again. Also, they've got cheap gas right off the intestate.
Great place to stop along I-80. Clean restrooms, a little grassy area for pets (or kids), a restaurant, and all the ceramic dragon and mermaid statues you could ever want.
So many cool things to buy for yourself or as gifts... A very unique place. And also they have heated seats and bidet's in the bathroom!!! I couldn't bring myself to use it but hey if it's your thing wash on! Ha
