We were hauling flowers and got into an accident — the trailer was badly damaged. The team handled the transload process with extreme care. They unloaded the flowers one pot at a time, carefully restacked and repalletized everything, counted the inventory, and reloaded it into a new trailer.
Their attention to detail, patience, and professionalism were outstanding. We really appreciate their hard work and highly recommend them!
I did talk to the mng about the situation to fix my truck it's easy person to talk to and he did tell me the good answer and good treatment go there and talk to them about the truck and the towing truck they had the person who tow my truck is 01/06/2026 is his birthday so he comes to tow my truck he is really good person I am really appreciate

Terrible experience with this shop. They charged for work that wasn’t done, gave false information, and completely wasted my time and money. Nothing they promised was true — every step was a disappointment. I strongly advise other drivers and companies to stay away from this place. Completely untrustworthy and unprofessional.

paid 4200$ for def repair and they could not fix truck. just left and closed shop and left my truck with same problem in derate mode. called roadside service next day and fixed for 500$.
I recently had an airbag replaced at 263 Trailer and Truck Repair and paid $711. Later that evening, I discovered the second airbag was also leaking. Luckily, I was near Petro in Laramie, where I got it replaced for $433.
While I appreciate the work done, I have to mention that the pricing at 263 seems a bit high, especially considering the current state of the trucking market. A little more pricing transparency and consideration for owner-operators would go a long way. Thank you.
I had very bad experience they charged me over 500 dollars just for a tire change after saying the estimate price 350 they are very expensive i would recommend everyone to get the repair anywhere else
Great group of guys, owner can be a hard ass and you need to know how to take him but a pretty straight forward guy, got me in a fixed up after my turbo decided to come apart on me thanks again guys!
Great and fast service. Right next to or more so across from Sapp Bros. I arrived with my tandems not sliding due to an airbag leak, or so I thought. Instead of replacing the entire airbag, the mechanic took time to fully inspect and found there was a cracked airline fitting that was the issue. He repaired the airline fitting instead of just trying to price gouge and replace the entire airbag component. From the moment I pulled in and pulled out, I was there just slightly over an hour. They also advised me that they keep plenty of the old style and new tandem airbags on hand at any given time. I found that information to be a relief to hear, especially because in the past I've had to wait (at other shops) for what seemed like forever for staff to have to go and buy the part then fix it. They did not try to "mansplain" to me the issues or ignore my explanation of what was wrong, as many mechanics have done in the past. Awesome customer service, quick and knowledgeable.
I was looking to purchase a trailer and I'm out of state. I called these guys to see if they could give me their opinion, and they were there within hours. The insights and knowledge they provided was invaluable. This part of the country is lucky to have a business like this.

Not only was the quality of the repair work subpar, but I also felt taken advantage of throughout the entire process. The staff seemed more interested in padding their pockets than providing genuine service to customers. Additionally, the final bill far exceeded the initial estimate, with no valid explanation provided.
I strongly advise anyone considering this repair shop to look elsewhere for their needs. Save yourself the headache and potential financial loss by avoiding 263 Trailer and Truck Repair at all costs.
Stopped here for two engine lights on including a stop sign on my 2021 Cascadia. Emission issues to say the least. Pulled in on the 5th March 2023 at about 12 midday. Harly at the shop was brilliant and accommodating. He did a diagnostic and after had to order the def pump. He was on point, precise and knowledgeable.
Took me to a hotel for the night and picked me up again, asking me if I needed anything for my truck. I am so appreciative of his honesty and eagerness to get me back on the road. I was on my way to Denver from Eagen MN. Thank you Harly. God bless your heart.
Had to change my shocks and i was in and out in less than an hour. They were very professional.
I recommend the shop to friend of mine since they knew what they are doing. Unfortunately they couldnt force regen his truck and still tried to charge him 980$ for nothing! Very upset! They were very nice people I really don’t know, what’s happened to them this time!

Stopped hoping they were still there and Scottie and another guy was. Asked them if they could change fuel filter for me as I had one for my 2020 Volvo. they were more than happy to help. I've stopped in the past and any time I've needed anything done with my trucks they've helped.
