If you want a completely unprofessional towing and repair place this is the place for you! Zero customer service and sarcastic remarks as you leave the business not saying a word! Tow truck driver and the owner have the same mentality. It’s a we don’t care what you think or posted hours on our site we do what we want type of place! Rather have a cavity drilled and filled than deal with them again!
They are wonderful about jump starting my vehicle. They let me know what the problem was. They fixed it and then followed up to see if everything was going well.
I took my vehicle in to get new tires. The mechanic noticed a leak and looked into it and found it to be a warranty issue. They let me know right away and was able to keep it and get it fixed the next morning after the parts came in. Very thorough group at Pat's! Kara and her team always look out for the customer first.
Great place. They answered any questions I had and provided a detailed list of work, as well as a simple "yes/no" for each item on the list. They were quick, and even brought up any potential concerns. Great place.

My first time through the door at Pat's auto repair and towing was very welcoming being a woman myself and having been around automotive repair myself and speaking with Kara was very confronting I could tell Kara was very knowledgeable and would be 100% upfront with me about the repairs needing done on my car and while I waited there was upbeat and sometimes humorous exchanges between other customers and employees also and when it was my turn to find out what was wrong with my car Kara was very thorough and explained everything I had questions about. Being new to Hastings I will have to say I have found my new repair and service center.
I gave them 4 stars because the repairs needed are not done yet Only because I have not called and scheduled my repair appointment yet. I do have faith that the repairs will be made correctly and in a timely manner.

To say I was disappointed is more like extremely disappointed. The original quote on the repairs to my car ended up costing almost twice the amount. That's bad enough but when we picked up the car the first time it did not run well at all. It took two days and two sensors that were working fine before we brought it in. I'm very disappointed in the service
I called Pat's repair broken down on the highway,a hot day in July. The tow gentleman (yes he was a kind gentleman) helped get 3 senior ladies and a 12 year old in his air condition truck. Then loaded the van. He was so very polite and professional. Kara at the shop let me know when, the cost, and always return my calls. My van was in the shop longer then expected but it had several issues. I was always kept informed and happy to be on the highway for more adventures.
They are friendly and helpful. Diagnosed the problems quickly. Worked with us around some appointments and got us in for the repair on a timeline that worked for us.
I had a substantial amount of work done on my vehicle, and their team was efficient, polite, and communicated clearly throughout the process. I’m extremely grateful they were able to get my car in as quickly as they did. Highly recommend their service.
As a 67-year-old single woman, it is nice to have a place you can trust. I love the itemized list of what is wrong along with the price for each fix - no surprises, I like that. I also love the follow up text messages to let you know how things are progressing. All in all I highly recommend.

I’ve had lots of different car repairs done at many different places but the service here was excellent. First place to leave a goodie bag in my car which honestly took me by quite the surprise but was definitely a nice gesture, they were very friendly and professional. The service was done professionally and quick and it was very awesome to see the inspection of my car done with photos and any future issues my car might face without the pressure of spending more or anything. This was my first time having a repair by Pats but it’s a Great place and I most definitely will be returning here! Thanks so much!

This was my first time visiting this auto repair shop and from the moment I stepped foot through the door, I felt welcomed. I received consistent updates on my vehicle and once my vehicle's problems were found, I received a detailed summary in a timely manner. They are a family owned business and they make you feel like a part of their family. I did not feel anxious here as I would have at another car repair shop being a young female driver. They answered all my questions to the best of their ability and were willing to help me. I would recommend them 100%. Thank you for helping me.

For myself, I find having to take a vehicle to a mechanic very stressful. Not knowing if they are going to try and charge for unneeded repairs.
