We struck a deer near Columbia Montana on the interstate and had nowhere safe to go. The driver kindly took us to Billings, about 45 minutes away. He was extremely professional, and we are very grateful for his help during a stressful situation.
Worst experience with these guys two girls here Diana and jassica at their office are rude and just want money right away, they towed my truck without telling me charge before,
They charge $1,850 and threaten me to pay otherwise they ll impound my truck never calling them back again.

These guys are the best in the business! I requested a tow last minute for a broken down vehicle and AJ called 13 minutes later saying he would be heading my way. In rural Montana on a Friday afternoon thats pretty impressive. Both AJ and Daydree were as nice as can be and couldn't have asked for a better experience which is rare in today's world! Hansers needs to clone these two!
AJ helped us out of a bind on LABOR DAY no less. Extremely professional and documented every step of the process. He was thoughtful in his preparation when setting the car up to be lifted. He even followed us back into town and pumped up our spare. Would highly recommend their services!
A.J. saved the day for me. I needed a tow from Columbus, MT to Billings, MT. I'm from out of state and was very frazzled with my car situation. He came to my rescue and got my car safely to the mechanic. The ladies that staff the office were caring and calm and made sure I was in a safe place. They have a great crew out of Columbus. I locked myself out of my vehicle in a remote location with very limited cell service. After some hard work, I was able to reach Hansers out of Columbous. They were incredibly prompt, friendly, and more than fairly priced. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly, kind, and courtious. They exceeded my expections in every way. Thank you!

After dealing with the owners of this business and being able to get everything we needed, our opinion of this business and people have drastically changed. We were given bad info from unreliable sources, and led to believe we were dealing with not good people. The owner and driver that we dealt with were nothing short of amazing. They were helpful, kind, and even through their own trials and a bad review, showed us grace and kindness. There are still good people in this world, and these people are living proof. Thank you again and we do apologize for the earlier review.
I was recently in need of towing services after having a tire blowout on a major highway. I called Hansers Towing and was quickly helped by Daydree Lucero. Daydree was very kind and reassuring that they would be able to help us in a timely manner. After only 5 minutes both AJ and Daydree Lucero We’re on site and resolving our automotive issues. Both AJ and Daydree were exceptional! It was obvious that they go above and beyond for their clients. I am very thankful and highly recommend this business and these employees.

Mr Gage saved my car from 3 ft deep in the ditch with ice/snow and he was very kind and great skill to manage the situation. The towing prices were expensive, but that's to be expected during a winter storm. Despite that, Deidre helped me out a ton, and was very professional and friendly. The guy who was there when I got my car was also very friendly and chill. I can't recall his name, but I think his last name was Good (I saw that word on his overalls so I'm just guessing). My only criticism is that one of their operators contradicted what Deidre had said to me regarding storage fees, and I felt that was pretty shady. My recommendation is if you're talking to someone and they cut you slack, only talk to them and not anyone else. Deidre and the guy who helped me at the Columbus office deserve 10 stars though. Kudos to you two!

The folks at Hanser's in Columbus MT have been absolutely the best and nicest people! Recently I had a major accident on a Sunday night and the gentleman who came was very professional and took great care of me. He even brought me to the hotel, and helped bring the bags I did have into the hotel-.Thank you so much for your great service!!!!
