Great place to get what you need for your vehicles. Went in for a few specific items and found everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

The employee was a little quick on the trigger on ordering the part she thought I needed instead of showing me and verifying. Then when I went to pick up this wrong part it couldn't be located, once it was we realized it wasn't the part I needed so I had to order it again and wait days for it to get delivered. Not exactly thrilled with this location.

Eric (sp?) Hooked me up and saved me hundreds of dollars. These guys were really friendly and helped more than words could say without me even needing to mention what was going on. They're life savers. 6 out of 5 stars, my man. Thank you. And napa had the same part for double the price, not open on Sundays. You win AGAIN.

I have never seen a store utilize every square inch of space they have in such a perfectly orderly fashion. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful thank you guys!

the reason I'm giving this business three stars is because it clearly stated on the website that the hours of operation for Sunday were 9:00 to 4:00 p.m. unfortunately I was incredibly bummed and I had to order a couple parts here and I got there at 2:05 p.m. on Sunday this past Sunday they were closed I had been calling off and on up to two hours prior to that and unfortunately I did not receive an answer and I also did not see any activity in or even near the other part store so unfortunately my experience with them is almost Nolan void but I had enough knowledge of the hours listed on the website as well as the door and I had been calling for 2 hours prior to getting there and they were closed no door no no on the door saying they were family emergency no time they'll be back no nothing so I just find time you know I guess the fact that they're holding the business and they're still operating the business or they may be operating business during this covid-19 yeah I can give them some storage for that as commendable however you know the business hours are listed as such on the website and they Master this hours on establishments of the business I think I feel that the business should uphold to those hours of operation and if there is a medical emergency or some other type of instances where they also don't know where it has to leave and they have to go for whatever reason I believe that it is up to that business manager owner operator etc to at least leave the general public some kind of notice on why they're not there it's just common courtesy respect you know.

The staff here are okay. Sometimes their manager is super helpful and nice, other times he seems to not have the time of day to even answers quick question. I do know they spend more time smoking in the back of the store instead of actually working.. but parts you need are delivered quickly.

Called the day before Easter. They were just about to close and go home. They took the time to look up parts for me and than put them aside for me to come in and get them on Monday ?. Went out of thier way, and I appreciate it very much!!!

Chris and his staff are amazing!! We are from eastern North Dakota, and heading back home. We had a misfire, and had to change some spark plugs in the front of the store. Chris did a great job helping us. Grade A service!! Thank you!

I am so thankful for having stopped in to this Oriellys Auto Parts location. The Asst Manager "Chris" was a life saver, quite literally. His professionalism and friendly nature made me feel like my predicament, (bad battery and alternator) in the heart of the mountains and a major snow storm feel like an issue that was going to be taken care of; and it was. Thank you Chris, you are deeply appreciated.

They didn't have what I needed and it would be 3 days to get it. So, I went to Napa Auto Parts... and they had what I needed.

Fool me once; shame on you. Fool me twice; I'm going to Napa. Usually pretty good service, and most there seem to know enough about cars (or can navigate the computer well enough) to get you the right parts. Went in there once for brake pads and shoes and was sold the wrong ones- twice. Pulled my old pads off and realized the new ones didn't fit. Went back... swapped pads out for the right ones (for an additional $5.00) and was assured (by the guy who sold them to me) that the shoes I'd bought earlier were indeed the correct ones. Replaced the pads. Pulled the back wheels, and as an analogy: if the shoes I needed were ballet slippers, the ones I'd been sold were Shaq's. Went back... returned the shoes and went to Napa. Here's the thing: If you screw up, admit it. If you care to retain your customers, maybe offer a discount or, at the very least an apology, before suggesting a return and refund.
