A not so bright buck decoded to plow into me on 93 :(. Dilbert pulled to the side of the road to help before the police got there.
He stayed with me until necessary. The next day insurance company called him back and he got to my car right away, towing it an hour away at night. He is a fantastic human being and a highly recommend him and Bitterroot towing!
Needed a quick tire change at 4am. His starter went out in the first truck, so he started up the other and was still there in a very timely manner. He was friendly, an had me on the road within 15 minutes.
These guys have towed me a couple of times now .and boy i sure appreciate them! Great attitude and professional! They throw my one ton long bed on their truck and haul it to where ever I ask. They come in a hurry to!!! We love Bitterroot towing!!!! Best service ever!
I had the pleasure of having Delbert (owner) respond to an urgent plea via AAA. I was camped up in the remote reaches of the Bitterroot National Forest, and my car battery had futzed out on me, and so I was basically trapped. Thankfully I had my mountain bike, so I rode it down several miles to where I had cell service, and made the call to AAA.
I had anticipated standing on the side of the road with my bicycle in the blazing sun for a few hours, but as fate may have it, Delbert just happened to be within a couple of miles of me, and within fifteen minutes or so we were driving back up to my campsite. My car initially resisted a jump, but then it cranked up, and I was truly a "happy camper!"
Delbert is an extremely kind and generous person who went above and beyond the call of duty by driving up a lengthy forest road in his rig. He didn't hesitate to help me in a time of dire need, and I am forever grateful.

Best towing service in the root, great owner has amazing positive vibes, works hard to get the job done fast & convenient. I would recommend this company to anyone very good reasonable prices. If you have any towing needs please call this company. They also do tire changes, jump starts, they offer ride share if you have no way home within the area. Just all around good company..
Delbert is the epitome of a "Knight in shining armor!" He's friendly, funny, and kind. My car was experiencing a mystery electrical draw and it would randomly just not start. Delbert came to jumpstart it numerous days, and even though I was getting frustrated, he kept his cool and humor that made my days better. (I hope to replace that car soon!)
I couldn't be happier with Bitterroot Towing and Delbert! He not only got my car running in subzero weather but then followed me to the auto parts store to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Best service EVER and I can't thank him enough. I'll definitely be recommending to everyone!

Awesome experience with Delbert on my Subaru Outback. My alternator died on the highway. Old alternator and the belt was absolutely shot. I originally asked for a quote on towing to Missoula so I could work on it myself, he says "nah I can get it fixed and replaced for less". Less expensive than being towed! He helped me get a new alternator and belt, installed it quickly and easily. And I was on my way. 10/10 this guy kicks butt and I'll tell anyone that needs roadside assistance or a tow his number. Very professional and friendly. Thank you!

These guys are great! Had a tire shred on me, 2 miles south of the Stevi Wye. I needed a second jack. Called AAA, They quoted a 2 hour response time. These guys just happened to be driving by a few minutes later. Saw I needed a hand, stopped, and fixed me up.
AAA sent this company to jump a battery for me. He was fast, professional, and got the issue handled with no problem. I would use this business again -- no question -- and most definitely recommend him. What a great local resource -- and local business!
