This is the location I tried to restore a truck at all I got was when I asked for simple modifications and improvements to a older vehicle alls they would say is that's not possible we can't do that and just go buy a new vehicle.

Was on route from Edmonton, Ab to Arizona. Pulling a large 5th wheel and thru an engine light and lost power going up a large hill just before Conrad. Pulled into Mike and Chads and Chad dropped whatever he was doing… read the code and suggested some solutions which did fix the problem. It’s so rare to find this kind of service from people these days. My faith in humanity was restored on that day thanks to Chad who genuinely seemed to want to help! 10 out of 5 stars really! Thank you!
Chad got me in first thing this morning for an oil change as I was in a pinch and had to check out of my RV campsite by 11. He was very accommodating. The guys are super friendly and if I’m ever traveling through, I’ll stop here again. And the price was right! 2024 GMC 2500HD Duramax
Chad was super helpful and honest when I unexpectedly had to stop in Conrad due to my truck not accelerating. Fixed our problem and got us back on the road right away! Very thankful for their help and would recommend to anyone in the area
My wife is in the hospital 1100 miles away and I need to get home asap. They took me right in and accurately diagnosed the issue. They are replacing the throttle body now and it looks like I'll be home in time for her surgery. These guys are awesome! Thank God for their integrity.
We brought our pick while ago and paid around $6000 they didn’t fix it and the car has some exterior damage which the owner of this business doesn’t want to cover the damage and he is not getting back to me. Now, he is supposed to park our pick up in our driveway and we still waiting to hear back when. I’m about to process legally with this problem.
Mike was incredibly helpful and friendly when I stopped by with an unexpected problem, while on a road trip. I would strongly recommend them for any auto repair needs!

We have been on the road since Nov. 17, 2019, put more than 20,000km on various types of road with all of our travels and this is the first little blip. With all that's going on around us we decided to jet back to Canada, about 55 min away from the border crossin, Tweeker (our converted bus) down. We got towed to a the small town of Conrad, Montana where Mike and Chad's Garage have been working hard to get us back on the road. They had a great reputation from the towing company which just solidified itself when they took us in! Meticulous in detail and a library of knowledge, Mike made sure we understood what was going on, what we needed to address once we got to our destination and insure that we would be back on our wheels quickly and on the road pointing towards Canada in these uncertain times.

Probably the best mechanics in the area, including Great Falls. They are really exceptional, especially when it comes to diagnosing problems. All of their mechanics have a ton of experience and take a lot of pride in their work. Well priced too!
Fast and friendly service, very knowledgeable and professional. My 97 f350 started making a clunking sound from the transmission. Mike and Chad's checked it out and I had a bad u-joint. They were also able to fix my brakes and a leaky hub seal. All of these problems were just recently "fixed" by a much less professional and experienced mechanic whose name I will not mention here. Mike himself showed me the problems the truck had, explained how it could be fixed and he even found a solution to make an irreplaceable discontinued part work which had been damaged due to the shoddy work done by my previous mechanic. Bottom line is if you're worried about who to trust with your vehicle, look no further than Mike and Chad's. I'll be taking all of my vehicles here from now on.
These guys were super informative and helpful. They processed my truck quickly because they knew I had a deadline. They did the work for about half the cost that was quoted by another shop in a bigger city.
