The absolute best service ever from any business. Everyone from dispatch to the crewman were amazing and brought a little sunshine into a challenging day.
The only experience I’ve had with tow companies in the past was with whistler and it was a god awful experience so when my car was towed after a wreck I was nervous. All the guys at Hanser’s had great customer service and were very kind. They worked with me on my bill as well

My truck was around 10 miles far away.
They came to change the air dryer
(the air dryer I ordered from Peterbilt dealer with delivery to their location)
and they did that in 1 hour
(Driver notified me when they arrived and when they finished)
but charged for 2 hours for the labor, plus charged another 1 labor hour to come and return back to their location,also charged for 30 miles of driving $2.75/.miles
The batteries were discharged, and they charged $ 87.50 (0.5 hour of labor) just for hooked up the battery charger and for batteries charging another $100
With other charges I got an invoice with the final amount $945
Maybe that is a normal price... but in my opinion is too high! But you can decide for your self when need some road service in this area.
For the same work in TX I paid $350: for labor to change the air dryer and he aslo went to the delear and picked up the air dryer for us.
After returning home to Livingston from a weekend away, my daughter locked the car door on accident while we were bringing everything in!
No extra key... you know...of course!
Anyway, everything we needed was still in the car, so we called Hanser's to come unlock the door for us.
The lovely lady we talked to was so kind and helpful and let us know John would be right over and gave me the cost! (I forgot her name but she was awesome)
John was so nice and fast and it was such a stress-free ordeal.
I was thankful to get the rest of our things once it was unlocked and the next day, I headed to the hardware store to get a few extra keys made! ?
My wife and I were driving down 89 South towards our Emigrant MT cabin at dusk-time and a deer came out of nowhere and hit our rental car. The impact damaged the front of the Enterprise rental and had to be towed. Devon P. from Hanser's at Livingston showed up and saved the day. Devon not only was quick on the scene to tow the Honda CRV, but he quickly offered help finding a hotel with shuttle service near the Bozeman, MT airport so we could catch our flight to CLT the next day. Once we finished recording the incident with the awesome MTHP, Devon provided us transport to the hotel in Bozeman. Being from NC we appreciated the professional assistance from both the Highway Patrol and Devon from Hanser's. It was wonderful to have local public servants go above and beyond to help strangers in need. Thanks to all that helped us that night find a way to safety after that terrible accident.
These guys were incredible! The weld on my RV Spring Hanger broke and left me stranded. They fought with it and got me back on the road, then followed me to a truck repair shop and talked them into welding my spring hanger back on.
This is the worst company I've ever see in my life! Do not ever request any services from them. They will never show up and will keep lying to you forever. Do not ever call them for anything!
Do not trust this company. They will lie to you that they will arrive within 2 hours, then they will again lie that you have to wait another 2 hours, and again and again. Worst company ever, do not call them do not trust them!
This is the worst company to ever request roadside assisstance. They will lie to you with their ETA multiple times and will never show up. Worst company ever!

Devon went far above and beyond to help me after hitting a moose on the interstate, needing to go to the hospital, and alone with my dog. His kindness and generosity made the worst of situations much easier to deal with.

Tyler Jeremia and Megan are awesome I blew my truck engine at 9:30 pm on New Year’s Eve and within an hour Tyler was there towed me to their yard and gave me and my dog blu a ride to the motel and did so much more to help me I recommend them for going above and beyond to help me
In an awful situation - an encounter with a deer 800 miles from home all by myself - Hanser’s was a godsend! Lane and Tyler were the best - I don’t have words enough to express how grateful I am for all their help. They made the whole situation so bearable - even delivering me to the motel and the next day taking me 30 miles to Bozeman to get a rental vehicle. Then there’s Megan - she is THEE ABSOLUTE BEST!! We’ve had so many conversations over the course of time since the accident happened (less than a week over the Thanksgiving holiday even!) - she’s so knowledgeable, empathetic, patient (especially in listening to all my ramblings) kind and considerate. They were answers to my prayers - God promises to supply all our needs and He did it abundantly in everyone at Hanser’s! I was blessed by all their help. They were the best in the worst of situations.
Great people! We hit a deer and my 4 kids, husband and I were safely transported with all the carseats by these kind people. They even brought us to a local hotel and helped unload our stuff. Very professional and kind!
Super helpful at midnight when our vehicle died on us. From dispatch to the ending of the tow was an excellent experience. Super nice friendly and the most helpful! Couldn't recommend them higher to anyone...the guy deserves a raise!
Blew a coolant line last night at 10pm the lady who answered the phone was very nice and professional. The tech guy was very professional and even made the after hours service call cheaper by making it a parts run. If I am ever in the area again and have you know what hit the fan I will call again.
I slide off the road and my vehicle was fine and stuck in the snow. The technician damaged my vehicle more getting it out of the snow. The siding and the bumper has to be strapped down with a bungee cord to my gas tank. I understand they were busy but I did not like the complete disregard for unnecessarily damaging my vehicle. He did not need to drag it sideways through the snow like that and the snow was not that deep. It was already a very expensive ordeal and now going to cost more money to fix the damages they inflicted. I doubt I will receive any discounts from them and know they don't care. Paid $500 for them to cause $300 worth of damages to my vehicle. Very disappointing.
Would leave 0 if I could. Was assigned this company for lock out services by Geico at 12:33 pm. At 1:15pm my phone was dying so I called them to find out how much longer. Spoke to a woman who said she spoke to the driver who was 20 minutes away. 55 minutes later I called Geico who spoke to them and they were still 15 minutes away. I called the company and asked why it’s taken them over an hour to get here when I was told 20 minutes and the guy on the phone said he didn’t know who the woman was who told me that and why I was told that. Not my problem as a customer to find out why your staff is giving bad information. When the driver FINALLY showed up 2 hours after I contacted Geico I had to yell and flag him down because he was driving right past me, his girlfriend or some chick was in the truck with him laughing and he said he was only told 15 minutes ago to come here. Absolutely ridiculous and piss poor quality of customer service!
Jeremia and kaleb did a great job towing us brought us to a motel for the night came back and picked us up and took us to billings to get a loaner truck great customer service
They took forever to show up, towed me a quarter of a mile with an antique truck and a rope, and charged me $400.
Their business practice may or may not be legal, but it should not be legal.
