While traveling from Minnesota to Idaho and pulling a trailer, the transmission went out in Livingston. Since it was Sunday on Labor Day weekend, nobody was open and our options were extremely limited. While researching options, we saw that Big Sky Auto was open 24/7 and happen to have a truck that would fit our needs. I called and Will picked up the phone while on his way to church and then to his kids football game. Even though he was busy, he took time to come help us when he got time and then gave us a fair trade. After looking at the truck and deciding that Will had a fair price and a fair trade offer, we made the deal and were back on the road, with only a 7 hour delay in our trip. If it wasn't for Will, our vacation would have likely turned into a nightmare, but instead we ended up with a great truck and had a blast on our trip to Hells Canyon and Yellowstone. By far the best car buying experience I've had. We spent hours driving dealership to dealership looking for the right truck after unexpectedly totaling my 4runner. Found exactly what I was looking for on Will's site and got in touch with him the same day, Will had all the paperwork ready to go and met us at a time that worked out around work schedule and having to drive 3 hours to away. Will at Big Sky was incredibly flexible and made the experience as straightforward and simple as I could have asked for. I came in from out of town to buy the vehicle and Will worked with me over a holiday weekend, met me very early in the morning, and we test drove and had all paperwork completed within an hour! The owner explained all the details of the vehicle over the phone, was honest about its condition (which wasn’t bad it just had a little cosmetic issue), found the best finance rates, and even took the time to drive the car to my office, in Bozeman, since it was hard for me to get away. A little delayed in getting this posted but thought it still important seeing Bill was so good to work with. We bought a Ford F-150 from him back in May. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to sell us all the fluff warranties and packages you get from a dealer. Truck was clean and accurate as described on his website and he had very competitive financing rates available through his lenders. Would recommend and would buy from him again. A very smooth vehicle buying experience.

My husband found Bill and the 2018 Ford Edge we bought on Craig’s list. Bill is a straight up, no hassle dealer. His price was below KBB and he has no extra fees. After talking with friends who paid almost $500 in fees, we felt pretty great. He said most of his cars (that he buys at auction) are 3 years or less with less than 36,000 miles.
