Our RV tire had a slow leak. We were very nervous about driving. We traveled at least 20 miles looking for a repair station. From the minute we got there we felt at ease. Rick started fixing it immediately, showed us the nail, gave us a choice on how it should be fixed, but let us know which way was better. The price was more than fair. Everyone there was wonderful and helpful.
I called these folks to try and hire one of their staff to lay eyes on a car I was looking at buying in the same town.
The woman on the phone was very helpful, and we determined that the place the dealer claimed the car was at... could not have been.
If I lived in the area, they'd be my go-to folks, helpful and honest.
I'm very grateful for the help they gave me.

Pretty expensive even compared ti Toyota dealer. Change differential s $261 Toyota dealer $225.Took about 1 hour to change fluids . I thought they charged $45 per hour plus parts ?
Wonderful experience. Rick was thorough and extremely nice. He explained everything he was doing and was very nice to my Grandson. He let him sit in the tow truck cab and see the skidsteer on his property. Highly recommend.
I used their towing services *3 times* this last week and had such a positive experience I had to leave a review. Rick was awesome and came out really quickly to pick up myself and my car 50 miles from Roundup, and Kathleen was an absolute gem getting myself and my car all the way to Billings the next day. I also work in customer service and when I say she went above and beyond, I mean it! The whole team is the best of the best - fast, efficient, and truly helpful. It's clear they really care about their customers. Nowhere else I'd rather have my car break down!

I and my two little children were passing through roundup and so it happened that the owner was eating in the same restaurant where I found out I had a flat tire at eight in the evening when all shops were close. He fixed my tire and only charged me what he would had charged if I had gone to his shop, without his help I would had to had stayed in a hotel till the next day to find someone to fix my tire... excellent service and very honest person. He truly cares about any costumer he serves... I recommend his shop to anyone.
Rick and the Elite team treated me and my sons like family after a midnight breakdown about 50 miles north of Roundup. Rick dropped us at a hotel in town and had our truck fixed by 10am the next morning (Saturday). Awesome guy and great equipment!
These guys are the best! A tire blew on my car in a remote area. AAA contacted the and they arrived very quickly. I had no spare, car doesn't come equipped with one, so they towed me back to Roundup, mounted a used tire and got me back on the road. Rick, Dillon and Kathy are very friendly, kind and thoughtful. They made an uncomfortable situation, a positive experience. I highly recommend Elite and commend them on their can do, small town attitude!
