What a GEM!! Beautiful location! A friend and I came during the off season (January) the rooms are CLEAN and have a cabin vibe. Beds are comfy, pillows are fluffy. Mineral pools were SO clean and HOT 102° to 103° while we visited. The front desk service was the best! Everyone was kind and we had some good conversations with them all! I regret not getting names...but the guy with the great dane..he was so friendly and helpful, really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Even offered to help carry our luggage! Ive seen lots of bad reviews saying its rundown. It could definitely use an update...BUT then we'd be paying quinns prices!! The rooms are clean and fantastic along with the price! We will be back again soon!

My husband really wanted to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner at lodge restaurant Bear Cave. We came from Spokane, Wa. Unfortunately, we were not offered any water or drinks while my husband played pool with our two kids. I did leave hoping later they would be noit as busy and more attentive and welcoming. I sat by myself at a 8 foot long table waiting to be served while again my husband played pool with kids. My husband approached the bar where there was two waitresses, one blonde dreadlocks ,glasses and thick another not Ashley, and raised both hands in effort to get their help. He was completely ignored and finally complained to the Cook. We left without dinner. Fortunately Amber and Matt a kind couple that work at the lodge, shared their Thanksgiving dinner with us. We spent the rest of our weekend eating and drinking elsewhere.

Kristina (sp?) and staff were so kind, helpful, and friendly from check in to check out. We had a minor maintenance issue and Brad was in the room fixing the issue within minutes. Breakfast was above average for this type of Lodge. The location speaks for itself; Lolo Pass and the Bitterroot mountains are gorgeous and majestic.

We were warned this was a ran down cold hot springs....not the case the lodge has its own HotHot spring pools, and is located next to a bigger hot springs u can walk too. The lodge has an amazing mountain lodge feel. Rooms are older but sheets brand-new warm rooms everything works! Free breakfast with homemade toppings! Local people playing music and hanging by the fire the best northwest feel ever!!!

The drive to go to Lolo Hot Springs is a long one if you're coming from Missoula as we were. Once there the front desk was closed and there was a note sayong to ring a bell. We rang and rang, and finally someone came to open the door. Not very hospitable or friendly. Got to rhe room, and was happy with the layout and space, and the decore was nice. The not so nice eas the tv didnt work. There was no wifi (except in the lobby we were informed the next day). The room was cold as they had had the temp set to 50°, and it took a long while to warm up the room. The next day we went for breakfast. It was a continental breakfast, and bare bones. No yougurt, 2 types of ceeal and oatmeal, and a few other things. The hot springs was ok. The building appeared run down. They do not rent towels so the choices are bring your own or spend $12 or $25 / towel depending on which one tou want. Went to check out and once again the front staff were not super friendly. I wouldnt recommend

So I love log buildings, my wife surprised me with this room. When we arrived in Montana from Alberta. I was not prepared for the following. Negatives TV - Does not work Wifi - Does not work Cell coverage - none Bed - like a trampoline, you turnover you start bouncing. Room was set to 50 - took awhile to come up to 68 Breakfast was just a disappointment Positives Could see stars in the sky through the 100 satellites in the sky, haven't see that for awhile View and surroundings are nice. Coffee was good. Being that this cost me $200 CAD, I would have not got the room if they were up front. Sadly this was a subpar experience and I cannot recommend this place unless you are looking for a total disconnect from the outside. I did not checkout the hot springs as I was just miserable from the stay and wanted to leave. I cannot really say how the staff were, they didn't acknowledge us other than check in.

Spent 3 nights, had 3 rooms. Lodge, rooms and hot tubs were amazing and spotless clean. The continental breakfast was just enough to start a relaxing day. The loaning of video movies was very nostalgic and fun. The store in the lodge was well stocked. The only concern I have is I wish the tubs were open later than 10pm.

AMAZING STAY!!! The staff was terrific and the lodge itself was very clean organized and beautiful. The private indoor hot springs are great. Brought the family here for a birthday and we couldn't be more pleased. No more staying in the campground, it's the lodge from now on. For the people complaining about the restaurant next door, keep it to yourself because it has no affiliation to to lodge.

We had a wonderful time with the family for our 50th wedding anniversary. The rooms were decorated with a cabin feel and they were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was convenient and a great start to our day. The restaurant next to the lodge had great food and the service there was excellent. The whole family enjoyed the hot pools as well as the swimming pool. Some of the family enjoyed the mountain biking trails, hiking trails and horseback riding. Lolo Creek was low, but Jerry did catch one trout on an Elk Hair Caddis fly.

We had an incredible experience all around. I called ahead and talked to the General Manager Christina. I told her I was bringing my son up for a surprise treat for doing so well in school recently. When we arrived she had a complete setup ready for us in the hot springs room. There were robes, drinks and candy for my son. He was so excited and felt really special. She truly went above and beyond. The lodge was cozy and warm. The hot springs pool was clean, well maintained and felt incredible. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Staff is super friendly. Christina the manager was a total doll. Thebmain lodge cute and rustic, clean and comfy. Highly recommend checking out the pools in the back of the main lodge, really clean, nice and hot, even have some jets. Didn't stay the night but after visiting will definitely be going back and getting a room in the main lodge. They are dog friendly, outside seating, and even little stand alone grills dotting all over the property. All the good vibes

Perfect place to rest before entering the Nez Perce national Forrest. Or stay for a while. Very accommodating and friendly owner and staff. Multiple pools. Great selection of rooms.

Great little get away in the mtns. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The lodge and hot springs are very nice and cozy as well. Will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and quiet, and the hot springs on site were great. The staff was lovely, too. I highly recommend.

Enjoyed my stay at Lolo Hot Springs Lodge, rooms were clean and nice. Mattresses could be replaced soon. Indoor natural hot springs spa was outstanding. Staff took excellent care of me. I highly recommended staying at the Lodge !

Only one person working on a Monday night for the people that started coming in. She seemed to be doing cleaning of rooms etc... No one at front desk waited fr 10 mins. when we first came. Took forever to check in and she had to show everyone to their room. The room was okay to a point.. Clean but needed carpet upgrades.. We had bright lights shining in our room even with curtains closed.. No tissues were given to the room, also the tub drainage was poor when taking a shower. Only indoor 2 small hot springs and the outdoor one across the parking lot was just a big pool.. My biggest concern was no WIFi calling and no internet. Very concerning if there was a medical emergency. It also says there is WiFi on website.. You did not have any TV and DVD would not connect to TV even though they enough DVDS in lobby. The restaurant next door was closed for the season. SO No food.. Seems early for that since people are still enjoying warm days of fall and enjoying fall. We had to buy a frozen pizza from the Hot Springs that was not done all the way. Very poor accommodations for $200.00 a night and since we live in Montana and love Hot Springs will go somewhere else next time and won't recommend to others.. Very poor for being the only hotel within 30 miles and very expensive.. They have a one landline, but after 10 pm your phone is useless if lobby is closed. How would you call 911 if no internet?? Not safe. This hotel should be upgraded . Business Starlink is usually the choice not residential Starlink, which the front desk said they had.. A lot of people were complaining about same thing. Don't cheap out for $200.00 a night, my opinion. Not a good choice for Hot Springs and accommodations.

We planned to stay here one night but ended up staying 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. There is no television here but they have a dvd player in the room but ours never did work despite the lady at the front desk trying a couple times to get it fixed. The wifi is only accessible in the main lodge so in your room you have no phone service. The hot spring pool is nice, not to hot and clean. There is a restaurant/bar next door that serves pretty good food. At night it is so peaceful and quiet.

The room was so clean and cheery! The staff was especially friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely as well! My only critique was that the showers were a bit short because it was on a well, but theres nothing that can be doen about that, Thanks for the great stay!

The Lodge at Lolo Hot Springs is absolutely a hidden gem! From the moment you walk into the beautifully appointed front office to enjoying a luxurious soak in their private hot springs you will feel pampered and find peace of mind. Their rooms are cozy and the breakfast is delicious. But maybe what is most precious about this “gem” is the staff. Their gift of hospitality is absolutely superb—you will check in as a guest and leave as a friend! Thank you, Tammy!!!

Hotel needs a bit more loving care. WiFi only available in breakfast area and there is no cell service. They do have a free phone in the lobby. No cable TV but they do have an extensive DVD selection at the front desk. Restaurant next door is very good. The blinds in our room did not close all the way and people walking by could look into our room.

Though there is only internet service in the main lodge and no TV service, they provide a huge library of DVDs and games for borrowing. There are two pools fed by the hot springs on the property. The beds are very comfortable, the room was spacious and well insulated. Even the ground floor room we requested was accessed by a few steps or a ramp. Very rustic, so expect stairs. Though rustic, the property is kept in excellent condition. There is plenty of outdoor activities including corn hole, badminton, and a disc golf course. There is plenty of outdoor seating and charcoal grills for cooking outdoors. The adjacent property has a pub with excellent food. I highly recommend the nachos!!!

Came here for a date weekend and loved it. The staff was super welcoming — even the owners’ granddaughter greeted us, which was really sweet. The hot springs on-site were amazing and way better than the overpriced ones nearby. Our room was clean and comfy, and the location was close to other springs too. Would totally come back!

Great room, great feel, the staff were all very helpful! The soaking tubs were lovely. The restaurant easily accommodated my need to eat gluten free (no bun on my burger, no croutons on my salad). The breakfast in the lobby did not have anything gluten free, so that might be something to consider if you have celiac. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely be back!
