The staff was friendly and helpful at check in and it was an easy check in process. After hours realized there were no towels only 2 hand towels and one washcloth. Not fun drying off on a small hand towel. There were fingerprints all over the TV and the next morning the coffee pot had not been cleaned out..hmmm makes you wonder if they cleaned the room at all.
At checkout the young lady was nice but said she would have to have her manager call me. I got a call from a lady who was not even from that part of lolo apparently took almost a week to finally get to the manager Christina I had to call her she didn't call me. When I told her what happened all she said was well that's unfortunate. Unfortunate? Yeah I would say so she said what would u like me to do I said maybe some sort of credit back to the card or something. She said nope the only thing I will do it a 20 percent credit fornyour next stay.. she was not professional at all ..it's unfortunate isn't it
Emily was a great server! Had an Orphan girl in a hot tea, yummy. We came for the buy one get one free drink with a coupon we got at Lolo Pass xc ski area. Wings and burger were good, too. Took some navy bean soup home.
I have been here a few times now and the service is amazing. The food is great prime rib was the bomb couldn’t beat this place to bring your family and friends and your pets and the area is beautiful too.
I'm actually staying through the winter until spring. I arrived in August and liked the area for hiking and got the opportunity to stay through the winter at very good rates. I haven't gone horseback riding or swimming but I've hiked the surrounding hills and walked along the creek. It's been beautiful weather daily except for a windstorm that put the power out for a few hours but full power was restored and no problems. The restrooms are always warm in the winter and showers are awesomely hot and relaxing. They plow any snow that falls so there's no worries about being stuck. I haven't stayed in the cabins but I've peeked my head in and they're super clean and cute. I'm on a 30 amp service in my rv and they go up to 50 amps I believe. There's no garbage laying around anywhere near the resort. I offered my assistance with maintenance if anything came up but there proud and I haven't heard a word from them or had to lift a finger. Good place to stay.

My boyfriend and I have been here 5 times in one month, the service is amazing, food delicious, Ashley the bartender is perfect and amazing at her job love her! The hot springs is definitely recommended him and I spend hours in it everytime we're here!
My husband and I stayed here a few nights ago. We rented a delux cabin for $271 per night.
It was a very simple cabin, it was clean. No furniture in the cabin besides the bed and mattress underneath it. The mattress was very springy and the hot water heater was tiny, enough to wash your hands with warm water and that was it. A hot shower was not possible.
I really don’t feel the need to further describe the large departure this was from a “delux” experience worth $271/night.

Hot Springs felt real good to soak in. I haven’t been to Lolo Hot Springs since 1983. It was just like old times when I visited on Sept. 28 25. Mountains and Forest around the Hot Springs just beautiful. I’ll be back again. Swimming pool water was also warm too.
Got food poisoning from the restaurant across the street the cabin was really nice with the exception of right outside on the porch it smelled like raw sewage really bad the actual hot spring itself was kind of dirty needed to be painted the maintenance on the whole place needed to be kept up better it was kind of bad I would not go back nor would I recommend it
Best way to explore the Hot Springs area around Lolo and Montana/Idaho areas and the resort was amazing!! I am so glad we stayed there, it made the romantic vibe complete with the comfy pools and shower area with plenty of towels always fresh! I loved our breakfast selection and service as well! We will be back again! :)
A wonderful indoor hot spring fed by small yard hot natural spring into a 5 foot deep pool about 12 x 20‘ long. It’s always piping hot. One large outdoor pool which is just warm and chlorinated but the spring is fresh and no chemicals. The bear cave restaurant bar and lounge has amazing food, Great service, complete success.
This place is awesome. When I made the reservation, I wasn't expecting much but to my surprise.The cabins were very, very nice, comfortable and clean. Sure, the bathroom is small.But that's to be expected. The hot springs and pool, we're perfect and just what we needed after seven hours on a motorcycle. We plan on coming back and bringing the family.
Nice place. Showers in pool area and at campground are clean but well worn. Food is good in restaurant. Campground is lovely with a beautiful stream.
There is very little cell reception and terrible wifi
Small cabins with no bathrooms that are over 100 a night. The springs themselves are across the road in a separate building that you can't access after 10 pm. They do have late clothing optional nights.
A run down old place that is NOT cared for. The pictures on line of the spa are DECADES old!!!! It is dirty and disgusting. The outside pool is just a big swimming pool with semi warmish bath water. The other one is at least hot, But Extremely neglected!!!! Peeling paint, beat up.walking pads that rip up your feet. The RV park is sparce, DOES have electricity AND WATER and a lot off run down decrepit rvs, I think people live there all the time.......
There are some cabins to rent? Not sure about those? This is Kind of a depressing place... head to " Quinn Hot Springs Resort" not too far away and a World of Difference and Elegance!!!!
The hot springs are nice, when I arrived they were just filling them back up, so they were not very hot. It seems like if they are coming out of the ground they would already be hot? No sulphur smell. There are 2 indoor pools at the hotel. These are free if you stay there. There also is a community hot springs pool across the parking lot. This one is $15 for a soak. The hotel room is dated and has deferred maintenance. They charged me $147. I thought it seemed high, so I checked out their online presences said $95. I would not go back just because they over charged me. Restaurant was not open during the week in May. They said it was going to be opening up for summer season soon.
I have been going here for many years and love it. It's rustic, which is right up my alley, but it might not be for everyone. They've improved the campground a lot in the past few years. I always stay in one of the cabins. You'll see some reviews that question the cleanliness and I do agree they don't always change the sheets or pillow cases. I bring my own bedding and then I don't have to worry about it. The people who run the place are super nice and we will keep going back for many more years.
Lots of cute rodents running around the grounds, RV sites pretty good. Pull through with 50 ampservice. Water also. Staff very nice. Wifi available. Restroom is rustic with ample hot water. Bring a bag to hang your things up while showering. Beautiful area. Hotsprings available for $15 per person. I think the RV site was $64. Worth it. Some sites on the river

The outdoor pool seemed a little chilly, but it was still April and the blowing breeze didn't help. LOL
The hot water heater in our cabin went out one evening. Phone lines were acting up, so we sent a message on FB Messenger. Didn't see a response, but maybe 15 min later the owner himself popped by to check on us and quickly fixed the hot water heater. A very pleasant gentleman.

Lolo Hot Springs Resort is a magical stop along highway 12 just outside of Lolo, MT. I had a great stay in one of the cabins! Super comfortable bed! The restaurant, known as the Bear Cave had excellent food, great service and knowledgeable staff. There is live music on the weekends too! Great people and beautiful scenery! An absolute must stop! Check out this amazing place!
We stayed in cabin number 14, and overall had a lovely experience. The room was clean and smelled fresh. We walked across the street to get to the pools, which were also nice. There were showers connected to them where you could rinse off after the swim. We didn’t have a chance to utilize the showers next to the cabins, but given that the sink water never reached above what I would consider ”cool”, I didn’t have a lot of hope the showers would be much different, so I didn’t chance it. Bathrooms overall could use a little work.
Staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating
This place needs so much maintenance. In short: yuck. From pools to changing room, toilets to lockers - everything is falling apart. We ate at the lodge and regretted that decision. Burger was terrible. The patty is tiny and didn’t even look like beef. It tasted like a charred block of salt. All menu items were way over priced and looked nothing like the online menu photos or advertisements. We will definitely not return and would not recommend to anyone.
We knew better than to expect the “luxurious” accommodations noted in some of the ads. It’s a rustic place. Still, there’s a difference between rustic and sloppy. We found a restaurant that was only open for a portion of the day, manned by one bartender/server who made no secret of the fact that she was over worked. Needless to say, service was very slow, though all of the customers were very understanding. The menu was only partially available due to a lack of items. (No rib eye, or potato skins among other things.)
Our cabin was pretty rough. Electrical cords draped over doors. A bed that squeaked if you looked at it, and it was very poorly cleaned. We found crumbs on the fridge, the stained bed sheets very obviously left from previous guests. The staff and I checked the cabin next door and found the same thing. Dirty sheets on a bed made up for another guest. The night shift staff, to their benefit got us some clean sheets and offered to change them out for us. We elected to change them ourselves because it was late and we felt sorry for them. They are obviously the victims of poor management, left holding the bag when the guests arrive.
We never even got to the hot springs, but what we did see was a swimming pool fed by spring water. Not quite what we expected, but I’m sure it was fine and probably the best way to commercialise a hot spring. Just not what we expected. We wanted to love it. The staff wanted us to love it. The management has a lot of work to do. Hopefully they can find more of the right staff to make it a good resort. Right now, it’s not.
