Excellent customer service! Anytime we are in need of repairs or in a bind they are always available. Friendly and knowledgeable employees are the best part of this small business. Honest hard working people.

They tried telling me I had to pay $1300 to get any of the things out of my vehicle after I got in a wreck around mile marker 9 where there’s no service. They wouldn’t even let me get the keys to my post office box without paying the whole 1300$ in full! Bunch of scam artists and thieves!

i wouldnt recommend this service at all , i called for a trl tire they tried to charge me for 1k , mehcnaic was 7 miles away he told me he spent 1 hr drive time to reach out It doesnt make sense

My truck broke down on the board of Mountains and Idaho price they charge me to get post falls Idaho$3200!!! the price they told me it’s way different unfortunately this company has two different price if your white your lucky but for others good luck using them see it for yourself I was burned once but again no matter what I will never ever use this guys! I would not suggest others of my kind!

We got stuck at a local business and Sweet Rides came within 10 minutes to get us moved out of the way. Sean came in and helped us get our vehicle unstuck and was so kind and informative about the issue! We are so grateful!!

The radiator blew on the semi I was driving when I was coming up the mountain. Once they were called I had help in less than an hour. They dropped me and my dog off at the hotel in town, waited patiently while I tried to figure out what I should grab to take with me. Kyle and Ed did a great job! Professional, friendly and efficient. When the truck was fixed, they dropped it off at the hotel, which was a great help. I also got to say hi to Rick, who had come to fix the coolant lines, last August when I broke down. He joked that I needed to stop breaking things. He is great at what he does.

I just wanted to say thank you to Sweet Rides Towing, they were very professional and fast with helping me with my car troubles. The driver was very nice and respectful, definitely a towing company that has a heart for helping people.

BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE: I have no idea who is leaving good reviews for this company, except that they are likely the company’s own people trying to fool others by posting fake ratings. I called Sweet Ridge Towing Recovery & Repair LLC in Haugan, Montana, to fix an issue with my trailer, not knowing that they are like hyenas in human form operating in Haugan, Montana, USA. They came the next day and confirmed they could fix the issue. I asked for the cost, and they told me it would be $2,000. I agreed to the price, and they began the work. The shocking moment came when, after completing the job, they handed me a bill for $4,537.50. I reminded them of the estimate they gave me, and they responded that an estimate is just an estimate—not the actual bill—and that they had spent too much time on the job. I was surprised that a professional mechanic, who deals with these kinds of repairs every day, couldn't estimate how long the job would take. They refused to listen to me. Furthermore, they threatened to tow my trailer to their workshop and said they would call the police. I realized I was dealing with people who have no ethics and no sense of commitment. I have never encountered such greedy individuals who prioritize money over integrity.

They did $350 damage our property during the tow and are claiming it’s our fault because we didn’t secure it on their tow truck. This is the only company in the surrounding area. It was over $1700 for our tow. Plus $350 to pay for the repair so that it was legal to transport our vehicle again.

07/26/2024 On our travels to Yellowstone we were on I-90 just descending down Lookout pass, boom out pops a deer. We hit the deer going 70mph and was able to maintain control to the shoulder. With our front end damaged we were able to sheepishly wander down to the nearest town, St Regis. Here we were given the number of this tow truck company. We called and they arrived within 30 minutes. The truck driver was so hospitable and friendly, towed us to their tow company and recommended a body shop that the car could be taken too as well. Not being from the area this was extremely helpful and accommodating to our circumstance, but it doesn’t just end there. The gal who runs the dispatch and billing was extremely gracious and concerned about us as well. The tow truck driver helped us load all of our belongings into their own personal vehicle and then proceeded to drive us 100 miles to get to a rental vehicle in Missoula, in which we just made it within in five minutes before closing, so we could finish our vacation. Thank you thank you.. for making Lemonaide out of Lemons.. you guys are “Top Notch” in our books. We recommend this business 110%! Thank you.. Kimberly and Jerry

THEY ARE GREAT!! We ran out of gas a couple feet away from the gas station and they happened to be behind us. They rolled down their window to help us immediately. They went to the gas station to get gas for us and brought it back (for free ?)! Really nice people and angels on our roadtrip.

Wonderful Wonderful service... best experience yet!!! Thank you guys so much! I had hit a pot hole coming from Idaho. It was a big one too which caused my back tire to have a cut in the tread. Thanks to sweet rides I was able to get back on the road. The tire needed to be patched up and sweet rides was able to do it. I was able to get back to my destination safe and sound. ❤️

Honestly where do I start. This family owed Business is Top Notch. They helped me out when no one else would stop, when I broke down on I90. The Owner of the Company even offered me a beverage and snack. Since I had been sitting for so long. And then Gave me a Ride to a Hotel for the Night and got me Back on the Road the following morning. Fast and Reasonably Priced! ? Would recommend them.

My daughter was on her way home from visiting in Illinois and got stuck in the snow an hour and a half from her home. While I was on the phone with Sweet Ride telling them where she was, she text me and said she was getting help. The help she was getting was going to come from where she lives. Well, these wonderful people sent a truck out there to help her away. They went above and beyond and even called this worried mom back to let me know they got her back one the road. They are so kind and caring, and when I asked how much do I owe, she said "Nothing, I have daughters too." My daughter and myself are truly thankful for all their help and kindness. Great people great service. Truck slid off the road hunting. Was super worried it was gonna roll to bottom. Got a hold of sweet rides and wow. Quick response after telling them I think it's gonna roll. Wrecker showed up tires chained up the two gentlemen quickly hooked up securely and gently slid it back on the road. Definitely will be calling again.

Sweet rides and towing has complete passion for what they do! They are always willing to help anyone that is in need. I was working when one of their employees notices I had wire showing on my tires. With a matter of minutes Shawn and A my were able to find me tires and get them on my car within the week. When i had side walled my tire a couple weeks ago, they were able to find me a spare tire and mounted it on my rim the next day. They are an amazing company and montana is blessed to have them.

This is one of the best experiences I have had with a towing company, Sweet Rides towing. Every bit of this experience has been conducted with professionalism, courteous and best of all, under emergency conditions, they were here in 15 minutes! Everything about them is perfect.
