We are in the process of remodeling our cabin, and Charlene from WBC has been assisting us with all our window orders. Whenever I need an estimate, she is quick to reply and always ensures we have what we need. It’s a pleasure doing business at a place with such great customer service.

Recommend that nobody do business here! The manager is very rude and unprofessional. I've witness him yell at customers and employees. Contractors in the area are also becoming more expensive because they're going outside of the area to do business instead of going here!

Getting any help at WBC is a major problem. Lots of employees behind the desk but they ignore you. We waited 15 minutes without even an acknowledgement that they were aware we needed service. Staff in the supply side/pick up are terrific. WBC needs some competition in town to make them realize we can take our business elsewhere.
