These guys were great! We were on the road and had a problem with a trailer hitch. They took care of us right away and didn’t want to charge anything. Nothing better than helping someone when stranded. Thank you!!

I was 10 miles outside of Eureka, when my TPMS alerted me. The young man at Big Sky got me right in, found the screw in my tire, fixed it and had me on my way within the hour, despite their seeming short-staffed. The charge was only $25, which seemed more than fair, considering I’m not a regular customer and didn’t buy the tires there. I would have rather had a quicker turnaround, a ladies room and some better magazines, but they got me back on the road at a fair price, so credit where credit is due. Thanks, guys!

Great service! Super friendly and professional employees! I forgot his name but it's Alden? Aiden? He was a good leader of his guys and knew exactly how long and what was happening with my car. His practical confidence allowed me to be at ease knowing he is knowing exactly what's going on and taking care of it well. Got an oil change am coming back for shocks and rear transmission case. Found a good mechanic I can trust. All glory to God I prayed for this I'm very picky with my mechanic. GREAT prices too! Make sure you tip! You'll surely have enough from the fair prices! My car is good to carry wood keep my family and I warm and fed this winter. God bless you all

Dale and his crew are awesome! They had me in and out with my snow tires in less than a half hour! They also let you make appointments, unlike places in the Flathead! Very friendly, efficient, professional. I highly recommend them.

Amazing service. I was driving down from Canada to Whitefish/Kalispell. When entering into Eureka my tire pressure light went on. Looked at the tire and saw a roofing nail in it. I went into town and stopped at Wades auto centre he told me to go up here as they could get to me faster. I limped on up with a half flat tire and they made time for me right away even though they seemed extremely busy with all the bays full. They rolled out a jack, took the tire off in the parking lot, fixed the nail hole. We were on our way in less than an hour which is unbelievable! The service was above and beyond. Excellent service and extremely effective and efficient staff. I highly recommend as they saved my trip!

A huge shout out to Big Sky Tire & Auto, especially Dale and Frank who helped me in a time of need. My car decided to overheat when passing through Eureka en route to Kalispell. Unfortunately this happened on a Saturday afternoon, so I had to stay in Eureka until Monday morning when they were open. I called every shop in town and the only ones who were able to take me in such short notice was Big Sky. Dale said to bring it down as soon as I was able and they would make time to get it looked at. Frank was the mechanic and was able to diagnose and repair it in a couple of hours. They got me back on the road quickly for a reasonable cost. Thank you so much for saving a stranded traveler passing through your nice town.

Always get good service here. I've had some last minute issues with my vehicle and they anyways seem to find the time to help me out. Reasonably priced and friendly staff.

November 16 2023. 10 am found a self driving screw in my rear passenger tire... they were 20 minutes away from us. 11 am... and I'm ready to go. They fixed on the spot! Great personal! Great people! $20 well spent! Thanks a lot Big Sky Tire Pros!

A gentleman helped me at the DMV. My jeep had a flat. He went to Exxon Mobil, got an air compresser, filled it up. He told me to follow him to Exxon Mobil and he would have it fixed for me. He did just that.. wonderful person. Thank you so much... 💓

If you want your vehicle taken care of buy some great mechanics Big Sky's your shop. The mechanics will only replace what's needed and not take advantage of people that aren't vehicle savvy. If you need tires not sure you will beat there prices awesome tires great price. BIG THANKS TO JOEY AND CREW

I was able to schedule an appointment during busy winter tire season within a week. As soon as I got there, they got my car in, tires changed, and got me out! Friendly employees too! Seemed cheery!

Aaron and the guys are friendly and professional. I was not in a hurry, however they got me in within a day. I had my diesels oil changed and tires rotated quickly.

My power steering went out on a Fishing trip several hours from home. Big sky tire saved our trip, fixed the car same day and were extremely nice the entire time. Even gave us a free beer while we waited. 100% would use them again. 10/10

Lost a trailer tire and hub traveling near by. Limped it to Big Sky and they went out of their way to help me. They searched all of town for parts and fixed it up staying after hours. They could have easy said sorry will try tomorrow. Service was so go I bought additional tires. They were awesome. Thanks for helping us out and getting us back on the road.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I were recently traveling to Montana from out of state and had a tire blowout which we replaced ourselves. As soon as we got into town we made an appointment with you to order a new tire, replace our spare and have all our tires checked for pressure and quality. When we came to you for the service we were told there was no need to replace the other tires as they would be perfectly fine for the rest of our trip. On the first day of our drive home one of the tires you said were fine blew. When we got it off and replaced with the spare we saw that the blown tire had almost no tread left on it. The second day of our trip home another tire you said was fine blew and was in the same condition. So clearly the tires you assured us were ok were not. We also found out when we stopped to order all new tires somewhere else that the spare that you put on our RV was 15lbs of pressure under where it was supposed to be. Your company put my family in danger and deprived us of the ability to fully enjoy the remainder of our trip. I would never recommend anyone to come see you for service.

Best auto shop I’ve been to. Our camper broke down on the way to Alaska and Joey got it fixed in no time. He went out of his way to find the parts needed and had it fixed within a week. My transmission was having problems as well and he was able to get me a new trans and install it within a weeks time. We made it to Alaska with zero issues, this shop is hands down the best place to spend your hard earned money at. I do the majority of work myself and am pretty skeptical about taking anything anywhere but in this case I didn’t have a choice and I’m glad I didn’t. Honest people and honest prices.

They have great customer service. Competitive prices and quick with tire changes. 5* all around Aaron was extremely helpful and called me back when he said he would.

These guys are wonderful. They are so friendly and helpful. Very busy but work incredibly hard to get everyone in and serviced in a timely manner. Excellent! Aaron, Joey, all of them are great!

They cheated and not fixed the issue but still charged me. I had a leaking tire but leak was very gradual. I brought to them and they just said after couple of minutes that the leak is due to a nail and charged me for removal. I left the town and after an hour or so I realized the leak was still there. But since I was far from there so i went to other Les schwabes in coloumbia falls. It took a while for them to figure out since the leak was not prominent but eventually they figured out that it was leaking from the patch which was put several months ago. They fixed the tire for me

The crew there at Tire Pros was quick and prompt... They were kind and wonderful to work with. They made sure that we were happy with the results... They helped us pick out the best tires needed for our summer drives and adventures. We couldn't ask for better service! They took care of our every need!

My car got a flat so I rolled in. They didn’t have my type of tire in stock so the owner drove all to way down to Whitefish (110miles return trip) to pick up the tires so I could have my car back the same day. They also gave me their truck to use while I waited for the owner to get back into town. These guys define customer service. They saved my butt today!
