I locked my husband and I out of our apartment, and after several unanswered calls from other locksmiths, Pete was ready ASAP. It did take him a little bit to get into the apartment but he did it, and gave us a discount for how long it took. He also brought his dogs, one of which is named Sherlock, funny.
Pete was honestly outstanding, he went above and beyond what we expected. He was very polite and friendly and went the extra mile every way possible made sure that we were taken care of. Thank you Pete!

On way home from bozo. On Saturday night truck shifter stopped engaging. Called in a panic cuz headed back to gfalls to meet kid off the bus .. trouble shooter over the phone found a wire clip disconnected under truck to tranny and bam. On the road. Life saver!!! 10 out of 10
In a world full of con artists and crooks, Pete is a breath of fresh air. He got us back into our house for a reasonable price and came at the drop of a hat. He is very knowledgeable and experienced... don't look anywhere else!
Responsive, easily accommodated a late & off-hours towing request, friendly, and even walked me through how to jump my battery despite a bad fuse (which was why I needed a towing service to begin with.) Thanks Pete! You helped me out a ton tonight.

Pete is amazing. I called on Easter Sunday and Pete dropped everything to drive 25 minutes to me. However I was able to unlock my car when Pete was 5 minutes away. I called Pete to let him know and offered him at least half of the price it would have cost to unlock my car. Pete told me have a great day and that he was happy I got my car unlocked. Amazing guy and I’m sure amazing service, much better and more reliable than the other option nearby

Got stuck this morning in a difficult spot with our truck & trailer and called Pete’s. He agreed to come take a look.
As it turns out he didn’t want to take the chance, which is understandable.
My beef is that he blocked our calls and never communicated with us. All we wanted to know was that he changed his mind.
Post script: Some great guys with a Tacoma and a winch got our trailer out. A road grader then came along and got the truck out.
Response to response: We tried no less than 6 times to call back and every time it went to voicemail. Whether or not this is "blocking" can be left to the readers of this review to determine. Another driver coming up the road told us that your driver said that he didn't think he could help and simply turned around.
Calling us out for wanting free service is inaccurate as the Tacoma guys were absolutely great, and we had to force them to take $300; same with the road grader driver. Had your driver actually made contact with us we would have gladly paid him for the trip charge without so much as pulling a winch.
As previously mentioned, all we were looking for was acknowledgement that your driver turned around to allow us to pursue other options.
As far as insulting our driving (I was a passenger), stuff happens in the winter, and I suspect that it provides a significant part of your income. Yes, we made a mistake and yes, we feel horrible about it.
Tell me that your driver or your company tried even once to call us back and I will pull this review.

Gary did a great job helping us tow our big 5th wheel back into a campground, He came out and found the trailer and had a hard time turning it around. then picked me up and helped get the trailer into sun outdoors campsite before taking me back into town. Couldn't say enough good about how professional he is.

I was in a really bad jam and and called, Gary peters came in no time and with his extensive knowledge or both trucking and weather conditions he was able to successfully back me down over a mile and then guide me over 4 miles to get back on the highway. Great customer service and vastly helpful! I appreciate you and everything you did to make this as seem less as possible. Please do not hesitate to call if your in need!
We went off the road on our way to Walden. Called Pete and within a short period of time, Pete showed up and pulled us out . He was great and very professional. Took great care with our vehicle.

Our RV hydraulic slide/leveling system malfunctioned on us on a Sunday ahead of 4th of July. We called Good Sam for help and they sent Gary to help us. He was super fast to arrive and extremely knowledgeable. We really appreciated his positive attitude and calm approach to troubleshooting our system. With a little work we were able to get the motor turning, and the slide and jacks in. Now we know what we need to replace, too, which makes the always-frustrating RV repair wild goose chase much easier. Gary even called us on the way out to suggest a couple other parts to just go ahead and replace while we’re working on it. Great guy and helped us out so fast! If we ever need help up in Grand County again, we’ll be calling Pete’s and asking for Gary!
I used this company last weekend to recover my truck out of a pretty nasty spot. The driver was a pleasure to talk to, very knowledgeable and capable, and took care to make sure no damage was done. I am very impressed and happy that I chose this company. Hopefully I never need to use them again, but should the situation arise, they'll be my first call!

We were moving stuff out of a storage unit in Granby. Our lock (one of the circular ones) wouldn't open with our key. We were only in town for the day and had already picked up our u-haul trailer. We called Pete's. The man that answered said he would be right over. He was there in maybe 5 minutes. He couldn't get the lock open either so he ended up cutting it off.
He was very professional. He asked us to verify that the unit we were trying to get into was really ours before he went to work.
We can't thank you enough! What he charged was very reasonable!! Given the situation, we would have happily paid more than he charged!

On the 4th of July I locked my keys in the car while it was running! It was a holiday weekend and the town was packed. I was very pleased at the prompt help I received considering the distance from Granby to Grand Lake Colorado on top of the holiday. In less then an hour I was on my way while 100 plus miles away from home and everything locked in a running car. Good people doing great work along with very friendly conversation.

We were camping at the National Forest when somehow our baby locked himself in our truck. Pete raced right to us and in less than 10 minutes from our call he had our truck unlocked and our baby was safe! He was extremely courteous and was just as concerned as we were about our child’s safety. Very kind and caring! Thank you!!!!!
Gary was great to work with when our guest got their car stuck. He ensured that the car was removed from the retaining wall properly so that it wouldn’t damage our cabins. We highly recommend and appreciate his quick service!
Pete's Towing came to the rescue for me when I was locked out of my car on a cold night. they were quick, professional and most importantly, got the job done and I was able to get back in my car and get warm again. I will call them for all towing/locksmith needs in the future and would recommend them for anyone in need.

Pete’s was great. Called him to help with a lockout. He was a little late getting to me because he stopped to help out two others stuck in the ditch on the way. He didn’t want to leave them stranded. This is the kind of good people I enjoy dealing with.
