Joshua and his crew are the best in the business. If I could give 10 stars I would. They were professional, fantastic to work with, hardest workers Ive met and they also did an amazing job of trying to get the best outcome for ALL involved. They have our business from here on out and I cant give enough praise and credit for the work they do with such a difficult job. If youre looking for a tow, look no further.

This guy is annoying. It's like talking to a 2 year old. He keeps telling me about how all his family members have names that start with j, and how he's a carny, dude I just needed my car towed, I didn't need a lesson on bad family decisions and what you've done outside of your job here.
Joshua was very helpful, polite and communicative. Definitely would recommend their towing service. I had to tow to another state for repairs and it’s always nice when you feel taken care of rather than taken advantage of when vehicle problems arise.

Joshua Barbagello is an excellent man! We were sitting on the side of the interstate with a broke down car, and he pulled up behind us and saved the day. I recommend him for all of your towing needs, and suggest you refer him to all your friends!
My wife's car broke down on hwy 12 near the East Helena exit west bound, I was pulling the dead battery out, they saw me and stopped to help. They towed my wife's car for no charge to Helena because it was in a bad spot, getting dark and would probably get hit. Joshua was friendly and polite and concerned about me and the cars safety. Joshua and his trainee were very professional and new what they were doing, I will definitely use in the future. Thanks guys!
My dad had an accident, and when insurance (Farmers) was taking forever to dispatch a tow truck, my dad abandoned their dumb system and had the sheriff call for him. They go through shops in a rotation, and Knights was the one up. They arrived quickly and were very helpful professional and friendly. They even pulled my dad's truck into their shop to allow him to clean it out in comfort instead of out in the cold. They also helped unload it a bit and offered boxes if we needed. They definitely went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend them to anybody needing a tow.
Just a reminder to everyone reading this too; vehicle recovery is a dangerous job, when you see a tow truck on the side of the road, please slow down. Treat them like an emergency vehicle, because they are one, just like an ambulance or a fire truck... we all need to make sure that these good people, and all tow truck operators get to go home to their families.
These guys are great. I got myself into a jam bidding on a car from four states away, and couldn't pick it up due to winter road conditions. They picked it up from the auction yard for me (within just a few minutes of calling) and stored it for 5 weeks for a very fair price. They were all very professional and friendly as well. I even inquired about whether the car's condition was well represented in the auction, and they went above and beyond by giving it a once-over, jump starting it, and giving it a little test drive before I came--even refusing payment for the extra services. I'd definitely call them again if the need arose. The only issue was Google having their address wrong (they're not on Orange St).
Stuck on the side of the road in the middle of the night on a weekend - luckily Knights Towing was called by the Sheriff and Joshua was on-call to help. He helped me go through my options, towed my vehicle to a safe location, and came back out to fix the broken parts the next morning. Excellent service, I can't thank you enough!
Knights towing will do everything they can to keep you on the road. Josh and his mechanic are super good at their job, reasonably priced, and extra knowledgeable.

My fiancé and I were planning on driving straight through Helena, but when our truck started puttering, we called knights towing. It was 7am, and our knight In shining chrome was quick to the tow!
Not only did Joshua tow us to safety, but he had the truck diagnosed and repaired in less than 40 hrs.

Super accommodating. Very friendly. The tow truck driver even let my son be apart of lifting our car. They made what could have been very stressful seem super easy for us.
Police dispatch contacted Knights towing to pick up my truck after an accident. I gave Knights Towing my State Farm insurance information and claim number on the phone. I instructed them to drop it off at a particular repair shop and asked them to call me if there were any issues.
They then proceeded to impound my truck at their lot WITHOUT informing me. They impounded it because they were unable to process the payment State Farm was trying to send them. (To my understanding, this was due to some number issues on their paperwork; and the fact that their address was not correct on some IRS forms)
When (after multiple calls to my insurance and shops around town trying to locate my truck) I discovered they had impounded it and were refusing to release it. I asked if I could come get some stuff out of it. Which they permitted. When I arrived the gate was open, my truck was there (unlocked) and I could not locate their office or any personnel. I wandered around the lot unsupervised, for about ten minutes before someone popped out of a trailer that I thought was just another impounded vehicle. (Apparently, it’s their office)
They refused to release my vehicle until they could process the payment. They were going to charge a nightly storage fee until then. At the time-line things were moving my truck was going to be there about 5 days. I ended up paying them out of pocket for the release of my vehicle. I wasn’t comfortable with it staying in their possession any longer.
When I interacted with the staff at Knights Towing, they were friendly, though seemingly confused and mostly unhelpful. Maybe this is just a matter of a newer business not having their ducks in a row. But the fact that they never informed me they were impounding my truck is entirely unacceptable. The fact that it was unlocked and unsupervised in an unsecured lot is also unacceptable.
Disclaimer: Knights towing was blaming State Farm for the situation. However, I spoke with a dozen different people at State Farm, and a friend in the industry, all of whom were as baffled as I that the towing company was behaving this way. I understand they needed to be payed; I don’t expect anyone to work for free. But Knights’ bookkeeping issues should not have become my problem. They should have dropped it off where I asked and handled the paperwork after; its not as though they weren't going to get payed.
Our family was stranded on the side of the road and we needed help. We called and Joshua answered. He knew exactly where we were and he arrived quickly. Honesty the best service we got from a towing company. Very friendly and didn't take along time at all to get my family home.

Highly recommend Treassure State! My motor club couldn't get any of their contractors out. I was stuck with two flat tires on a back road in the hills. As it got dark. Josiah got there quickly and was our hero! Towed us safely back to Whitehall, dropped the car at the repair shop and us at my sister's house. He was professional, competent, and so friendly. Great guy, great company.
I Locked myself out of my car the other night in the Super 1 Parking lot, and a friend game me the number to Treasure State Towing. Josiah's response time was immediate and he was there in less than 20 minutes. Not only was his service first class, but this kid also has a lot of charisma, and is very professional.
