The team was thorough and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the hunt for OEM parts on my older car rather than replacing things unnecessarily. Out of four estimates, not only were they the lowest, they could get to my car the soonest. They were the only ones that offered to fix my headlight that would make me legal to drive at night until the complete repair. They cleaned up the section of car that was wrecked and made it look much better until the final repair. The people working for this business are awesome. So thankful to have Collision Craft fixing my car.
Friendly enough staff as mentioned in other reviews and great service. Up until payment. They failed to say there's an extra charge for card payments. Most businesses disclose this PRIOR to charging. I would've used a different method of payment. But, the front desk didn't care to give this courtesy notification. She only aggressively asked for my card information while I was communicating that I wish I had been told of this. For 2/3 days I talked about putting the expense on my card, and this extra charge was not mentioned AT ALL until the time of payment.
Friendly and conscientious, as I have experienced in the past. As it was a bumper cover replacement, and it had to be off to replace the headlights, I brought in new headlights to install, which they graciously did without additional charge. Thanks.
I needed a piece of fiberglass from my RV repaired within a short time period, as we are full time in the RV. Brandon said he could do it, gave me a fair estimate, and got the job done within the time and estimate. The repair is not noticeable, which is exactly what you want, and the color is perfect.

The folks here were great to work with. They are super busy but worked with us to get our Subaru Ascent repaired over the Christmas week. Getting parts is a challenge and they checked in with us on a regular basis to keep us updated. We will need to take the car back in for one last sensor to be installed when the part is finally delivered but that's not Collision Crafts fault. The quality of the work so far is excellent.
Felicia is an amazing representative/owner at Collision Craft. She's the "face" of the company and very friendly and helpful. If you have to get damage repair to your vehicle, this is the place to go. It's a wait, but a wait worth it.
Picked up my parents car after a "deer hit" repair on the front Right side. They did an amazing job. Looks brand new! Customer service was spot on. They were able to schedule them in earlier than originally promised and completed the work slightly quicker than anticipated. They even went above and beyond by leaving the inside of the car looking and working better than when we dropped it off (not part of the original work agreement). Thank you for taking care of my parents. You all are fantastic!!

In the state of Montana the minimum amount of property damage coverage required is only $20,000!! This means you must communicate with both parties to insure there’s enough money to cover the damage of your car plus your car rental. If you have a newer vehicle you deserve to be compensated by the insurance company for your diminished value. Collision craft did a great job but unfortunately took over 3 months and $3,000 in car rental fees. Make sure they tell you what the PD limit is on the at fault insurance so that they don’t go over budget and leave you at a loss. I’m still very happy with my service but they do not detail your car even if it’s been 3 months and 16,000 dollars in damages!!
Amazing work and super friendly staff. They truly understand how important an automobile can be to a person. Definitely the best place for collision repair.
Bad recommendation Brendan!! Bad, bad, bad... Calvin took way to long, charged way too much and Blue Ribbon in Missoula had to do several more $k worth of work. A recommendation says a lot about a person's integrity. You either didn't know, or didn't care... but I would never recommend Calvin to anyone! Ever!
After a deer collision, I needed work done on my one-year-old Subaru. Collision Craft did a great job working with me, my insurance company, and the car rental company to get the job done. The results were amazing. My car looked as good as new, and I appreciated the detailing that was included. The only downside was that they are very busy. My appointment was over a month from the time of the accident.
I have to say that these folks have outstanding customer service. They have taken care of a number of bodywork issues on various vehicles, and their work is guaranteed. They'll do it again if necessary, and they have twice delivered my vehicle to our home. They are easy to work with from office staff, owners, and the guys who do the fixing. No need to go anywhere else.

Great, honest work . I came up from Kalispell to Polson because they have such a great reputation for doing amazing work . Unbeatable customer service , great sense of humor , the waiting room is clean , overall just a great place with great people. Would highly recommend them if you need any work done on a vehicle.

Polson people if you ever are in need of a body shop, Collison Craft on top of Polson hill is awesome. They fixed the damage done by "unnamed tire shop". Put my fender flares on, no charge, delivered my truck back to me. They were excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend them. Done when they said it would be. I just can't say how great they where to work with.
