This place has horrible customer service especially for travelers! I called 3-4 days ago to get a quote for my a/c and left a detailed messages with my name and number. This morning I received a phone call from a Helena, MT number that I didn’t recognize because I didn’t store any shop numbers and the guy didn’t say hello or the name of the business he was calling from. Once I said hello the guy on the phone said hello and asked me if I called for a quote. I said I did but I’m not sure who’s calling because I called a few places days ago. He said he didn’t recognize my number because it’s not a local number and wanted to make sure I wasn’t spam. I said no I assure you I’m not spam or a robot I’m human. He said ok where are you from? I said does that matter? He said it does matter and caught an attitude because I didn’t tell him where I was from because I asked him does it matter where I’m from to get a quote and some possible service from this company. The guy on the phone yelled at me & hung up on me. I called back a few times then someone answered me. I asked to speak to the owner but it may have been the same guy or owner who caught an attitude with me and hung up on my face. He told me well if you have a problem leave a message after the beep after I told him about the rude services this place gave me. I’m a traveler and I DON’T recommend anyone to go to this place! I can’t leave a zero star so that’s why I left a one star.

I had the best experience with Brian’s team! My alternator had gone out in my car and they picked up the parts for my car immediately and had it fixed for me the same day. They are hard workers and great rates for repairs as well! I highly recommend.

Upon answering the phone, i was greeted “Hello” i asked whom i was speaking with, and was promptly hung up on. I was looking to do business and simply was curious as to whom i was speaking with. Called back to no answer. Rude and unprofessional.
