Broke Down inside the Nat’L Park and towed our Audi back and Macgyvered a way to get us down the road. Thankful they were slow that day and able to help out somehow some way vs just saying we’re SOL. If you’re trapped they’ll do the best they can to help you and keep you updated each step of the way. Throughout our time waiting we watched them take care of countless other customers in a timely manner, just like ourselves. We’re thankful for their honesty and hard work, and thats extremely admirable in our world.
We had an emergency repair, they got us in right away, was able to get us back on the road in just a few hours.

We went there because our car got flat tire in glacier national park. Martin and caroline helped us almost during closing time of the shop and fixed the issue in no time. I recommend their service and store.
One of the most personable auto repair places I have ever been to. The husband wife duo and other mechanics there were so understanding, attentive, helpful and got us back on the road pretty quick. They knew we were a long ways from home and still needed to make it to Canada. They found the issue right away (Wheel bearing had seized up, seal broke, and differential fluid had leaked everywhere) and worked till it was fixed. It took them hours because the bearing had welded itself to other parts, but they got it done. They even got us some frybread while we waited.

Amazing! We were on a cross country road trip with the family and discovered a screw in our tire. The crew took our car in immediately, patched the tire and we were on our way in less than 45 minutes! Friendly, fast, and fair price! Thanks SO MUCH!

This place is amazing! I have only the highest praise for Martin , Caroline, and the entire crew! My husband and I were driving to Glacier National Park and our RV trailer had a tire/axel issue and they were amazing getting it fixed the next day! We are so thankful and blessed to have met them! While we were getting the trailer fixed, they were helping anyone who came by and needing help! They showed that there are great people in the world! Thank you !

I broke down in my 02 Ford F 350 a few miles outside of Browning just after 2AM in late October. I ended up getting a ride into Browning and getting a room at the local Hotel. I called the local NAPA auto parts early and asked if they could recommend a couple of local repair shops. I called Advanced Auto first and and explained my situation to them. They made it their priority to go pick up my truck and bring it back to their shop. They couldn’t get the parts needed from the local parts store so they removed the parts from one of their own vehicles. I was back on the road shortly after and on my way home. I highly recommend Martin and his friendly staff!!
This place and everyone there are fantastic. I am from Maine traveling cross country in my motorhome towing a car on a two wheel dolly. I noticed the outside if one of the tires was wearing badly and was concerned it might be a bearing. Unfortunately I was in St Mary Mt where there were no mechanics. Looking online for the nearest mechanic/trailer repair I found this place in Browning. I called on a Friday, they had me in first thing Monday. It was fixed and I was out the door in a hour. The price, was well below what I would have expected and the work done, to perfection. Jared, I hope I got his name right3 answered all my questions without hesitation and gave me some great tips.
If you have a mechanical issue or even a possible trailer issue I recommend these folks. They treat you very well and are great.
Got a screw in a rental tire, went in and asked about getting it fixed, pulled us in right away and got us back on the road. Super friendly and quick service.
I had my tires rotated and oil changed today. I was impressed with the fact that they had at least two guys doing the work and double checking each other. They were also very friendly and fast. Great experience!
My truck broke down as I was leaving Browning mt 5 pm closing time for everyone so I walked to town as they have no taxi service so run into the going to the sun inn and they only had one room and it wasn't ready but he said he would finish getting the room ready for me to get something to eat since I had not eaten all day and I left Bozeman at 5am ! Totally thankful for there efforts so the next morning I start calling advanced tire and automotive repair and long story short they were so awesome to tow me in and put me ahead of all the vehicles they had to repair. They fixed the problem and I was on my way home! Many many thanks to everyone there 🙏 bless you and thank you!
Advanced auto is undisputibaly the best service I have ever received. They not only gave us the most reasonable price I have ever seen to tow our gooseneck and dodge Cummins They also helped us get on the road again the very next day. They helped us find tires and rims for a steal, lent us a welder and torch, gave us rides to part stores, and even helped us fabricate, weld, grind and bend our truck and trailer back to a drivable state. I would not recommend anyone else if you are in the area you will be in good hands here
First time ever leaving a 5 star review. I wanted to mail these guys a thank you card but I'm worried something will happen in the post. Back in the summer of 2017 my wife wrecked our car at Glacier National Park and the front driver side wheel broke off. There were no rental cars available because of heavy tourism and we were literally stranded 20 hours from home.
Everyone from the kid who towed us, to the lady at the front desk, to all of the mechanics. They all were so nice and helpful. It took a few days for parts to arrive so the shop let us live in their lobby area when it was hot outside. They let us refill our water packs, etc. I remember they were going to use a ball joint from a junkyard but a mechanic, I believe his name was Chris was worried that it would slip on our 20 hour drive home so after his work day he made a call to his brother (who worked at NAPA) and was able to get us a new ball joint. He didn't have to do that, but actually cared about us getting home safely.
They could have charged us an arm and a leg but didn't. They also explained our situation to another customer who gave us a ride to Sleeping Wolf Campground where we were able to set up our tent and play some card games we brought with us for a few days.
While there we saw some teenagers riding horseback. I think about Browning and the people we met there from time to time. It is such a cool community where people truly do have each others back, even outsiders like us.

A couple weeks ago: My daughter and her friend were in Glacier National Park and their car died. A gentleman from Advanced came and got them with a tow truck (after 5pm) took the vehicle and the ladies to the shop, fixed the car- the same evening and the girls got back to their hotel on the other side of the park at a decent time. Also, they charged a very fair price. I am SO THANKFUL for them. 🙏
We were on our way to Yellowstone and had a tire issue that needed to be fixed asap. The gentlemen here were amazing. They took us right away, worked during their lunch and repaired our tire to get us on our way. And the price was right too!! Amazing service!!!
They are the best! I pulled in with a broken spring mount on my fifth wheel and they did a perfect job of welding it back together. Professional in every detail. Thank you!
