Excellent customer service!! The staff at Crash Champions is incredible, thorough, knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful, kind, caring and they go out of their way to ensure you have the best outcome in a timely manner. Dealing with insurance claims after an accident can be frustrating and the staff at crash champions really went the extra mile to help make it as easy and smooth as possible. Very happy with the repairs and the customer service.

I will start by saying I am not one to write reviews, this is actually the only review I have ever written. That being said if this can prevent just 1 person from using Crash Champions and experiencing what we have, it will be worth it. This has hands down been the worst customer experience and general experience I have ever had with a business. We dropped our car off January 23, for a rear quarter panel replacement, and were initially told this would be a 4 week job. They were wonderful about communication those first few weeks, and contacted us every Tuesday/Thursday with updates telling us we were on track. Fast forward to the day before our completion date, I reached out to them because I had yet to hear what time we should pick up our vehicle and any other updates. I was then told that our vehicle was no where near being completed, and would have to be pushed back one full month (2/26 to now 3/26). I was told they “found some things during QI inspection that we are reworking”. This was frustrating and not ideal, but I was happy that they were willing to provide us with a good quality product and work it through. Over the course of the next few weeks, communication was minimal, and as our completion date approached, I was informed that our vehicle would still not be ready, and they pushed it back another two weeks, due to “having to rework the entire vehicle”, now we are scheduled for 4/11. At this point, I am quite frustrated, and reach out to them to see what is going on. I am told that they are having to completely redo the initial job that they did, and I am quite upfront with them that anything that they can do to speed up the process I would greatly appreciate. I’m told that they are working as hard as they can and making our vehicle a priority. No communication continues to occur as far as if we are on track, and I reach out two days before our estimated completion date to make sure we are still on track. I am now told that they had to order more parts and we are pushed out to 4/23. Long story short: What should have been a 4 week job is now going on 14 weeks, and I am not even sure if and when we will get our vehicle back. I would never recommend people bring a vehicle here if they expect to get it back within a relatively “normal” timeframe.

From what I can tell, they fixed my car fairly well other than using a part that was bent without notifying me or even attenpting to get a part that was not. There was a problem with their repair making noise it was not supposed to and when I went to take it in they would not even look at it and boasted how they went above and beyond in other areas.

Big Sky Collision was professional, friendly, accommodating and did an excellent job on my vehicle. They knew I needed to use my car for work and got me back on the road in no time.

First, I’d like to say how friendly. I feel they were straight from the beginning. The car was done pretty much when they said it would be done. They were very easy to work with. I could not believe I had my car back in two weeks. I was talking to people. Their car hasn’t even been touched in 2 1/2 months. I’ve been given their names, their cards. They are fantastic. Their bids are fair, they’re easy to work with when going over the bid. A+

Big Sky Collision has been my go to place to get vehicles fixed for years. Ross and his team are quick, efficient and make the process as smooth as you could hope for. I recommend them to everyone who is looking.

My sunroof shattered… Gave them a call and they got me in the same day for an estimate. What’s even better is they shipped the glass to the shop overnight and my car was repaired the next day. Honest people and great price.

Ross and Shelley are wonderful! They do a great job! I have a car rental business in town and they have fixed a few of my vehicles and they always come back like nothing ever happened to them. Definitely recommend them

Shelley was fantastic. Helped triage with insurance. They went above and beyond. Insurance declined replacing a small panel that wasn’t fully part of the claim. Big Sky replaced it anyway at no cost to me. We scheduled 4 days for the repairs and they finished it in 2. Asked for help on an inspection form that usually costs $50 or more to have a mechanic do it and they took care of it free of charge. Vehicle looks new again. They gave it back to me clean inside and out. Had no idea they’d clean it, too, at no charge. I’m beyond impressed and will continue working with them in the future.

I called Big Sky Collision Center after having a minor accident in Big Sky. Ross not only stayed late to give me a same day estimate, but said he could slot my truck in for body work that following Monday. True to his word, he had my truck done in less than a week! Thank you to Ross and Shelley, they kept me in the loop the entire time, made the insurance claim process simple and easy, and absolutely exceeded my expectations!

Ross and the crew went above and beyond to get my truck in over the Christmas holidays and get the repairs started. One of the last places with great customer service and responsive. Very thankful for the work and time they put in to get it done efficiently for me, as this is my only vehicle while working out of town. They were also great working with me as I could not get into them during business hours. 10/10 recommend Big Sky Collision. Thank you

Big Sky Collision has worked on a few of my vehicles in the past year. A company work truck that got rear-ended, my Rav4s front bumper and then a paint job on my new 4Runner. All of the times I have used them I was impressed with the timely manner in which they got me in and completed the work. They were also quick to resolve any issues I had. I would use them again.

Ross and Shelly were great to work with. They got my Tundra in quickly and were right on time with completion. They did an awesome job on a complicated body repair. The HUGE unexpected bonus was the interior and exterior detail at no extra charge. Arrived to the cleanest my truck has been since it was new! Thanks Guys!

Ross and the staff at Big Sky Collision were great! I was able to get an estimate and get my car fixed in less than two weeks. My questions were answered and explained without making me feel stupid(which has happened before at other shops) PLUS fun banter. My car looks better than when I bought it! I got a little sample of my paint as well for scratches and whatnot in the future, so I’m able to fix it myself. They also got my car done a day earlier than expected!!!Thank you Shelley and Ross for being so awesome!!!

Came here after I hit a deer. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! They were able to get my parts in quickly and made the process very easy. They basically replaced the whole front end of my car and somehow had all of the work done in 3 days! Would highly recommend!

They were very quick to get me scheduled and had the car completed and back to brand new within the week! They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I appreciate all that Big Sky Collision did! I will definitely recommend them!

I can't recommend this place enough. I needed a mirror replaced and some scuffs buffed out. I called multiple body shops in the area and most told me it would be a month for an estimate and at least 3 months for a repair. Big Sky Collision Center got me in the same day for an estimate, ordered the part right away (it arrived in less than a week) and they repaired the car in 1/2 a day. They even threw in a free detail. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. They spoke to my insurance company and got everything worked out without any headache. The workmanship is excellent as well. ***update: someone hit my car while it was parked and I had to bring it back in for another repair. I am pleased to share that the experience was just as seamless as the first time. I really appreciate the communication and quick turn around time without sacrificing quality.

I hit a couple elk in a snowstorm and banged up the front end of my pickup pretty good. These guys are awesome. Got me right in when everywhere else is booked out months in advance and finished my truck earlier than they originally stated not only totally repaired beautifully but also detailed the inside and outside of my pickup. Everyone that I’ve interacted with at this shop is amazing and so helpful. I cannot say enough good things. I will definitely be using them in the future if I ever need anything else done (let’s hope not though ;)) I highly recommend this shop!! They saved my butt big time! I was in and out in less than a week. I had to have my bumper replaced and when I picked up my car the outside was detailed better than I’ve ever seen it!

Having teenagers, I have had to go to Big Sky Collision Center with 2 different vehicles over the years and both times they did an excellent job. My truck looks brand new and I am very pleased. The service is friendly, helpful and professional. The owner, Ross greeted me personally both times I arrived on his lot. Shelly, his right arm, is so helpful and great to work with. I highly recommend Big Sky Collision. They do excellent, excellent work.

They did an incredible job with my vehicle! I was able to get a same-day quote in 20 minutes which came in way under other auto body shops around. I dropped my car off before leaving on vacation and they had it done within 48 hours. Just picked it up today - paint match was perfect and they detailed interior / exterior. Looks like there was never any damage! I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who needs car repairs.

At that time Jake and Ross both came out to look at the damage while I was starting the minimal paperwork inside. I'd guess I was in and out in 20 minutes. They took pictures and told me cost and duration to fix. When I brought my truck to the shop I was told 4 days. They did it in the promised time, and it was awesome.! They detailed the inside of the truck, which was a mess! Again, detailed, not cleaned it a bit. I was in touch with them about what was happening the entire time. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. I highly recommend Big Sky Collision. From the front of the shop to the back of the shop, you'll never find a better place. Thank you for everything! During a time when there is much demand & supply chain issues, Big Sky Collision was able to get us scheduled in a timely manner (2 months earlier than competitors) & finished repairs within the estimated time (less than a week)! The repair work is fantastic & everything needed for the insurance & car rental companies was handled smoothly. I highly recommended them. Thank you so much!

Ross and his crew at Big Sky Collision are simply top notch. I have had my truck in there 3 times for different incidents. Each time they make you feel like family.
