Called for quote, shopped around. Called them back. Although they were not the least expensive, he was the nicest person I talked to. AND QUICKEST!!! The tow truck driver was a cool guy. Friendly and professional. Hopefully, I won't need another tow but if I do, I will call these guys.
I donated a car to Driving Hope but it was not running. They told me they had contacted Flathead towing and I would be getting a call.
Got the call and he arrived ahead of time was very professional, friendly with a great sense of humor!

This husband-and-wife towing team is seriously the best. The wife was incredible on the phone kind, attentive, and so reassuring. The husband was professional, efficient, and clearly great at his job. Even though my car was totaled after an accident, they made the entire experience so much easier and less stressful. Flathead towing removed my car from the scene of an accident. They were very responsive to my inquiries and good at communicating with me about where the car was, when I could come to get my personal possessions out of it, and exhibited a friendly, helpful and can-do attitude throughout.

Had a great experience with this towing company out of Flathead/Kalispell. I called around for quotes and almost did the tow myself with a U-Haul, but for about $20 more these guys handled it professionally. Skilled labor isn’t cheap, and cheap labor isn’t skilled—but this company is the exception. Everyone I dealt with was genuine, knowledgeable, and took great care of my car. Super solid people who actually care. I’d 100% call them again.

They are wonderful! We used a different tow company a couple months ago and they charged us $150 more and were more difficult to make arrangements with. I spoke to someone at Flathead Towing a couple weeks prior and they quoted me one price, the person I spoke to last quoted me another price and the owner honored the original quote with no hesitation. They got us in quickly and are very responsive. Will always use them in the future.
Shawn (driver) and his sister (office) make a great team! Very attentive, on on time, excellent pricing, and even better service. All around good people as well. I HIGHLY recommend them for towing and lockout service!

Flathead Towing came out last summer, when everyone else was unavailable, and a second time yesterday when others had a 2 plus hour wait. The owner gave me a 1 to 1 1/2 hour timeframe, then called back and said someone could be there in half an hour. She told me a police report on the incident was needed, and contacted them and took care of all that on her end. Shawn and the police came within 20 minutes, did the paperwork and we were on our way to the repair shop. Super nice people, super friendly, took care of everything, and put me at ease after an unfortunate morning. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

A great locally owned company to work with! They were professional and showed up before the scheduled time. We’ll be using Flathead towing from now on.
I got a quote at 7am, the questions asked were totally productive and I even got some free advice about insurance - the phone got picked up on the second ring and the conversation was cordial and professional. On my second call (when I was actually ready to start), info from my first was already in the books and a tow was quickly on the road. Travel time was great, service time was short and without issue. During the drive to the dropoff, I knew I was in good hands, and was extremely confident my already damaged car wouldn't be damaged further (a valuable thing to consider when someone else is essentially driving your car). Dropping my car off was painless; to get to my garage there's a tight turn on a slippery hill, and my technician nailed it. No other tow has even attempted it during the summer. There were no surprises during payment, and even undercut the quote I was given. My experience was fantastic, and I could not be more pleased with the service.
My only criticism: it was unclear I could have sent a photo to my technician until he'd already arrived- making it a moot point. It just wasn't mentioned during the calls, but by the quality and care shown in every step of the process I attribute this to minor oversight.
These guys will be my go to in an emergency situation, without a doubt. 10/10
These were the only guys down in the ENTIRE valley after calling every single tow shop, Flathead Towing answered promptly. I got my truck stuck in a sticky bind out on the east side of the reservoir. Weston came out and pulled it out no problem. I learned a ton about off roading from him, how his rig is set up, etc. if you ever get your truck stuck wheeling or in the snow these guys are experts at their craft and know what they are doing.
