Had a blow out and Yates was fast all the way around! Fast arrival and fast service and friendly and makes you feel safe and comfortable bout the whole experience and know your taken care of ! Back on the road in no time! 10/10 recommend!

My car was towed held by the police. It took the police 4 days to get back with me. When they finally did Yates boys called me minutes after.. they could have charged me for the whole time it was in there but he didn't he knocked off two days because he understood. I visited Yates Boys' Mansfield location this evening. I met Levi. He was pleasant and super helpful. Once again, Yates Boys helped me out of a jam. These guys are always great. Highly recommend!
Levi with Yates Boys Towing took such awesome care of us , he went way out of his way to make sure we were taken care of , when he arrived at our location where we were broke down at ( it was extremely hot ) he made sure we were safe , gave us bottle of water and took us to his truck where he had the air on high and told us to cool off why he loaded my truck , to long of a story to explain but know his top notch customer service did not stop there , my roadside assistance had another truck pick up from Yates yard to take to shop in Springfield , Levi made sure truck was picked up , gave the driver specific instructions which he communicated to me , he stayed in contact with us until our truck was delivered to the mechanic shop, there is so much more we could say but not enough room to tell you …. Being from another state not knowing who to call or where to take our truck at 4:45 pm on a Friday afternoon is a horrible feeling….. not if you call Yates Boys & Levi pulls up to the rescue !!! We feel he should be made Branch Manger of the Mansfield location !!

When all other places were closed and wasn’t open for service on Friday night these guys were there to help!! Super nice and super fast getting to me, and great service even getting towed about a hour away! Highly recommend!

My mom was on her way out of state to visit her father, who is ill. Her keys ended up locked inside her car outside Grovesprings.
