Love these guys! Broke down in the middle of the night on the highway in a very bad spot and it was FREEZING!!! They were there in less than 30 minutes and got me off the highway and out of the cold!! HUGE shutout to Shelby for jumping out of the shower and running out in the freezing cold to save me!!
Top notch towing company!! We have used them a couple of times and will in the future! They are fast, courteous, and affordable. Shelby, the driver, is amazing! He always makes sure to put the vehicle where you need it perfectly. Lifetime customer now!

Awesome guys! Great shop! Driver was helpful and honest! Chevy yates helped me get pictures and helped me through the whole process. Awesome to work with. They went back to the wreck spot and got a dewalt tool that was brand new that flew outta the car and broke the windows. I didn't even know it was missing went back to my car to look again and they had it already in there for me. Didn't even have to ask. Never even brought it up! Amazing place will be the only tow company i will ever use! Made a bad day better just by meeting such helpful nice guys! Thanks alot!!
What a bunch of clowns working dispatch refuse service and when asked follow up questions the clowns get mad tsay call someone else and hang up.
Since he's made where I can't reply to his comment I'm adding it here.
He tells you $25 then refuses service based on vehicle saying he's worried about his alternator.
Well if you're so worried about your alternators then you shouldn't be offering the services to begin with, or have other methods to jump start a vehicle.
Try asking them follow up questions like who they'd recommend and that's when you get hung up on.
Then he tries and hide like a coward after someone called him out for it

Everyone I spoke with told me that Yates was who they used. It was quick. From the call to pick up was about 10 min. 👍🏽
We just called this facility and the guy who answered the phone was completely rude and disrespectful towards me for simply asking for an invoice for a tow what was done he wasn’t helping in anyway and then hung up on us and refused to answer our call afterwards
Theses guys are truly helpful and go above and beyond. I had to hire a tow truck driver and it initially made me nervous, as I've not had to do this before. Tyler stepped up and got my family and I squared away. Thanks especially Tyler! I would recommend calling these guys first if you need a tow.
The most polite upfront and speedy place I have dealt with. So thankful I called them instead of my insurance company. I I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

They got me off a bad back road after winter weather, and followed me to make sure I made it back to the highway. They made it out very quickly as far out as I was, I was surprised they were there in under an hour! Highly recommend!

The Yates Boys have outstanding customer service. They helped us scrape our belongs off the roadside and hauled our two cars away. They were also kind enough to help us move items we would need from our two totaled cars. In addition to the help provided, they allowed us to spend all day on property shifting through our belongings to see what was salvageable. The owner even allowed us to borrow some tools that were much needed. I highly recommend this team they had the best customer service
Very poor quality people me and my fiance were coming through Marshfield we got our car impounded everything we owned was in it everything we owned was not in it when we got the car back very unprofessional I would not recommend these people to nobody wants to pay for the stuff and then refuses to pay for it but he will pay for it this towing company is a scam they are thieves they still things from people that are honest I would not recommend them to nobody they were totally responsible for our vehicle when it got towed away so they were responsible for everything that was in it not very nice people
I called these wonderful people after my mother was broke down in Webster County. Within 20 minutes they were there and beyond polite. They even made sure she was able to ride with them so she could get home. I welcome anyone within their service area to choose Yates. Thanks again!!!
It was a Sunday morning and we had a flat tire in our fifth wheel. they were able to come out and change her tire in less than 15 minutes of the call. They were very professional and fast.

The guys who recovered and towed my missing stepfathers wrecked vehicle went above and beyond to provide us with access to the vehicle in the Lot, answered every phone call and were respectful of the unsettling situation my family is going through to search for my stepfather since he has been missing after wrecking 3 hours from our home. They took our flyers and said they would put them up in the area for us when they were around. Thanks again for doing above the expected and showing humility beyond the requirements of the job!
Recently called Chevy because I was broke down in the middle of no where. He came and got me as quick as he could. Very nice and professional guy and very fair on his costs. I would definitely recommend them for any service you need.
